QT is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to. If I could give 100 ⭐️‘s I sure would!! I’m never disappointed with any of the sets of nails I have gotten here. They are always so nice, and getting my nails done is always a blast there! I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. These are some of my recent favorites I have gotten at QT Nails! George always lives up to my expectations and regularly helps me with choosing what I want and he knows what styles and colors I’ll like before I even know myself!

Uhmmmm.....I am totally speechless right now! 😮 I called QT Nails to make an appointment. They asked if I have ever been there before, I stated yes. I gave them my name and after looking me up, they said Im sorry, there is a note on your account that says you need to go elsewhere to get your nails done. They could not give me a reason. I have never been rude and have always been kind and treated them with respect. I have had my nails done twice there and have always been happy with them. In complete shock! Will never recommend them for that reason. I have done nothing but talk them up!

George and his staff are amazing!They are always kind and do amazing jobs!

Strange experience. I was running late from work and notified the salon. They used the buffer to remove my existing gel polish. I would have preferred them to soak it off as they ended up buffing away some of my nail bed. I forgot my wallet in my car and notified my nail tech that i was leaving momentarily to grab it. I left my bag and phone at my nail station, too. I walked back in and the whole salon was staring at me like I was going to leave without paying?? It was like they were talking about me the second I left. Average nails, odd hour of my life.

I have never written a review before but this was such a bad experience, I want to warn others before going here. My nails were thick and misshapen and my matte did not stay on without multiple applications of rubbing alcohol (I had them for less than 24 hours). I had cuts around my nail edges and I left in actual pain. I called the next day telling them I was so confused by how this service cost so much and was this poor. Ive had my nails done many times before and this was the most expensive (with the tip of $95) + worst manicure Ive ever had. I requested to get my money back for the extra charges of shaping, Ombre paint (that looked like a half and a half), and matte finish but they dont offer even partial refunds. Im a grad student with limited funds that really wanted to treat myself before finals. Absolutely saddened by how this turned out. I took them to another place in town and the workers laughed at how bad they were. It took over 2 hours to fix.

I have never been fully happy with a manicure until I came to Jenny at QT nails. She fixed a bad dip powder job from another place in town and she won me over for life. There wasn’t a single flaw with my manicure and they lasted beautifully. I was floored by how detailed she is. The best part is that it’s always just as good every time I go back. They are busy, so be sure to book ahead and show up on time. It is so worth it.

I went to get my nails done for my wedding, they did a great job! Very friendly and patient with us. My oldest daughter went for her first time and they made her feel comfortable and special for the special day. Some times it is tough navigating kids and they did great! They nailed my nail art too, definitely a pinterest win. Thank you!!

Seriously, Im not sure why I have never tried this salon. A friend kept telling me to. Took 2 friends for a bday pedicure today and it was the BEST pedicure ANY of us have ever had. 10 stars for real. It was so amazing! Give em a try!

Never in my life have I ever paid 72$ for a pedicure this place is a joke the person that did my nails didnt know what he was doing he had to keep asking someone. Although my nails look good. I barley got a message or anything for 72$ the nails polish better stay on for a couple years just saying ill never go here again.

They did a great job on my nails. The business inside is a little cramped.

I dont actually get my nails done here but George always lets me use the massage chair while my girlfriend gets her nails done. He gave me some vietnamese soda and we talked crypto. 10/10 great place to sit while your lady gets her stuff done did.

I went there to get Coffin style nails and gel nail polish. My nails were all different shapes and lengths. I got a fill about 2-3 weeks afterwards in hopes they could maybe fix them a bit. Nope, instead they were even more uneven and the nail tech actually filed down so far to my actual nail and skin, it hurt so bad. My natural nails are still recovering from this place and this was in March 2021.Id suggest the nail techs learn some new techniques over just basic acrylic and maybe relearn doing nails all together along with a sense of where the clients real nail is so you dont file down to their nail bed.

This was absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had! I would never recommend this place. From the moment I walked in the door I was very unimpressed with the service I received.

I love this place! They always do an amazing job when doing my acrylics and they give great pedicures as well. They did a really tricky Halloween design for my nails a few weeks ago too! The staff is also always very friendly

They were awesome there! They squeezed us in between appointments & it was the one of the most detailed and well done pedicures I’ve ever had! We’re not from TC area but we will definitely go back when we visit again!

Had a bad experience with a staff member not taking their time and when I called the next day to let the manager know I was unsatisfied, he was super helpful to make sure they could fix the mistakes as soon as possible. Thanks to the staff, I won’t have to pay for the mistakes made.

By far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had … no massage unless you buy the fancy $65 or $75 dollar pedicure’s !!!

This was a great experience for one of the best pedicures ever! Nice small relaxing nail salon. Covid procedures in place so we wouldnt hesitate to return. I just found everyone to be friendly. Pedicure was thorough and meticulous. I went with my daughter and we both were happy.

Super friendly staff. Really doing a great job with Covid protocols as well. Temp checks, hand washing, and cleaning equipment between each guest. Tim is amazing!

This is the best place ever. I came here from Cadillac after having multiple Bad manicures in Cadillac. So glad I did. My nails look perfect, exactly how I wanted them done. The atmosphere is so nice. Even my husband was comfy while waiting for me. Thank you so much for fixing my nails!! They are beautiful. This is now the only place I will come.

I have been to a few nail salons and never found one I wanted to stick too. Most in TC dont even have good customer service. This nail salon was amazing! Love my nails and loved the service and the tips on how to heal my hands. They go above and beyond! Definitely will be sticking to this nail salon ☺

This was one of the longer nail appointments I’ve had but in a good way. The persuasion and strive for perfection was amazing. Everyone was friendly and very clean place. I had an older man. He was great! And had awesome attention to detail.

After some not so great experiences getting my nails done in the past I was nervous about getting them done again. But the nail tech was very friendly and made sure to give me a wonderful experience. He was very friendly. It was a very enjoyable experience and my nails turned out wonderfully. Very beautiful. I have no complaints. It wasnt rushed or sloppy. Very friendly atmosphere, nice and clean establishment. I highly recommend. I myself will be returning.

I have been going to QT Nails for over a year now, the staff is friendly & funny! They always take good care of me!

I won’t ever go anywhere else. I heard so many stories about nail salons that I wasn’t going to go. Luckily, my friend said this place was the best so I tried it, & I’m so glad I did. You won’t find a cleaner salon or professional people anywhere.

If you’re gonna tell me your employee has 17 years of experience, he should be able to know if I had gel or shellac on from just looking at my nails. Mind blown from my experience at this place!

I love this nail salon, they offer so many products and services! Every time I go Tony does my nails. Which I usually get acrylics, and a fill in with shellac every 2-3 weeks. They’re a blast to talk with and create such a positive experience, I’m always so satisfied and happy when I leave. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you QT!

Nice people but the guy that did my acrylic set did not pay any attention to detail and my nails had a wavy texture on the top, my real nails werent clipped down and so there was a weird gap between the real and acrylic ones which kept getting stuff caught in there and within 1 week, the cuticle side of the acrylics were lifting up and required me to get them redone because my hair was getting caught under them.... again... nice people, not so great service in my experience. My friend however had a great experience and has gone there many times without issue... Seems like the lesson is dont get the male technician for acrylics.

Was excited for dipping powder on my grown out nails. I walked out with a thick, rounded, blob of powder on my nails. They also ground the nails down so much prior to powder I will likely lose my nails and have to start over again.

Jenny is the best in the country!! Book her early. The rest of the team is great. If u have ingrown toenails spend the money to have Jenny do gel nails. It’s amazing. No more pain. And the nail can grow out and be normal!!!

I came here because of the already stellar reviews on Facebook and Google and was not disappointed! I got a dip manicure and it turned out perfect! It was great that the whole salon turned into one big chat at one point. It was so welcoming for someone whod never been there before. We were joking and laughing the whole time which made the time fly!My manicure is almost flawless, and Im so happy I went here, considering it had been years since my nails had been touched. Consider me a regular!

The man who greeted my friend & I (I believe the owner) was very professional and nice. But, my friend and I were both very unhappy with our experience there. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I am so disappointed and unsatisfied with my nails, along with my friend that we made an appointment elsewhere to get them fixed... The man who did my nails did not try to talk to me at all, and was sort of rude. He cut my nails beyond the point I wanted, down to the length that my natural ones were longer.. My nails along with my friends were crooked. The man who did my nails also cut me multiple times and then told me not to jump! I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon, and it’s sad because all of the locals I spoke to said they have never! But they also said it was because they are locals and always book appointments with the owners..

Here visiting from California, found this mail shop by accident. Awesome!! Best nails, better than my regular shop in Santa Cruz. Professional, clean and helpful with info where to shop. Staff all happy, joking and working hard. I lucked out!

Best pedicure ever❣

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to! I had a full set done by Raven. My nails are absolutely perfect. Raven took her time and paid close attention to every detail. She asked me questions along the way to make sure I was happy with the length, shape, and how the acrylics felt on my nails. Raven really made me feel like she cared about my nails and if I was happy with them. I didnt feel like I was just another customer to be rushed in and out, like the feeling Ive gotten at many other salons. The salon was clean and everyone was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning to Raven and QT nails for my fill :) Thanks so much!!

This place is small and showing its age. Floor was dirty. Atmosphere was nice and so was the guy that did my mani/pedi but he did not dip both hands the same amount so 1 hand is slightly lighter and not as thick as the other. I will not go back.

Very friendly place, great place to have your nails, or your nails done. Great service, and prices. Been there a few times. Definitely will go back.

I went to all of the places in this city, have tried everything in the last year and a half since I moved here (everything from standard and run-down-looking places to upscale salons). They were all terrible......And then QT Nails opened.Simply the most amazing pedicure I have ever had!! Relaxing, enjoyable, family-run business. They are so personable and have that extra touch of service that is frankly lacking elsewhere.If I could give this place 6 stars I would!

I was super excited to get my pedi here when I came up north for a visit, my friend just loves you guys. The atmosphere was great! Everyone was super friendly.But.....My pedi was so basic but things were forgot. First he never put those flimsy flip flops on my feet before painting. He was halfway through my first foot before he put in the toe separators and then didnt put on a top coat. I had to go home and put it on myself. At my regular place downstate I get WAY more extras for a regular pedi. Hot stones and leg wrap with warm towel are always included. Just disappointed in what I got for the price.The owners are very nice and friendly which is so important! Quality of work should be just as important.

Not impress! However, the technician was very friendly just wished she did a better job on my mani and pedi, it was rushed and not properly done. I know I came in when it was busy but thats no excuse. If there wasnt enough time i could have rescheduled.
