Its been a long depressing year, so I treated my Woman to a nail job. They did great work and it made my girl so happy. I didnt sit for the whole time, but the gorgeous Creature told me the lady who did the job was very nice and they had good conversations. So all this made me feel great! She deserved it!

Would give negative stars if I could. My nails are in WORSE shape now vs. before my manicure - the manicurist rushed like mad, filed too much, painted my fingers in addition to my nails, and applied a bad top coat that left hideous bubbles everywhere. See photos, and BEWARE!

The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was very nice, and she did a pretty good job. The only thing that I didnt like was that she did not do the shape that I wanted for my manicure and she insisted on doing it a different shape, but it still turned out well. Also, they didnt have the color of gel that I originally wanted, but that isnt a huge deal since I had a backup color and it isnt their fault that they ran out of the other color.Also, they were a bit pricey for the quality. But its a touristy area so I get it.

The girls were nice but all 3 of us didnt care for the outcome of my nails. There french pedicure came out very thick, and even after 3 top coats on my manicure they were uneven. We all also got cut and bleed.

Got my nails done with my sister and she was paying and i got almond shaped and she got squad and they up charged us 10 dollars for my shape, then said we told her it was 10 more dollars witch they didnt then got mad when i told her she didnt and she started messing my nails up. they were uneven and not even close to the color i wanted and then started swearing in Chinese about my sister because my sister was mad they didnt tell me and so i will never go back there. like does anyone else know a nail salon that up charges you for the shape?

The lady that did my nails was extremely rude to me and was way to harsh when drilling my nails and almost cut me. she also yelled at me.

My last pedicure at another shop was absolutely horrendous. The nail tech at pro nails fixed my nails up!!!! He did an absolutely wonderful job and was soooo humble about it. I loved the paraffin wax and the hot stone leg massage. He really took his time and my feet look and feel fantastic!

Couldnt get into my regular salon so tried this new place. All I needed was a refill. But was charged for a full set, plus charged extra for trimming my nails down. When I asked about the price they were charging me.(full price,50.00)The lady would not listen and insisted thats what I owe. Never again will I use this place. Or take my daughters to this place. Will definitely stick with my original salon.

I went here because there were good reviews. But I shouldve trusted my gut. Barely scrubbed my feet, didnt let the paraffin sit long enough to solidify- when he pulled the bags off hot wax went everywhere, and asked for a French tip on my toes, not a single toe was even, everyone was a different thickness. My friend came with me,, her pedicure was worse.. Asked for simple nail art, not a single line was straight.. Wont be back.

My bestie and I went to get manicures done, had called two days in advance for appts, when we arrived they clearly never took down our information for the appt, they insisted we get pedicures, had to tell them twice we didnt want pedicures, my friends french tips were sloppy, I didnt feel like it was as it cracked up to be. Place was dusty and dirty, messy, unorganized, they were not using sterile technic with my nails, did not open a new package of tools to do my manicure, didnt see a autoclave for sterilizing tools and when i asked if i could please sit next to my best friend they told me no and the whole point of going with someone is to go and conversate with them and have to someone to talk with, didnt get customer satisfaction here.

Nails broke off two days later after the dip they were mad they had to fix them, then when she did they weren’t even... even the nails look horrible like a 8 year old did them! I just clipped them off waste of 50$ go elsewhere

I have been using this Spa since they opened. I keep returning because they are very professional, friendly and I am always confident in the cleanliness of the Spa and Staff.An extra bonus, yesterday was being given a Gift certificate and Lotion as a Christmas Gift. Horrible place! I was here May 2nd 2021 They made my nails all thick and jagged around the edges and the nail tech didn’t even do the right color I asked for because he knew better. On top of this the nail tech drilled my cuticle and made me bleed. Worst service I have ever gotten DONT waste your money

I had a great experience here last week, so I brought my five year old kiddo here for a special treat. The man who did her pedicure was so sweet and gentle with her, and he went above and beyond - handpainting a gorgeous flower onto each of her biggest toes.We will definitely be back. Such a lovely moment to share ❤️

Fast beautiful nails

It took the technician 2.5 hours to do my nails and i honestly wont come back. She knicked my cuticles multiple times and made me bleed, my nails are filed unevenly and the polish itself is bubbly and uneven. I also took my mom and my friend to get their nails done and theirs look as bad as mine do and i paid 189 for all 3 of us.

They do a good job! Happy with the results. Is my go to place ❣️

They were very busy, I had an appointment, and the manicurist was rushing. Didnt want to take the time to carefully trim my cuiticals, she cut 2 and had to apply pressure and glue to stop the bleeding. Ive been getting Dip powder for several years and Ill have to see how this application holds up. It looks a bit thick. Not a relaxing experience.

Worst pedicure I have ever had! I got the basic pedicure and it was very basic! Lasted maybe 15 minutes, she cut my toe while trimming my cuticles. The nail paint didn’t even cover the whole nail. No exfoliating on the legs and barely on the feet! My friend was in pain when they were trimming his cuticles the whole time! Don’t go to this place for a pedicure!

What I wanted vs what I got. I wanted to try this place out because I wanted that ombré effect and knew they had dip. It looks badly spray painted and the nail shape looks pretty off and crooked. The lady was really rough and also made me bleed pretty bad on one cuticle.

I took my daughter to this place to get a full set of gel just came out with a full set of dip they dont it listed at all said it three times and lady still continue to do what she wanted

From out of town (South FL) I was shocked that what I am normally charged $65-$70 dollars for back home cost me $80 before tip here! Got reg pedi dip mani. Products used weren’t top notch opi or essie. Interesting not so cleanly technique when I got my nails done of jamming the thumb nail into cuticle beds! Won’t be returning or recommending.

Do not scrub your feet, rush through everything. Did not even get the dirt out from under my toe nails.

They did great on my acrylics, but they are very busy and always in a rush. One was working on me and she was very rough on my cuticles. When filing, she was so rough that she made me bleed. There were a few instances where it just hurt, and thats not me being a sissy. I will not return here, I dont suggest you come here either.

Love the selection of dip colors, but this is the finished result. Cost $50

60 DOLLARS for a simple almond shape dip nail with no nail art and no extra treatments and took almost 2 hours and the nails didn’t even look good, bubbles, super uneven shape, and you could see the edge of my natural nails sticking out, never going here again

Highly recommend this place

I spent 2 1/2 hours at ProNails for a pedicure and a dip and paid $100 plus $20 tip. Nelson sat down to do my nails, filed one and said, “oh, someone else is doing them”, got up and walked away. My nails are uneven, bumpy, and they don’t have much shine, one finger has a missing area of top coat. I asked for a coffin shape and got one side of each nail shaped in, the other side of each nail is straight. My big toe had too much clear coat on it and dried oddly. I usually do my own nails (dip) but this was a treat and I’m disappointed. I really hate leaving a bad review, but I read all of the others and disregarded them, I suppose they’re most likely true.I will say their cleanliness was spot on and they’re taking COVID precautions very seriously.

I do not recommend this place. I was charged $45 for an acrylic refill & they tried to say I got shellac when I know I chose gel. They acted clueless and said their prices “may have gone up”, however their website shows $25 for a refill. I felt very taken advantage of and furious that they tried to gyp me.

They broke my stuff yelled at me for it denied it then tried to refuse to replace it then yelled at me more when they finally agreed to replace it and i showed up. So rude! NO STARS.

Omg, pro nails is recommended for everyone. They have great service and are really good at nails. They do eyelash exstentions too! Diana is recommended for everything and the only one who does eyelash extensions! Anyone should DEFINITELY go there!i had a great time😊

Not the best, acrylic nail fell off the day after I got them done. Asked for design and was told it needed to be simple or easy, then she ended up not doing it.

I was in and out fast which I like. Tran did a great job on my nails. All new, clean. Well staffed. Great location. Checked out the new soup place next door.They have a facial special next week 40% off next Monday and Tuesday. Hoping I can make it in! With any new business I think they will work out the kinks. I got an acrylic fill and they were done so thin that 3 of them broke (I’ve literally never had this problem before). I left for vacation otherwise I would have gone back to the shop in person and ask for the issue to be fixed. The man who did my nails clearly did NOT know what he was doing. I’m having to get my nails done AGAIN while out of town. Super unprofessional. Will not be going back.

This was my first time here & I had a pleasant experience. The nail salon is clean & well lit right by the bay. My nail technician was Julia, she has been doing nails for 20 years & you can tell. I was in & out in 30 minutes. Thank you!

Ive gone to several different nail shops in the city and Pro Nails is my go to now. Very affordable and fantastic quality! Staff here were super-welcoming. They took their time and made sure my nails looked perfect. I rate 5 stars for friendliness of them.

Thought Id try them out - had gone too long without a pedi. Very impressed with this nail salon. The staff are very gentle and precise with her work. They did such a fantastic job. Very clean and peaceful atmosphere. I am very pleased with my nails! If you are picky about your nails, this is definitely the place to go.

The prices said i believe 35$ for acrylics and they charged me 55$ .. so prices arent necessarily accurate online! but very friendly and my nails look amazing ☺️

Got a manicure and pedicure here on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was friendly and helpful. The surroundings were clean and calming. They had a large array of current and fashionable colors. Large screen TVs and comfortable chairs were an added bonus

Just got home from receiving my pedicure and wow!! It was awesome! Not only did the facility have awesome chairs, foot tubs, and awesome colors to choose from... but the gentleman who did my pedi almost put me to sleep while massaging my feet! He was fabulous!! Will definitely be back next week to try a dip manicure!

First time trying this place out due to it being close to my home. I got my nails done, I had SHELLAC. They all peeled off within less than a week! I have always had my nails done before (at a different place) and they filed the nails so the shellac would stay. They did not file any of my nails down which is probably why it didnt stay. I gave it two stars because the employee that did my nails was very kind.

The place was decorated nicely, but the staff was highly unprofessional and were more worried about gossip and their phones. My friend also got theirs done and one of the employees young CHILDREN started filing his nails. Would not come back.

This is my go-to place to get my nails done. All the ladies there were really nice -- very energetic -- and fun to talk to. Also, love how she works and how she listened to my request. Not to mention the nails dont chip.

This is the best place to get your nails done in Traverse City. I have gone to a lot of salons in the area, and I drive across town to go to this place because they have the nicest facility and are always very accommodating.

I was bleeding!! She cut me with the nail file. The glue got stuck to my hand, and she didn’t size the acrylics. They were ALL different lengths. The nail polish was all over my hands and she didn’t even bother making the nails flat. They were very bumpy and uneven. If I could give a zero ratting I would!!

Love getting my nails done here. Very professional. Always quality work. I get my nails done with shellac polish lasts me a month before needing to get them touched up.

Experience and staff was great but almost all my polish is off and its only been a couple days. Really annoyed and sad that I have to take it off and paint it myself now.

The salon was clean, and they were able to accommodate 4 of us 1st thing in the morning as we had made appointments the day before. However when quoted a price when we first chose from the menu, was not the same price that they we were charged, it was an additional $20.00. I got a pedicure. The gal that did mine did a base coat and 1 color coat and then she told me to go dry, thinking she was coming back to finish she never returned. So we could not even ask to have things finished. People disappeared and others didnt know what was going on. We will never, never go back to the salon I would not recommend it, however it was recommended to us and that is why we went there.

Just had my nails redone. Too many customers for the help. Pack a lunch. Two other people helped while my nails were being done. Took forever and not a very good job.Not sure I will be back. Other places in town. Too bad.

My daughter and I decided to try Pro Nails because they are new in town and close to home. We were very disappointed in the service we received. For a $40 manicure all they did was apply color and shape our nails. Every other place we have been in town does a far better job for less money.

This place is BS my nails are coming off from me putting on my clothes. I do not recommend this place at all.

First time went here in July and had a good experience, so much so that when I was up last weekend, went again... This time the older gentleman that did my pedicure seemed to be learning. He was a bit too aggressive with the buffing, I have 5 toes that he buffed my skin off of! Stinging was awful at the time now I have nice tender scabs on my toes. My daughters got manicures, 2 of 3 have bleeding cuticles. Manicure polish only lasting 2 days... so... well look elsewhere next time we are in TC. Its a shame because it is a beautiful space, clean, etc. Everyone was very nice and service was at a good pace.

While the tech was working quickly snipping the cuticles on my toes with nippers, she cut one of them. She got this bottle of blue liquid - Im assuming some kind of stypic to stop bleeding - took the cap off and touched the dropper to my toe multiple times. I took me a second to realize what was happening and then I was mortified. How many other peoples blood had it touched? I had been to this salon a few times before and would have rated it a 3 or 4 depending on what technician I got (I also had the experience someone said here of a gentleman who was clearly still learning). But after this, I wont be back and feel the need to warn others. For $18 more once a month I can get a pedicure at a salon in town where it wont be rushed and they dont have stupidly dangerous practices.

My nails looked fine, but the technician sprained my thumb. When I told her she was hurting me there was no apology. No, Im sorry. Nothing. Instead, she said, Relax and you help me. Ummm no. Not when youre wrenching my thumb into unnatural positions. Its been a week and it still hurts .I wont be back.

They did a terrible job, i got a full acrylic set and they were all bumpy and so many air bubbles in almost every nail.

Booked 3 pedis. After an hour and 10 min only 1 done and she had been left to sit over 30 min in chair between scrub and polish. I soaked in cold water 40 min. Then tech walked away and signaled another tech to polish. I had 2 min massage and no rocks but had requested smoothing pedi. Now other friend done and not even near polish for myself. Dont be in a hurry and watch to make sure you are getting what requested.

My nails look natural and they did great work in a short period of time. Highly recommend
