Its been awhile since Ive been there. I went today, still a great place to get nails done

I paid for a shellac manicure and it was horrible. $45 later and my polish is already chipping. The manicure was too fast bad results. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Made an appointment for 1:00 a few days prior but was not taking back til 1:40 with no communication from the desk about the wait. My person was extremely kind and did a good job. The color selection could be better as only a few are available for pedicures. Took my daughter who is 8 as well and was charged almost full price for literally just polish.

I told the (probably unlicensed nail tech guy )that I didnt want a drummer used on my toenails. He pushed hard to use it and promised to be gentle. NOT! He drilled a trench into my big toenail! Even the manager would not sidebwith me when I complained.. None of them are licensed. Do not go there

My tech was awesome! I got Pearl Spa, it smelled wonderful. Will definitely be back!!!!

They did my nails very fat and uneven, but when I went back to have them removed the guy took another nail from his kit and used it to dig under my nail to rip it off it hurt extremely bad as if I was in a horror movie. I absolutely do not recommend

Went in to have my nails done, and I was looking at a chrome finish, and the man working said, thats $10 extra, too expensive for you. That should have been my sign to get out, but I continued with just a set of acrylic nails, short coffin, black matte. They look horrible. None of the shapes are even or match, and I have polish and acrylic stick to my fingers. The tips of the nails are super glued to the skin of my finger tips. The price listed was $40. I was charged $55 with no explanation of the upcharge. I will NEVER go back. Ive already made an appointment to have an actual professional fix the mess this store left on my nails. Incredibly disappointed.

Over filed my nails. The tech was very rough when he was handling my nails and managed to poke my nail bed with the drill causing it to bleed. Had a full set of acrylics that are were all kinda uneven. Would give negative if I can. The tech was definitely rushing. One of the nail broke just 3days after I got them. Not worth the $45.

The nail technician was very rough and cut my nail bed so bad that it was bleeding. Left glue all over my fingers and under a couple of my nails which I didnt notice until after I left because I was so upset about my cuticle bleeding. Will not be returning.

My nails hurt for like a day after getting them done and I thats why there getting only 4 stars(this has happened both times I went there).. other than that they do an amazing job on a French manicure...
