My experience with the Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland was flawless. The front office was friendly and efficient, the facility and my 5x10 locker were clean and easy to access, and the loaner truck was perfect for my needs. They also picked a great location for this Kirkland site—I won’t shop around next time I need storage space, I’ll just go straight back to this Cubes place.

Jeremy and Tyler were extremely friendly and helpful. They got me setup with a unit, worked me through all the details and got me the moving truck very efficiently. The truck was very clean, AC worked amazing for a hot day and it drove great. I’m happy it’s located right downtown Kirkland and will for sure use them for all storage needs in the future.

I rented a 10x5 from cubes for 14 months, and a 5x5 for 4 months. Their customer service is top notch. The facility also feels very safe, secure, and well maintained. I visited several other local facilities, and while Cubes wasnt the cheapest, it was by far the best for me.

We love the clean, secure, and convenient location of Cubes, Kirkland. But more than that we love the super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Jeremy is a special joy to interact with! He should be training staff everywhere on how to do customer service the right way! Kudos to the owners of Cubes, Kirkland for having a truly superior business! 👏

After visiting 2 storage facilities that did not meet expectations, I was able to connect in person with Tyler who patiently explained how Cubes facilities worked, then showed me the actual storage units in a couple different sizes. I was able to rent an open unit right away that met my needs, and the whole process took around 30 minutes from the time that I arrived. The following day I returned, and was able to secure the use of the moving truck for 4 hours (included as a one-time benefit for moving in) with the able assistance of Jeremy, who walked me through the process in short order, and was very helpful to us as we shuttled loads into the facility. In short, this has been an excellent experience; the facility is clean, secure, easily accessible, and cost competitive. The staff is friendly and very proactive in helping out with specific needs, and customer service is outstanding.

Cubes Storage is a fantastic, very safe, clean and easy to use facility. No matter what time I have come, I have always felt safe, I know my belongs are secure and are protected and it is very convenient for me to access what I need. Also the team who works here, especially Jeremy, are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I get the help and support I need. Would use them over and over again!!

These guys were amazing from the beginning. Jeremy was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We had to extend our unit and they were totally cool about it. Clean and safe indoor units with music made it a better more productive move.

Weve now used Cubes twice, once when we moved to the area three years ago and starting again recently. Each time Ive found them to be both friendly and professional and Id highly recommend them. Its clear that they value repeat business and long-term business relationships. Their facility is also really clean, well-lit, and the automated access means you can go almost any time.

CUBE storage is the best! Clean facilities, long access hours, and lots of ammenedities that make a convienient location. Added bonus - the crew is incredibly professional. The staff is so helpful they create the feel of small town people in the city.

I don’t write many reviews but this place deserves one! The staff is professional, helpful very friendly. The storage spaces are clean and the covered area to unload your items is great. Security and location are fantastic. We recently downsized by half. The process of selecting our unit and signing up was incredibly easy in the midst of all the stress to get things taken care of. They also let us use their truck at no charge to move our things. Highly recommend Cubes Storage.

This is the best self storage facility Ive ever used. The staff is super friendly and flexible. They go out of the way to accommodate to our needs. We rented a storage for a month but needed a few additional days and they did it without any issue. In addition, the facility is super organized and clean. I would definitely recommend it for anymore who needs a nice indoor storage with easy access.

After a four month rental, I moved out of my unit today. It was an all around great experience--a clean, well lighted place for stuff, super convenient location near 85th Street exit on I405, uniformly friendly and helpful staff and strong entry security. The only thing is ... that there IS no other thing. Five boxes 📦📦📦📦📦

I never thought a storage facility would warrant a review, but this place is exceptional. The facility is new, clean, well-lit, and has a covered loading area. It’s also WAY cheaper than any other facility. To top it off, the people who work there are the best. Whenever I pull up, the gentlemen who is working the front desk, Jeremy, sees me coming and brings a cart over to me to see if I need one. Great service!

Ive rented a lot of storage units in a lot of places. Most are fine, a few are bad. Then theres Cubes in Kirkland. They genuinely set the high bar. The facility is new, so thats already a plus; the units are very clean. The facility is climate controlled, which is great not just for my stuff but also for my comfort when Im rummaging around in my unit in the winter. The large elevators make getting my stuff loaded in or out pretty easy, especially since they provide carts. The security systems is top notch, better than I have seen anywhere else. There are large parking spaces, many of which are covered. I would be very remiss if I did not mention the customer service. Tyler and his team are extremely helpful and courteous. I am confident that youll have a good experience if you choose these guys for your storage needs.

Way way less expensive than public storage with prices that dont change for the year. Covered parking and loading area for those rainy days. Inside has a great use of space and is climate controlled. Also the security is top notch, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there are restrooms, carts, and drinking fountain.Best storage facility I have ever used!

A few months ago, I decided to move to a storage location closer to my office in Kirkland. Since I did not have a recommendation for storage places, I started looking at the Google and Yelp reviews. Reviews for Cubes were generally positive, and when I did a price estimate for same size of storage space it came out to about half of what I was currently paying in Ballard.Not only are those good reasons to choose Cubes as a place to store your things, but the managers of the Kirkland location, Tyler and Jeremy, are always trying to find ways to help and make your life easier. When you drive up, if one of them is not busy helping a customer or fixing something, they will bring out a push cart next to your vehicle and greet you with a friendly hello!Not only that, let me tell you other ways they try to make your life easier. I originally submitted a request for a storage space online, and gave a date that I would be moving in. Of course this date changed, and so a few days before my original move date I received a friendly call from Tyler where I could let him know I was going to have to move about a week later. He said it wasnt a problem, if I needed a bit more they had the unit reserved. When I showed up to tour the location, Tyler had already selected a unit that was nearest to the elevator. I did not even need to ask for this.I had another change of plans on the day I was moving, and I needed to secure a second unit at the last minute, since I would only need the additional storage for a month or two. Jeremy was working that day, and even though it was really close to the time they were closing he was more then happy to help. Luckily I called him in advance, so he had already selected a unit close to my current one, and had some of the paperwork already written up with pricing! Since I was moving alone, he even helped hold the elevator for me!I cannot say enough good things about Cubes as a company or Tyler and Jeremy as managers. They far exceed any other storage company, and many other companies I have to deal with day to day, in how they treat their customers. I hope I never have to find a new storage location!The Kirkland location is fairly new and spectacularly clean as well.

This is a brand new business in Kirkland so of course is clean and well cared for. Customer Service is the key to any business. At Cubes, Tyler and Jeremy will take very good care of you. They go out of their way to make sure we understand the entry procedures (we were a little slow in learning ) CHEERfully! There are a great variety of sizes (not always the case) the spaces are well lit and climate controlled. The prices are more reasonable than some of the older less cared for spaces we looked at. I am so happy we found them!
