I have been doing business with you for the past few years, and the customer service has been lacking. The front office team needs to be re-trained to provide better customer service. I am giving it five stars because I have noticed a big difference in the trucks interior and exterior detail. For the past few weeks, the trucks that I rented have been looking spotless. I do not know what the company did differently, but keep up the excellent work. Whoever is doing the cleaning on the trucks is doing a fantastic job.I enjoy driving clean trucks, and it is a pleasure doing business with you.

One guys running the front office - did an excellent job - supervisor in back office not so much - seemed disorganized, disinterested and being at work seemed like the last place he wanted to be

I usually go here to rent for my job and Im usually always treated well, but today and the last time I was there, I was treated poorly and rudely. There is a woman that works there that is rude and is very condescending. There is also a guy there that acts as if you are a bother to him renting a vehicle. Had an attitude the whole time helping me. But then there are other workers that go above and beyond to help. I really hope these two at this location get their act together. Its really bad for business and refects poorly on the company as a whole.

Would have gotten more stars but at the location I went to I didnt like the female that work there because we were trying to explain to her how about we dont get charged a $500 deposit usually just pay with a credit card and go and shes in a couple of smart comments and then she took off what they need to do is do they need to train your employees little better if you ask me I mean theres no way she should be sitting at getting smart with somebody who has done nothing to her you know how was she like it if it was her what does how come and get a full five stars because I didnt like that lady attitude and I didnt like cuz nobody correct it or said anything it just let her do it and that was it

Friendly and helpful staff. They saved us on moving day when uhual didnt have any trucks even though we reserved. Price was reasonable. Wish they showed us how to operate closing the back gate/lift we got stuck for a while trying to figure it out. Overall Id recommend their service.

Its fine there used to be a more local office in Westminster was much more convenient but was not in South icu th at least.

A++ .. I rent from Penske, Ryder, U-haul, and all the competitors, and my experience with Enterprise truck rental was deserving of the greatest review, for their highest standard in customer service. Every Enterprise I have been to thus far has been over accomodating, and made sure I got the truck I needed. Rates are completely fair for the service you get, and you get what you pay for (except the last time I rented from Penske, omg, awful... never again). I dealt with Harry who took great care of me and made sure I didnt leave without the hitch receiver I needed, which I almost left without remembering to get. And then while Tuttle Click was dropping the ball left and right on my truck in service, Lauren made absolutely sure I was taken care of and even did the dealerships work to make sure I wasnt billed for their neglect. 5 Stars to Lauren and Enterprise, A++ to this operation!
