Never do I have a problem or issue with my service. Always polite and welcoming. Since Ive relocated this nail salon does better than the previous place Ive gone too. Found a photo on pinterest to recreate!

First I’ll say this place is very nice, clean and our pedis were relaxing and well done. I am however, unhappy that I asked for a $40 pedicure (by name off their menu) for my husband and myself, but apparently we were given and charged for $55 pedicures instead. I don’t appreciate the apparent bait and switch….there was nothing we could do but pay the additional $30 and when I questioned it there was no attempt at clarifying for me what happened.I’m not at all dissatisfied with the actual service or shop other than this over charge.

Excellent service and cleanliness. I love seeing Tammy. She is amazing! Meticulous. And makes me feel like I’ve had a luxurious appointment while also respecting my time. She is punctual and does a fantastic job. 5 stars.

I went here twice in the past year and will never go again. The first time I went with my sister. We did not have an appointment but they advertise that they take walk ins. We were just getting plain gel manicures. They seemed upset that we did not have an appointment despite it being practically empty in the place at the time. They rushed through our appointment, not listening to what we wanted, and even messed up my sisters polish and she had to point it out to get them to fix it. We felt like we were being rushed out the door. I figured ok maybe they were short handed or something but the same thing happened the last time I went there, this time by myself. I had made an appointment and again, was just getting a gel manicure. They were extremely rude, put me all by myself in the very back and made me wait over ten minutes for someone to come and start the manicure. The guy doing my nails did not seem like he wanted to be there or like he knew what he was doing. He was rude, made fun of the color I chose, left polish on my skin, and made a nick in the polish that he didn’t fix because he was in such a rush. I have NEVER had a nail tech anywhere else outright make fun of the color I’ve chosen. I also would like to point out that they offered every other client a drink except me. I have no idea why I was treated this way however, I will never go there again if this is how they treat their paying customers. I paid (and tipped I’m not a monster) far too much for a flawed manicure and rude service.

The salon was very clean and people really nice. However, I was not satisfied with my service. I paid 65 dollars for a new full set and ombre. I asked for just slight round nails and ended up with extremely almond shape which I dont like. I was running late so didnt ask to have them re-done since I was not satisfied. The tech was nice but I did not like the work.

I have been coming to Love Nails for the last 5 years. They are friendly and do a great job! It is also decorated so beautifully that I want to hang out there! They just built a little bar area too so you can feel very fancy drinking mimosas with perfectly polished nails.

I come here on a regular basis in fact every 2 weeks for a gel manicure and every month for a pedicure. This place is wonderful! It’s very professional, clean, quiet and relaxing. Ken is my favorite nail stylist and he is AMAZING!!!

Best nail salon I’ve been too ever! Someone gifted me a gift card at my baby shower for this salon and I used it the weekend before I went into labor. Everyone at the salon was so nice and made me feel so relaxed days before my life was about to change. The gel on my nails stayed on for so long. To the point where my nails had grown so much that I had to remove the gel over a month later. Quality work!

My boyfriend went there to get me a gift certificate for a full mani-pedi and paid $60.I got a full set and French manicure and full pedicure.I had to pay an additional $77 (Linda did a great job and I tipped $10) but I had no idea I was going to have to pay way, way more than the gift card was for.I have never paid this much in any other place EVER!Outrageous! It used to be my favorite salon but I hadn’t been back in over a year and prices went way up, now I won’t go back!

I used to love doing my nails here. But lately I have been extremely disappointed. My nails break and they leave excess acrylic under the nails, last time the lady didnt even put on a clear top coat and my nails were history 4 days later. The price is outrageous for what the quality of work. To expensive. Im driving down to Hillsborough. Save 50 bucks everytime I do my nails and they last 3 weeks.

Worst nail salon I have been to. The workers have an attitude and treat you very poorly. They want to charge you for any OPI NAIL color that isn’t gel because “it last longer”, they push your feet and toss them because you want a regular pedicure and not a deluxe. A lady named Linda was so rude and laughed at me. When I wanted to pay at the end of the service the owner rolled their eyes at me because I wanted to pay a partial part of my payment with cash and the rest on a card. You can receive better service at any other nail salon and it be way less. Horrible horrible place!!

I hate to give the salon a bad review, because the start of our pedicure experience was actually very lovely. However, this place is WAY OVERPRICED. I have never in my life spent so much money on a pedicure. They charged an extra $17 for a gel pedicure!! I did not appreciate the lack of warning and the fact that they pressured my mother into getting one without telling her. I have never seen such an up-charge for gel before. It is sad because the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, this place is way too pricey for a Citrus Park plaza nail salon. Their prices are more suitable for a five-star hotel spa. Not to mention, it was definitely not the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, we will not be returning because of this.

Do not use this salon! I went there about 3 weeks ago for a fill, pedi, and eye brow wax. They charge me $100, which is ridiculous! Then to top it off, when I went to my normal salon for a fill I have MOLD on 8 of my finger nails, cause by them not removing the lifting! Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never had mold.

Been coming here for years and even used to bring my mom I decided to treat myself to a deluxe pedicure yesterday - no appointment. I asked for someone experienced and good. The lady at the front desk gave me someone named Linda. I picked out a new color, 408, and all was fine at first until I remembered to ask if it was gel because I don’t ever like gel. She said yes so I told her I’d like the non-gel version please. She went to get it, I paid no attention when she brought it back as she was still going through the pampering process of the deluxe pedicure. When it was time to apply the polish I noticed the color was red. I told her that’s not the color I chose. I gave her the number and she went and brought back 403. That’s wasn’t it either. I told her 408 and that it looked like autumn orange. She brought back several other oranges all like summer similar to Cajun shrimp and 2 black ones with 409 on them. I said no those are not it. She went back and then returned to tell me that they didn’t have it. I said well maybe someone else is using it - she didn’t check and just insisted they didn’t have it. Had she offered the gel again (I didn’t think) I would have taken it just to get the color I wanted. She presented the 4 summer spring orange ones and said “these are close” - they weren’t. My frustration is that she didn’t seem to care, didn’t bother to look or ask, and when I told the lady at the front desk about it all she did is say “I’m sorry” - nothing else. No concern, no discount, nothing. Needless to say for all of the years I’ve been going there, I would have expected superior customer service despite the years. I believe it’s time to find some place else. Sad, but it wasn’t thrnfriday treat experience I was looking for - she didn’t even offer a beverage. The girls have been inconsistent on the last few visits.

More updated decor than other nail salon. Nice offering of soda, water, & wine/mimosas. But pedicures no better or worse than elsewhere & they are more aggressive w/ the add on & upgrades. Big turn off. I do not want to be given the hard sell for a $50 pedicure. As much as I like the setting & location, I am not likely to return.

Worst nail salon i have EVER gone into. I have never done a review but this place is just ridiculous. The classy atmosphere makes the prices for everything incredibly high and then to have their nail techs not have a clue on what they’re doing is just 100% unacceptable. If I’m paying a good amount for nails I expect the job to be done well rather than paying for OKAY costumer service and receive a bottle of water. I gave this place a shot once and then once more months later. Both times I left entirely displeased.

I absolutely love this salon, my nails last 4+ weeks and only need to be redone because they grow out. Linda is fantastic, I live 45 away and make the drive here because it’s worth it.

I paid way too much for the manicure I received. I would never go back. I was rushed out. It is supposed to be relaxing. It wasnt relaxing and I was asked a question that I could hardly understand. She buffed my nails which took less than 5 seconds on each finger if that and then they charged me another $5. I paid way too much for the manicure. Not even a full hand massage. I dont know how they stay in business. They probably dont care too much about the male customers. I told my wife she shouldnt go there.

The inside is very clean and nice. They did an amazing job of making the spa very beautiful and comfortable. The message chairs are awesome and the service is thorough and professional! They helped me pick what to get and wine was complimentary.

I had been coming to this nail salon for 12 years and they have always had good customer service up until recently. I have a very hectic schedule and when I can carve out time I used to treat myself with a manicure after work and this place has some of the best nail techs . But Apparently they have changed receptionist and she has turned me away 3 times claiming not to have enough time or nail techs for my service. I come at 7 always have and they close at 7:30. I’ve never had a problem and been in and out in about 30 mins. Not only that they claim to take walk-in s, how is that when you claim to not have enough time or nail techs ? 3 times I have wasted time and gas Hoping to have my me time like I have been for 12 years! Well needless to say 3rd time was the charm and I will not be returning and I will no longer refer clientele.

Vi took her time with me and was meticulous. I didnt feel rushed at all and she gave me an amazing experience. I highly recommend spending the extra money on an Raw Earth pedicure. She even gave me the most gorgeous design for my pedicure! Best eyebrow wax in FL, like I used to get in NY! She really tried to get to know who I was. Its a little pricey, but its worth every penny! It was busy so I do suggest booking an appointment. Will be back for the manicure! This salon is the cleanest and the prettiest Ive ever been in.

Ive been looking for a nice nail salon in Tampa for almost a year. And I finally found it! The atmosphere was clean, upscale and professional. I got a manicure (SNS with tips) and pedicure. They came out beautiful and perfect! My nail tech, Elijah was so kind, dilligent and quick! My nails came out absolutely perfect! I will be back! And I am so happy to have finally find a nail salon!

This place is a ripoff. I went in for a pedicure today and the girl handed me a sheet and told me to pick a scent. Never mentioning that it would cost an extra 30 dollars!! Partway through, after being there a half hour and her not starting my nails yet, I started to realize that these were additional services and pulled up the website to figure out what she was doing. Seeing that it was 55 dollars, I started stressing out. I didnt even get my nails painted because it all took so long and I had to get my son. I did tell the receptionist while I was checking out that they should mention to customers about additional costs when asking them to choose things. Will never come back here

Love Nails is the absolute best!

Not happy with my last few visits to Love Nails. Their establishment is beautiful, clean and maintained, but the service is not great. The past two times I have went my nails chip two days later. I get gels which are supposed to last 2-3 weeks! Not two days! Not to mention, they are more expensive than anyone else in the area.Sadly will not be returning!
