Lovely salon/spa, always enjoy whatever services I get there. Today was a pedicure, AMY was very professional, she did a great job on my not so pretty feet. Ill proudly wear sandals again.

I got my first ever facial and it was sublime. I am now a cleansed, relaxed, puddle of goo.

McKenna did my waxing today (last minute appt that I snagged yesterday) and I am so impressed! Honestly probably the best wax I’ve had! Will be returning!!

3 generations getting our pedicures before a trip to FL. The spa staff was absolutely lovely, professional and everyone had their masks on. A little above average for cost but my pedicure lasted for 3 weeks!!

Mani/Pedi are always great. Amy does a wonderful job every time. They are taking the Covid seriously.

Darlene does my hair and Nicole does my nails and both are terrific! Theyre friendly and professional and very skilled in their work. I would highly recommend both of them.

Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the manicure was a joke. The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst manicure Ive ever had - please its an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free manicure. They are desperate for customers and I see why.

Brianna did a wonderful job on my wedding manicure and pedicure. She is a pro at the nail dip process and took extra time to be sure that my nails were perfect and exactly how I wanted them. I was so comfortable with her and thoroughly enjoyed the pampering!

I loved my haircut that I got here. The stylist was wonderful. However, I was misled about the price. I called beforehand and was told a price for a stylist (I had said I couldnt go above a certain price range). However, after my haircut I was charged $18 more than the quoted price. I was very disappointed and upset because I would not have gotten my hair cut at this studio if I had known this. The stylist did a great job. However, I would not believe any quoted prices prior to the appointment. I will not be returning to this studio for this reason.

Services are okay -- had much better elsewhere. Too much hype for this place, was expecting more. I had a spa day. Was there from 10 am till 4:50 pm. I was supposed to get a fruit smoothie and was never offered one. I had some coffee and water. After 7 hours spent there, I had nothing to eat and nothing was offered. Im sure you can imagine how I felt when I left there. Plus I had 1 1/2 hour drive ahead of me. A lot of kids there the day I went. So much for having a relaxing day...who can relax in that kind of atmosphere. I expected a lot more over the top pampering -- didnt get it. I was extremely jittery and weak after the long day there. I wanted to get my cucumbers back they had on my eyes. The services I did get were good, like I said, but not great. I did call the next day to question them about my long day there without food and I never got a call back. I wont be back. With all the competition in town, I was very disappointed. There certainly are much better salons in town. I had a gift certificate and added to this. I told my daughter not to bother getting me services from here again. It was noisy, the waits were long. Just an overall crappy experience.

A team of 5 ladies from Pavlova Salon came up to my wedding venue (Aurora Cellars) on 8/4/18 for hair and makeup. They did a fantastic job! They were kind, hard working and made the experience wonderful. They exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend!

Had a massage and pedicure for my birthday, and it was an excellent experience! My first time at this spa, and my first ever massage- would return in a heartbeat. My massage therapist, Alicia, was amazing! She was kind and made me feel very relaxed before she even started the massage. Both services were an incredible value, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. If youre looking to pamper yourself in TC, this is the place to do it.

I called on a last minute on a Friday afternoon since I am from out of town and they were able to get me in an hour and a half later. The salon is nice, very clean and Nicole who did my pedicure was very pleasant and did an excellent job! This will be my place to go when I am in TC! Love their choices of scrubs. Very unique!

I made a very last minute call for an appointment and they got me in same day! Jordin (I believe thats how she spelled it) took her time making sure my hair looked amazing! I am SO happy with my new cut!

My mom and I have been going here since I was a kid to get our nails done, and we have always had a great experience.I went in yesterday to get my hair colored and every employee was very nice including the lady who did my hair (Brittany or Brittney, not sure how to spell her name). She listened to exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job on my hair, plus she was so friendly!

This was my second year using Pavlova to host a Womens Lawyers Spa Night Event and both years the service was exceptional. Chelsi helped plan everything and scheduled the manicures and pedicures for us. Heather and Nicole did an amazing job with the services - both of them are so nice and professional. My manicure turned out great! All of my other experiences with Pavlova over the years (manicures/pedicures, wedding hair, haircuts, etc.) have all been positive. Looking forward to returning!

I only go here for pedicures, and they always do an amazing job. Excellent selection of colors, and super friendly and accommodating women working.

I work out about 5 times a week and was in dire need of a recharge. Best massage I ever recieved. Pricing is well worth it and Autumn was absolutely amazing. Go for the 90mins as you will feel brand new after they take the time getting your body back to the right place. She even warned me that my back was outgrowing my chest and not to unbalance my body by not increasing my peck size. Well worth it.

This salon is beyond exceptional with their services, staff and overall cleanliness. I have difficult hair color to keep up and my stylist Britney is amazing and my hair is so healthy, I will keep all my services within this salon, my lash extensions are amazing too!! OMG i just love this full service salon. :)

My facial and massage service was good. Only negative is my appointment was for 9:45 for my facial and I wasnt in the facial room until after 10:00 which put my massage appointment off track. The massage was scheduled for 10:45 and the massage person was not prepared. No room set up. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes for her to set up the room before we could get started. Was moved to a room on the main floor back hallway. The room was really cold at first, had to walk down the hallway where salt was tracked in all over the floor and during the massage it was noisy with doors slamming and conversations going on. I was supposed to be done with both service by 11:45 and didnt get out of there until 12:45.

Very disappointed with the salon. Been planning on taking my granddaughter there to get her hair done. This was her weekend to be pampered. She has been so excited, sending me photos daily of different styles. Not even an hour before appointment I get a phone call from Forest saying they had to cancel appointment. I ask, is there no one that can do her hair??? NOPE COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE. I ask is there no one that could stay a bit longer! Nope no can do! Yet, when I made the appointment I had to give them my credit card in case we were a no show or cancelled less than 24 hours. Guess I should of gotten there credit card information so I could charge them for last minute cancel.

Pavlova is a very nice salon. Clean, professional and pretty. Loved my cut and color with Katie Briley. She always does a great job. Im a local photographer and send all of my brides to her, all of which have had good things to say.

Tried booking for bridal services, but they were so hard to get a hold of to answer questions, they wouldn’t call or email back. One of my bridal party went to try the services out and her makeup was terrible, it wasn’t blended and her eyeliner wasn’t straight or even on her eye line. I’ve decided to go with a different salon.

Always greeted warmly and offered a beverage. The tea is devine. Then the service of a shellac man was very relaxing. Also forgot to mention Lisa is excellent on hair.

My mom, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and I had a blast getting our nails done here for my wedding. I got shellac on my hands and classic on my toes and they still look great 1+ week later. The ladies were hilarious and helped us have a good time. They have a wonderful selection of OPI and shellac colors to choose from. We went as a group and it worked well for the 4 of us. They have 4 mani and 4 pedi chairs so you could potentially do a group of 8 since the mani and pedi rooms are connected :)

I only gave a 3 because the hair and makeup stylists made it worth any stars. These ladies were great. Polite and helpful.If you try booking your wedding prep here make sure you specifically ask for the exact times everyone is scheduled. Otherwise you all will be sitting there for 6+ hours. Chelsi seems nice but afterwards you realize she either doesnt really know what she is doing or just doesnt care. When I wrote my honest review on weddingwire. She emailed me. It was (in my opinion) very combative. I offered my thoughts on what could make thing easier on future clients and I was told that basically there was no use in (as she said) going back and forth.I called requesting for her supervisor (Juliet) to give me a call because the response to my reviews just made things worse. 2 days later I still have not received a call. Hence another poor review on another outlet.As far as nails.... its much cheaper to go to the Asian place in the mall and you will get a far better job done. My parties nails were coming off that night. Mine thankfully lasted through my ceramony.Pavlova, my advice is to keep those hair and makeup ladies happy because they are all that you have going for you.

I had the full treatment at this spa and was treated not like a client but a friend of the staff. It was nice to have such a personal experience in such a apparently refined atmosphere.

Will NEVER go back. Asked for the lady to give me a baby trim and I left with half my head of hair. It looks terrible and my usually thick hair is so thin now. I am beyond upset. The first appointment I had they double booked me, and then they were 20 minutes late to my second appointment.

At least they didnt have to get the belt sander they did an amazing job

I am a stylist, and applied for a job here about ten years ago. At the time I had 20 years experience and a clientele, but they said my work was not good enough for them. Now Im booked two weeks in advance, mostly colour, and am the top salon revenue stylist that is never late and never calls in sick. Their loss.
