I did forget the name of the gentleman that did my nails today but I have to say I was highly impressed! He was very professional, talkative and was fast, skilled and gentle. We got two full set manicures as walk-ins with no problems at all. Will definitely be back

It was my mother in-laws first time. Oh my. They needed it bad. TheGirl was excellent

They facility was very clean and the workers were very respectful. The people who did my friend and ls nails kept asking questions to make sure she wasnt hurting us, and kept asking us how we wanted them done and checking with us to make sure the product was what we asked for. They were very fast and gentle, which we appreciate very much so. The prices were not crazy and the art they did on our nails was wonderful! 100% will go back there again!

They are the best! I have been to several nail salons and they top them all. Clean, friendly, professional and welcoming. Make me feel extremely comfortable, are thorough, give the best pedicure massage and my nails and toes look perfect!

Came in for 2 mani/pedis plus a dip for a friend the other day without qn appointment. They were able to get us all in, while I dont like that my daughter waited for my entire pedi to get over before they began hers, everything else seemed top notch! We come here every so often!

There reasonable and they do a good job. But the only thing I find wrong is they need to learn to talk to the customer a lot more then a hi or hello, instead of talking to each other all the time. This will make there clients feel more welcomed/comfortable.After all it is all about the customers/clients right ?

I showed a reference picture of my nails before and asked for the exact shape and length and they’re shorter and wider not what i asked for. my nails hurt and i wouldn’t go here again and definitely ask for a refund.

Great experience here! Went for walk in pedicure and got in right away. polish lasted weeks. Massage chairs were amazing! Very friendly staff. Great prices! Do recommend 😊

I always go as a walk in here, but its usually a longer wait than Id like (30 minutes to an hour wait sometimes longer), b/c they are so awesome theyre always busy. I still wait b/c they are definitely worth it! Love it there! The staff has always been nice, and the prices are reasonable. They are also very patient with my daughter when shes getting her nails done. Huge bonus!

Its a bit run down on the inside, not bad. Just very lived in, and the equipment is showing its age. Other than that its great. Staff is very friendly and good at what they do. One of the more affordable places in Traverse City to get your nails done.

Inexpensive pedicure that looked great. Only complaint is that I sat in the chair and soaked for 15 minutes and wasnt told anything. The water got cold.

Everyone in the salon is very friendly. But the couple times I have gone in for a full set and shellac they never ask me specifically what shape or how long I want them. I asked for long squared nails and I got short and stumpy uneven nails. I don’t get a full “salon” experience either, it seems very rushed through.

Every time Ive gone, the nail techs have been polite and they do a fine job. There arent any bells and whistles, but you dont pay for them either. I would recommend if you just want some nice nails or toes for a reasonable price.

My first visit there and everyone was so friendly! They knew their regulars names and were laughing with them. I had my nails filled and was waxed also. Both people I interacted with were great. I have found my nail and waxing home!!

Best pedicure I have had in a long time! I usually go to Regal Nails, but decided to give this place a shot. Their pedis are $28 instead of $31 at Regal. Their manager, Austin, was very welcoming and does a great job running the place. Ryan did my pedi and he was excellent. At the other place, you can see where they do a second coat, but Ryan made it all perfectly even :) I will be back soon!

This is the only place I would trust with my nails. Austin is the best! Make sure you make an appointment as they are BUSY! Worth the wait.

Just went to get a nail fixed and they refused. Definitely dont recommend. They say they take walk ins but everytime ive gone they have refused. Safe yourself a trip and go to 90s nails or the LA nails by Kmart. They have better service and are more friendly :)

Dangerous and Really disappointing- my neighbor left with a nail fungus that required antibiotics and steroids. My daughter, a skin fungus, and me with an extremely mediocre pedicure. Would not go- unless you want to visit the doctor immediately after!!

Our whole family came in for pedicures today, the staff at LA Nails was professional and friendly. Ryan was a smooth and precise ! We will be back soon.
