Every time my truck has an issue, CIT is prompt in diagnosing the problem and getting me back on the road. Ted in service, is always very professional and has excellent communication. He always leaves me feeling my truck is in good hands with CIT. They have a life long customer in me. Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Rich in the parts department! Very knowledgeable and helpful. John McDonough (Outside Sales) is also very helpful. And one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Service department is excellent! Martin and Jake (delivery drivers) both are excellent. And Carol is great too! CIT Grayslake rocks!

Was great shop, until now.....Charged me $260 just for fault diagnostic, that is ridiculous highTotal ripping off, will have to find different shop for my trucks

Over 5 yrs of shopping with and Rich in parts wants to give me a hassle about a part number when noone has ever given me a hard time for this. Dont deal with Rich in parts.

They never have parts for Volvo engine enough and price is high. Mostly Mack dealer. Im local but must driving more than 20 miles to Des Plaines at M&K they have everything
