I simply asked for a clean up! Leave as much hair as possible! Clearly they don’t understand that! This is the second time and I will never return. It took me two months to get my brows to the thickness they were which isn’t even full potential. Apparently they think everyone wants pencil shaped brows and they aren’t even arched! Don’t waste your money!

Please visit another SOI location if at all possible. Older lady threaded my eyebrows on Monday afternoon & I left with multiple cuts on both eyebrows under and above. This is the 2nd time I’ve left with a burning sensation/lots of redness and by the next day I have long scabs forming. I normally go to SOI on Inwood and Maple since it’s close to work and I’ve never had this be an issue. When threading is done properly, I’m in almost no pain. I naturally have very thick eyebrows and have been getting them threaded for 17 years so this isn’t normal at all!

Bro! They use soft wax for Bikini area & they double dip. Do you know how unsanitary that is! They could give you herpes or something. Absolutely unacceptable. Need to be reported to TDLR.

I usually go to seleena, i went to another lady and she snagged my fresh nose ring out with the thread after the first time i tried to adjust it and she continued. It fell out and none of them could get it back in. Moral of the story, stick to your eyebrow lady.

Quick and easy eyebrow threading $10 normally $7 but its near Desoto Lancaster so very convenient

I have been going there since they opened up. I love how they ALWAYS have it clean. Even before Covid. Now that we are in Covid they take extra precautions. Muna and Samuna are my go to ladies

My sister suggested this place. I have been to a few places getting my eyebrows waxed and they have messed me up. Had me looking looking like a surprised scar. I had to let them grow out and made a visit here. She hooked me up. Grateful! Ill be back.

I just left this place and the lady left me with a bald spot in the middle of my eyebrow!! 😡 How TF does that happen!? And I believe she over charged me. For my eyebrows, chin waxing, eyebrow tinting and my daughters threading was $43.. smh.. lesson learned dont go back n do my own like I have been!

I asked for the threader to keep my brows thick and showed a picture for reference, but she instead stuck to a cookie-cutter thin brow and messed up my arches. I wont be going here again.

Has no idea what they are doing. I just needed a little cleanup on my eyebrows before I left the state for a 3 week trip. She took off hair and a lot of it. So annoyed. My brows look worst than before I arrived. So not going back. I paid for them to mess my eyebrows up.

Im honestly not satisfied because they wouldnt honor their own coupons. The fine print was simple yet they had every reason why they wouldnt take my coupons. To make matters worse, everyone was new and knew nothing!

First time trying threading and I would definitely go again. It did hurt a little more than waxing but I loved the results.

So, my go to threading person is Muna (sp). She is great! I normally get my full face done once a month, but eyebrows, chin, and lip are done faithfully every two weeks. My daughter has very sensitive skin, so threading is a better option for her. We both go to Muna. I’ve tried the other ladies in there for “urgent “ matters. They were ok, but not. Muna.
