I got a medium fade from Ana and it was a high quality cut. Very well done, she took her time and effort on my hair.

My first haircut was great. Sam is a really good barber.

My 7 year old son has sensory processing disorder, and this is the place he always asks to get his haircut! They do a wonderful job with him!!! His haircut always looks great, and he always loved it, and more importantly has a great time getting it done!

Its clear you really need to change your hours of operation on Google. Doors are locked at 6:45pm, again. I can find another place to get my 10 minute hair cut.

Sam is always such a sweetheart. Very knowledgeable and understanding. She makes the whole experience great. Her manager is not the best. She has absolutely no idea how to run a business?! Who put her in charge?! She needs to work on her people skills and how she talks to people. She comes off as condescending and absolutely rude. If I was her boss I would have fired her a long time ago. That goes for a lot of the girls in that shop.

I love the convenience of the Sports Clips app! I can sign in at home and have 30 min to show up at the store. The staff is awesome and are always welcoming. I also love the MVP, they take there time and I never leave with hair all over me!

The place was clean, Ill give them that. Haircut was just OK. Nothing special that my 11 year old son couldnt have gotten anywhere else for A LOT cheaper! A boys haircut does not cost $20. Period. End of story! 9nly thing they did extra was a bit of gel at the end. So not worth the money. Will not go again. He was in the chair a total of 8 minutes....insane

I have always had a good experience at Sports Clips of Fairmount. My stylist Taylor works with me to get my hair just the way I like it. All the stylists are courteous. I have used several coupons there with no problems whatsoever. I recommend this location to anybody without any doubt they will be treated very well.

Don’t ever go there!! The hairdresser didn’t even listen to what I said. I told her to cut a medium skin fade. She cut a high skin fade. I also showed her how much to cut off and she just cut double as much as I wanted and she was not nice at all. I don’t expect a conversation but at least smiling sometimes or not looking miserable would be appreciated! Nightmare! I loved my hair and just wanted to adjust some things, but she destroyed it. I am glad that I didn’t pay for it because I got the “Free cut voucher“ but if I paid 25 $ for that service, I would have been even more fuming!!

Most recent haircut: meh. When you sit down and the first thing the stylist says, That cowlick isnt going to do what I want it to do.. was not a good sign. I missed it though. The stylist revealed that she did not have the expertise to deal with something as common as a cowlick on the hair. I let the comment go for then.Got the haircut, was fine... but realized that my hair along my bang was way too long later on the day. Avoided the cowlick, and the job was undone. No longer getting my hair done at that location again.

They cut my grandsons ear and never said anything. We were driving up west genesee st and then noticed there was blood dripping down his neck it bled for a good 30 minutes. I called no apology said oh must have nicked it with the clippers. Won’t be going back it was more of a v cut so I think it was sissors. She knew she did it because there was dried blood from blow drying his hair.

This was our second visit that almost didn’t come to be. We went into the store to make sure that the last girl was not here this time. If she was I would have walked right out but the ladies that were working I didn’t mind them giving my sons hair a try.The first time my son had a girl named Taylor. The appt was basically about her and her life as she was talking about some of the other girls and even clients that were there and it was so professional. I’m glad my sons hair didn’t turn out too bad but she too way too long, seem like she wanted to avoid someone or to take as much time to get right out on time. Will never go back to her.Second time was the charm. We got a girl named Red who we got to watch do a haircut on a little boy when we were there that first time. I wish i could have Changed to Red the first time but we were almost done. So the second we got Red. Yay!!!! She was on the ball and even had to fix on Stevens card that they keep on file some issues that the first girl never wrote r didn’t fix. Red was fast, amazing, knew exactly what Steven wanted and it was so comfortable to be around here. She was a joy to be around. And that is why we will tell people about sportclips and which stylist to absolutely avoid and We will tell them we don’t know the rest of the girls, except Red, I’ll just have to schedule online ahead of time for Red. Red we will see you soon!!! Thank you!!!

The absolute worst of the Sport Clips stores in CNY. So bad that after getting an MVP here, I went directly to the Clay store to have it fixed. Stray hairs not cut, beard trimmed horribly uneven and over charged for my usual... on top of that the lady refused to punch my card because I didn’t get it from her store.If anyone thinks this store is good... you really need to go to the Clay store. Much better service and you won’t have to hear about someone’s sister that got pregnant by an ex who cheated!

OMG! How did no1 mention the: scalp, neck & shoulder massages... along w/the hot towel face wrap that comes w/MVP cut, including a shampoo?! Best experience at a salon yet! Brit was fab as stated in other’s reviewz. Never have I ever tipped 40%... until yesterday! I do want to experience Roe &/or Red as well. & w/the multiple coupons I received after my 1st visit... I’ll be sure to meet them also! To the “wanna try peeps”... get your free cut tix at Munchies in Auburn @ the food/ice cream counter. Honestly pretty bad deal. Asked for a fade from current length to 1, I got a 1 all the way aroundFade (verb)1.gradually grow faint and disappear.ex: the noise faded awayI basically have a high and tight now, and I walk around looking like a jackass.

Brit fixed what someone else messed up after I moved to town, and I was looking for a new barber. The experience was perfect and I’ve been returning ever since.

I really liked the experiance and staff was super friendly. Great place to take kids who are anxious about getting their hair done. But maybe they don’t usuaoly get females because I recently got a cut here and I have a huge section of my hair that is still 3 inches longer than the rest. I’m not too happy about it, but Sportscuts is a great experience and I recommend.
