I’ve lived in Tampa approximately 2 months and am looking for a nail salon to call home. I’m not sure if this will be the salon that I call home but I will definitely be back. My nails look amazing and the nail techs are nice and friendly. The environment is peaceful and relaxing and the salon is pretty and dainty. I received all that I expect from a nail salon..

I was a little skeptical to go here after reading some of the reviews. However Im very happy I chose to go here. I came an hour before closing, so I figured service would be rushed. The tech was really sweet and took her time on my nails. Will be back for sure!

For what I got and what I paid not worth it. And find out pricing before hand cause I was definitely over charge. Convinent for simple nail services like Mani pedi but I dont recommend for anything else

Got a very relaxing pedicure, affordable, would go again.

Tech Lee was very good. He listen to what I wanted and took his time to helping to decide on the color that was best for me. I felt he wasnt rushing to finish. I was happy with the outcome.

Called made an appointment was seen same day right on time quick gel manicure good job and on my pedicure. With that being said every place I have been to for a pedicure never been charged for callus removal they charge here 5dollars but since it has been a while needed to get it doné lol

I am so glad they are open again! Their new process to keep everyone safe is great. They have you wash your hands before you even pick your color. They also have plexiglass walls up so there is a barrier between you and your nail tech. They had hand sanitizer everywhere and all the nail techs were wearing masks. My nails look beautiful and I’m so happy I have my nails back.

Great first experience with Lee! I had fill and am very happy. He finished fast but I didn’t feel like it was at the sake of quality at all. I was also pleased with the large selection of colors. Will definitely be back.

The ladies were very friendly. Anny did my mani-pedi. She was detail oriented and buffed my nails to a very nice shine. Some salons give me trouble when I ask for no polish, just buff, but they were happy to do it. It took about an hour for a mani-pedi with nail buffing. This is clearly a small business salon, not a posh salon. Great bargain for the price.

I want to start off by saying i’m a VERY picky when it comes to nail salons. i’ve been going to the same nail tech for years, and he was essentially the only person I trusted with my nails, but I moved and when lockdown was over I needed my nails done desperately. I found this place on google and just went with it. I walked in on a friday at 4 pm and was immediately sat, but they had me wash my hands first. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they helped me pick out all the colors, and then sat me down. there’s plexiglass between you and the nail tech so that made me feel great and he put hand sanitizer on and gave me some as well. He told me what he was going to do to make my nails look like the picture and then a lady did the color. the shape and length came out exactly how I wanted it! and the color as well! and i was done within an hour!! i was so happy and everyone was so nice. the place was nice and quiet and relaxing. i’m so happy I chose this place.

My shellac manicure looked like they were growing out already by the time he has done. They dont do your nails so that it looks fresh. Every nail has a gap

First time visit . Got a full set and gel polish for only 40! Amazing atmosphere and friendly nail techs! Ask for the owner! He does amazing work! Quick visit but very attentive and detailed oriented! Found my new nail salon!

They are under new ownership and my nails look fantastic. Im very critical when it comes to manicures but this place is great. The inside decor is super cute and everyone is very nice. The male technician even painted one of his nails in the shade I picked so that I was sure I liked the color. Recently, Ive been getting gel on my real nails rather than on acrylic and a lot of places find it hard to stay neat and even (turns out lumpy when viewed from the side) but my nails look perfect today. He also finished within my lunch hour. Absolutely recommend.

I’ve been a few times now and I love it! It’s decorated so cute and is always clean. Also, I love my nails! I’ve done acrylic and the powder as well as gotten my toes done and I’ve been so pleased every time. Each nail tech has been meticulous and have made changes when I’ve asked (due to work I need to keep my nails pretty short). But my most recent experience takes the cake- I had an apt for 6 pm (they close at 7) and got out of an exam later than expected and wouldn’t make it until 6:30. I called around 5:30 to let them know (and offered to reschedule), but she said it was no problem and that they’d wait for me (didn’t sound annoyed either, she was very genuine sounding). I got there at 6:30 and Nelson did my nails- French powder (I’d never had these- I had NO idea how long they’d take). He didn’t skip steps on the manicure and my nails look amazing. I didn’t leave until 8pm!!! It was above and beyond customer service. It was so appreciated- now my nails look so cute for the wedding I’m attending this weekend. I felt like such a jerk because I’m sure he wanted to go home, but HE never made me feel that way. Thank you guys- I will be a repeated return-customer!

I went in for a gel manicure two weeks ago and had Lee, as my tech. He did a fantastic job! Two weeks later my nails still look great! He’s fast and efficient. I highly recommend him and Lilian’s Nail Bar!

They’ve undergone several changes in staff and the actual inside of the nail salon has been updated very nicely. Very accommodating group of technicians!

Been to this nail salon locations for a few years and was always satisfied until recently when it was bought out. I’ve been back 3 times with another family member and each time left because of incredibly poor service and ridiculous wait times. Each time we went on a weekend morning and only 1-2 tech was working and told us they could only accommodate a single person and it would be a 30 minute wait for the other person. Once I went and no one was working at all except for the manager who told me no one was available for a pedicure! Not sure how you plan to run a business when the staff doesn’t treat customers well (who want to spend their money there) and when you don’t have anyone to work. Will not be returning again until there is new management.

Kenny the owner does a beautiful job on my nails. The nail salon is the cleanest salon Ive ever been in . I highly recommend!

We were a walk in for 2 pedicures, and were turned away at the door and asked to come back in 40 minutes. There is a Publix in the same plaza, so that was not a problem. 40 minutes of grocery shopping later, and we come back to the same lady telling us she forgot she had another appointment scheduled but we can go one at a time. We left and went to Elegant Nails down the street, no problems with service there.

Very kind staff who loved engaging in conversation, and incredibly experienced. Made you feel incredibly welcome, and did everything up to expectations.

Ive gone to this place for years and I went recently maybe about two months ago. I asked them for a french design on my toes. But it was a different and prettier french nail design. I even showed the girl a picture. When she started and finished on the first toe nail, it wasn’t at all what i asked for! But I didn’t say anything about it because I didn’t want to seem like a rude customer. I didn’t say anything but I also didn’t tip her!!

So my mother went to get her eyebrows and upper lip waxed on the day of her vow renewal wedding and the lady RIPPED her skin off all over her face. I had to do my moms makeup that day and she was in pain. As compensation they gave my mother a 50$ gift certificate for any service.My mom refuses to go there so she gave it to me. I get off of work at 5 and got to the salon around 6 with no appointment and the location was closed even though the store hours on the door and website says 7. No problem. I call the next day to schedule an appointment for 6. The man on the phone says they close at 6:30 (which is a lie because like I said I got there at 6 and they were closed even though the hours are 7) and his reasoning was that they are short staffed due to employees being on vacation? What does being short staffed have to do with the operating hours?Regardless I make an appointment for 5:45 and said I would leave work early. I get off of work and immediately call the location to ensure that my appointment will be fulfilled. Dead dial tone. They closed shop early. Despite my appointment. And despite the operating hours. This establishment is unprofessional and under trained. Once I redeem this free certificate I will never come again.

I went on a Sunday afternoon for a color change on my nails as the nail salon I frequent is closed on Sundays. I didnt have to wait, very quick service. I would go back again in the future.

I strongly recommend this place.I have been coming here for 2 years.Lily is very honest and professional and never pushed to get more expensive nails.And she does facial massage also for hour with reasonable price.It is worthy !!!

TP nails will be my new favorite nail salon in the bay. The decor is beautiful!!! The staff is sweet, patient and most importantly TALENTED!

This place seems to be good but is not! They dont clean the pedicure stations when a new person comes in. I went with my 10 year old and she finished before me so she went to dry her nails, when the other person came they just sat her down and turned the water on to start soaking her feet and I was like ohh maybe because she is a little girl they know she does not have anything. So when I went to dry my nails some one came and they just hopped them on the chair again with out cleaning it. I was in shock! I dont have anything but who knows if the person before me had something!!! Im never going back there!!!

I went in to get my lips waxed and the lady literally ripped skin off my lips. Please don’t use trainees to practice on customers unless they have proper training and experience. I am not yours to experiment on. It was so bad to the point where it hurts to talk. Terrible service. Would not recommend

So my issue with this place is the inconsistency in the prices and customer service. Ive gone here 6 times now i liked my nails each time Ive gone which is good. However i only get basic manicures and pedicures ever and the prices never match the menu. More recently for my birthday i got SNS and when i went to get it removed they charged me $10 instead of $5. When i showed them what it said on the menu about a soak off for $5 and $10 for acrylic they go got rude and said its and old menu. Also this same guy was rude regarding my SNS. He got upset because i asked him if he uses a drill for SNS since i never got SNS before. Its a yes or no question but he copped an attitude and said fine just dont get it! He is really unprofessional I did like coming here when the other nail tech was still there but she is in Vietnam and ever since she has been gone its been terrible customer service they dont even greet guests.

Recently moved to the area, looking for a nail spa close by. Found this nail spa while coming out of Publix. I walked into the establishment and the nail tech ask if I had an appointment, I politely answered no and she said, then what do you want? Right away the other tech realized how she responded and must have said something in their language and then she apologized to me and ask if I could come back in a hour. I said I would, but after much thought, I decided not to. Bad experience for me.

Walked in with no appt and was accommodated immediately. Quiet little gem I found today :) and it’s cheaper than my previous salon. Definitely gained a returnig customer :)

I recently got a gel mani/pedi at this location for the first time. Not even 2 days later, 3 nails were lifting and some of them were even chipped! I called to ask if I can get them fixed for free and was told they would need to see them in person in order to decide for themselves. That’s ridiculous, I paid $65 in total which was a waste of money! I will not be back.

This was my wifes first time there she loves the way I nails came out very good job. Everyone in the place is very friendly.

Had an appointment today at 1 oclock to get my nails done. Got a full set acrylic with gel polish. I wanted a design on two fingers and showed my nail tech a picture. She was unable to do the design the way that the picture looked and it was pretty simple. When I asked her to remove it and just put the same color she seemed bothered by that and rushed through the rest of my visit. Nails are okay not great.

I dont know why people are being so negative on reviews....my experience was awesome. Best i have ever had! Love this place i will be going back regularly.

The first time I was serviced by this salon. I received ok service but the work was amazing. I went back 2 weeks later to get the same work done, gel manicure and a regular pedicure. It was busy. One of the nail techs approached me and said “can I help you?” I said “yes, I’d like a gel manicure and a pedicure.” He replied, “we are really busy right now and the wait is long.” I agreed to wait and he said, “No. The wait is about an hour long.” I said, “so are you telling to go pay my money somewhere else?” He said yes. I got up from my seat and walked out.

I like the services. Would give 5 stars if they brought back the monthly nail memberships.

Very rude. My daughter and I went to get our toe nails painted it was exactly 5:45 and we were told to come back Monday. The craxy part is the nail bar closes at 7 and there were only 2 people in there that were already getting their services done.

The techs were very attentive. They also made some corrections for my daughter and I that were from another shop.

This nail spa is NASTY, they give BAD SERVICE, charge HIGH PRICES, and MAKE YOU PAY for SERVICES YOU DID NOT REQUEST!...I went in for a manicure and heres my experience...This salon is NASTY because:1. During my manicure another nail tech SPIT IN THE SAME SINK THAT CUSTOMERS USE TO WASH THEIR HANDS!!!2. The manicurist did not sanitize his utensils (cuticle nipper or metal nail pusher) before or after he used it on me. He pulled them out of a drawer and just started using them. I didnt notice at first because I was watching TV. However, he put it back in the drawer and immediately used them on another client without cleaning them, so I can infer that he did the same to me.Their SERVICE IS BAD because:1. When I got a manicure, the manicurist did not put soap in the water bowl he used for my manicure. The point of a manicure is to clean the nails...how do you clean without soap?2. He tried to make me soak my nails then file them after they were wet...A good manicurist knows that filing nails once theyve been wet causes your nails to break. (I had to tell him to file my nails BEFORE soaking them in water so that they wouldnt break).3. They play bait and switch with their products...the bottle says CND Tropical Scent, but the scent was not tropical, so you know the lotion isnt CND.4. The manicurist scratched me during the massage because of his long nails.5. The manicurist filed my nails crooked and so I had to refile them straight.6. The manicurist did not cover my entire nail with the top coat...He missed the sides and the next day the polished chipped on those sides.They charge HIGH PRICES ($15 for a basic manicure) and MAKE YOU PAY FOR SERVICES YOU DID NOT REQUEST:1. I asked for a basic manicure when I was done the bill was $15. I asked why it was so high. He said because he gave me a hot towel and massage. But, I NEVER ASKED FOR THESE SERVICES. AND he scratched me during the massage!2. Most salons charge about $10 for a basic manicure and ask if you want additional items so that you approve the related up-charge.I think these people are hurting for business and are happy to cheat the few customers they do get, just to make a dollar.

My brother brought me and my mom groupons for Lilian’s for gel manicures. We both called on different days asking if we could do gel pedicures instead and they said yes both times. Today we went and the lady Amber asked to see the groupon, we showed her and she told us no she can’t do it and after we explained to her what the person said on the phone she said we would have to pay an extra $25 each if she does it. It was a guy on the phone that told us yes and he was sitting next to her not saying anything and she just looked at him but didn’t ask him. They would not accommodate us so we left.

Worst place I have ever been. For 1h 30 min two ladies were trying to do a simple French manicure. They were unable to do so. May be they have problems with the vision... I dont know, but it was so bad, not straight, not even! When it was kind of ok, the second lady who tried to fix it started applying the shiny nail color over the white stripe and the white was not dry... So I had white all over the nails. She was not even seeing it. It was so bad that I asked her to just clean everything and go for a simple color. And even that! It was really BAD! Sides of my nails were not covered. Not straight... UGLY!This is the most INCOMPETENTand UNPROFESSIONAL nail salon a have ever seen in my life.Plus, I prepaid for French to avoid ruining my nails after, so they never said anything about giving me back the $5. Its not about the money, its a question of honesty and mutual respect which those people definitely dont have.JUST AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

Scheduled an appointment for today at 4pm for my wifes birthday. Lilians Nail Bar was running a special on Groupon. When my wife walked in and told the staff member she used groupon he asked her to sit and wait and then took the walk in behind her. My wife was just approached by another employee and was told that it is going to be at least 20 mire minutes now and said she should come back. Horrible Customer Service for a first time customer!

Both my mom and I bought a groupon for a mani/pedi. When I went to redeem mine they told me they do not honor groupons without an appointment even though the salon was empty. I relayed this information to my mother so she made an appointment one week later. When she showed up for her appointment they told her they do not honor groupons because the company never pays them. Unfriendly, terrible service in a bad location with unhelpful staff.

To who this may concern, I am not sorry you feel I bad mouth your nail salon. I write the good, the bad, and the ugly. When you are not doing a good job, Im going to write about it if you are not giving good customer service. The membership you offer, thats on your website has unlimited acylic refills, free nail polish change and free service for your birthday. Why not try looking at what the nail salon offer on the nail salon website and do the job. To make it easy for you I will put up the screenshot from your nail salon website so that you can see that you were in fact wrong about your facts. The free pedicure that I got on my birthday, I mean you did check my ID to make sure I was not lying, not sure why I was in the wrong when the membership I was paying for includes that. If I didnt think Yoyo did a good job I would not come there,(thats the only reason why I would come) what is wrong is how you treat your customers and cant face when someone write the horrible customers service they received from your nail salon. Oh I will also include the last review of the bad mouth review I gave to you from the get go. And to conclude my review on this nail salon. Yoyo did a good job to my nails, however the customer service is the worst. Amber does a horrible job when it comes to repainting nails, and about the others not sure.Worst customer!! So I paid for a membership on October 26th they charge me 60 dollars. Then on November 28th they charge me another 30 dollars. Now on the 8th they are charging me again. So ten days after Ive been charge they charge me again. They said since my first time was the 26th of October I paid for the whole month even tho that was my first visit. They said I need to be charge on the first of the month, but I was not told this until after the second charge. Avoid this place they charge you what ever they want at their conveniences. Amber who I was dealing with keep saying no you need to listen and kept cutting me off. Then they start speaking in another language. Dont spend your money on horrible customers service.

I had a very bad experience with the guy working there. He did a horrible job on my nails. He filed my nails so hard, that they were sore for 3 days. Not going back there.

Terrible!!! I went to do gel polish and pedicure, the guy said he only can do one service... it was early morning and he still turn me foen refusing to do a service . It is no the first time he didn’t want to do a nail service.

I was unhappy at this spa... it was not clean as well as horrible service. I had a terrible day so I thought a relaxing pedi would do the job. First they had cooler water in the tub then i asked for it to please be warmer then it was SKOLDING hot! My pedi lasted about 25 minutes. and the nail polish was all over my toes... Come on now people... I work for the service industry too... get real.
