Excellent customer service and nail care. I came here in May for a deluxe pedicure when visiting the area and had to come back. Not a chip in my polish, just grown out. If they are busy, they are accommodating. Great selection of polish colors. Appointments are recommended, but they will fit in a walk-in.

Well, just moved to the area, came in for a polish change for hands and feet because I just got a mani pedi recently. The price menu when you walk in said $8 / $10 for hands and feet. I told the guy at check in abouT the polish change - he doesn’t tell me the prices on the menu are not accurate.Sat down - she polished my feet. Then I asked if I can pay. She brings me the iPad to pay and says it’s $25 for both. I’m like what! The pricing says $18 and she quietly says yes, sorry $25.No big deal, I paid the $25 but then when I told the (already rude) woman who owns the salon that they should update their prices on the menu, she was yelling at ME and rude to ME and telling me the guy who checked me in was new and that I DIDNT ASK the price as if I was to know that the prices printed on the menu are wrong 😂😂 honestly - I didn’t mind paying but then the blame on me as if I should have asked is a bit ridiculous for a less than par nail salon.This fiasco aside - as others said, the chairs aren’t the ones with the water bowl attached - so some updates needed here. Two stars because the lady who actually did my nails was super nice.I won’t be coming back - likely ever.

I have being in this Salon for 3 years. They take care of myself from head to toe in awesome job. Everytime i come here is satisfied. Eyebrows wax is great shape. Gel Manicure is last long time in 3 weeks and more, pedicure is relaxing with massage chair and foot massage. Facial is very relaxing, my skin feels glow after treatment . My eyelashes extensions are beautiful and last so far so good in 4week. The salon is clean and peaceful . This is a Gem in our community.

Fabulous staffs, greatest pedicure for deep cleaning and enjoy foot massages. My wife dipping powder last long time ( > 4 weeks), relaxing salon with smell so good ( no funky smell as others salon) .We’re So so happy. Best salon in Westchase for sure. I just moved to Westchase 2 weeks ago and my good friend gave many compliments to the people who work in the salon. I like to find my salon in my new life. And I called to make a reservation. Absolutely love it. The salon is fabulous as my friend told me. They take appointment for social distancing. After living in the Westchase area for over 6 years I finally found a nail salon thats everything I could ask for and more!! A super clean, relaxed environment and ladies who went above and beyond making me feel brand new! I talked to Gigi and told her I wanted to grow out my own nails and get my nails healthier and she told me I have to start off from scratch and cut them short I was very hesitant however I gave it a try and honestly I dont think Ill be putting acrylic tips back on! My pedicure was beyond exceptional!! Nancy truly out did herself!! For the first time I was able to actually sit down and truly enjoy getting a pedicure without having to tell the tech where my areas of issues were. I absolutely LOVED my experience and they now have a lifelong customer with me!

This was my first time visiting this salon as I have moved to the area recently from Fort Lauderdale and found this salon on Google.First, the ladies that work here that I met were the SWEETEST! Really accommodating and kind, great customer service. She gave great recommendations when I asked about their different pedicure services. (I had the chamomile pedicure and it was fantastic). I had initially called to make an appointment but the phone was busy when I called. They called me BACK, just from seeing my missed call. Amazing.The technician I had was Nancy. NANCY, I LOVE YOU. WOW. I have had enough pedicures in my life to be kind of snobby about it and let me tell you that Nancys hands are made of **pure magic**. The massage that came with the pedicure was literally the best I can ever remember. Strong, thorough, and relaxing. Thank you Nancy, I walked out feeling like a new woman.

This salon is amazing! So beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly, very professional and made me feel very welcome. They wore face shields, gloves. Appointments are made so everyone is socially distanced. This new salon has great massages ever chairs.

Great staff, clean salon, 100% satisfied with services. They do follow social distancing inside the salon. They Request people wash the hand before touching anything, mask required inside. That’s important for anybody in the pandamic and make me feel safe.

May have been understaffed, the guy that gave my pedicure almost scraped the skin off my heel. But he gave a great massage.

I cant say enough about this place. Gigi was amazing. She is very detailed and skilled at what she does. The atmosphere is very calming and extremely clean. Every thing used for my pedicure was brand new or sterilized. I never felt rushed and they even take the time to give shoulder massages! They really make you feel welcomed and important. This nail salon is in my neighborhood and I absolutely love them. The salon is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. They use new tools for every customer and they have liners in the foot baths for pedicures. Gigi is my usual technician and she does a great job. She’s friendly and also does a very thorough job. They play peaceful music and offer complimentary soft drinks and wine too. I will continue to go here for regular manicures and pedicures and I’d recommend them to anyone!

I drive 53 min to get my spa treatment. I get a pedi and massage every time!!! It’s worth the time, money and experience. They are family owned and have wonderful energy. I have never had any complaints about their work or establishment. Give them a try and you’ll never go anywhere else. Love you guys

I loved the variety of colors to choose from. The place was also very clean and they have kind nail technicians. The girl who did my nails did not know if she could do my design but she still tried and did it perfectly. When my nails were done they looked and felt great. I overall had great experience.

I have been coming here for about 3 months and I love it!!! It is a family owned nail salon they are all very nice and actually care and listen to what their clients requests. I always feel welcomed and I never feel uncomfortable asking for what I want. This is big to me because I’m super picky and look at all the details when I get my gel manicure and pedicure. They have the best massage chairs while you get your pedicure and give the best foot massage it’s amazing. I would highly recommend this nail salon you won’t be disappointed.

I called on my way and they fit me in right away. We all wore masks and washed our hands. Gigi wipes everything down in front of me with antiseptic wipes. She started on my feet then moved to my hands while I got to sit in the comfiest massage chair ever. The gentleman (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) gave me the best massage of my feet And calves that I’ve ever received in a salon. Gigi worked on my hands while I got my feet rubbed. They were both extremely professional and the quality of mani pedi was the best I’ve received. Gigi was very detail oriented and fixed my terrible cuticles. They are perfect now. She also waxed my eyebrows which was painless and turned out great. Best nail experience I’ve had in a long time. I love half an hour away but will travel back just for this. Thank you!!

In my opinion, this is the best place to have gel nails. Ive been having my nails done for 15 years and they have never lasted more than a week. Now I can confidently go for 4 weeks!!

Really bummed... got a gel pedicure on Sunday 2/23 and by Monday 2/24 both of my big toes were infected. I had redness, pain, and crusting around both cuticles. I am now on antibiotics with improvement. The staff was very nice and accommodating but I would not go back to this nail salon. I have gotten dozens of pedicures from other salons and they have never resulted in infection.

I was very skeptic when I made my first appointment because I passed by thousand of times but never checked in. Definately I was WRONG and I had great services( facial waxing, pedicure and manicure). Gigi and Tom gave me the best services and the place helps to be 100% relaxed.

Ive been going here for years. My mani/pedis last longer than anywhere else and thats what brings me back - its so worth it. Theres a huge color selection, a big beautiful space in the back, and its always clean with very friendly staff.

DO NOT EVER COME HERE! Booked an appointment for two pedis and two gel sets at 2pm last Friday. It was 5:30 by the time I left. I was very rushed and they obviously take 0 pride in their work as I felt like had to guide them every step of the way to make sure my nails werent uneven. They made me bleed TWICE on my left middle finger and on my right big toe. Space is very messy and borderline unsanitary. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
