Francis who is newer to dream nails, but the best addition they could have hoped for. She does my ombre nails which are fire and I get compliments all the time. She takes her time and doesnt rush. You will not regret booking with her I promise you.

Ive been going to them for a while since its close to my house. But over the years their tech are less experienced and only do basic simple nails. Only the owner and his wife do designs and the rest cant even do simple designs like a flower or animal prints. I went Saturday and the tech was so rude. I showed her an image of what I wanted and all she did was laugh and say no! with an attitude. Most of the techs barely understand you and get upset when you try to communicate what and how you want your nails done. I dont think I will be returning. If you want good quality and detailed designs, Id recommend going somewhere else.

My 3rd day moving to Tampa got a full set here(pic with the 3D flower nail). I love their work and cleanliness of the shop. I usually do a pink/white set or Ombre because its a classic/classy look for me, but wanted to do something a little different. The shop starts busy(which means theyre good). Why 4 stars instead of 5? Every tech seems to be sloooooooow. I think because everyone seems to be a perfectionist (which Im not mad about). I spent over 4 hours for a pedi and a balance(which I had to reschedule my other plans). Stop, theyre really great and give you what youre asking for, but just plan to spend some time....

I asked for the first picture and I got THIS horror instead! I never ever write reviews but Im so disappointed that it hasnt even been 30 mins since I got them done and I had to post this.This is my first time ever getting acrylic nails, but Im positive they shouldnt look this awful! Didnt have enough time left to say anything to the owner because I had to leave. Since I didnt know what the procedure was, I was just waiting for her to fix the shape and all but it never happened. Up close, you can see what a horrible clumped finish it has. Got a gel pedicure done which was equally bad and felt super rushed. Chose this salon as it was the closest salon to where I was staying. Was extremely excited about getting them done and going back home, but this is such a disappointing ending to what shouldve been a memorable vacation. Had to give them one star because I cant do a negative 1000 stars!!! I paid $63 for this absolute garbage of an experience. Not worth it even if it was free!

I needed to go somewhere close by my job and looked at reviews and this place didn’t seem bad so I tried it. Glad I did. I love my nails. The guy was very particular about making sure it was done right. I love it when they take the time to make it look good. I’ll update if they start to come off soon. My nails usually last at least 3 weeks with gel manicure.

I came in for a fill in and pedicure and ended up just getting a pedicure. This lady named poo or Poe was very rude and unprofessional. As far as customer service there is none. She ended up literally cutting my toe. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for any service.

I just relocated here and was looking for a good nail salon. The prices are great, and Dianne is awesome! She did my brows and fill ins for my nails, and they look beautiful! Will definitely be going back!

Vi did THE MOST amazing pink and whites I have EVER had!! They are PERFECTLY formed, beautiful, and EXACTLY what I asked for! His wife(?) did the lovely flower. I had a WONDERFUL experience and HIGHLY recommend Dreams Nails! TEN STARS!!!!!

This place is terrible. I got a basic manicure since I dont really love the idea of keeping up with my nails on a biweekly basis. The nail tech didnt wait between coats so all of my nails have a ton of air bumps and the coats are unevenly painted. It looks worse than if I just did them myself. When she finished, she didnt even say anything. Just put her tools away and left. Would not recommend going here at all. The salon also looks so dirty like theyve never replaced any of their machines. I saw one nail tech constantly having to move around the UV dryer because it would just stop.I guess you just get what you pay for here - but even worse than that.

This place hooked my nails up! I broke a nail on vacation so I went in to get my nails done. Service was immediate, and efficient.Also the price was very reasonable for the quality of work done.I’m very pleased with the way my nails look. They’re perfect. Exactly how I like them.Thank you.

I’ve been going to Dreams Nails for the last 3 month to get my nails done. Today upon getting my nails refilled I was surprised to see 2 of my nails were green when my natural nail was exposed. I started to freak out and waited to get an explanation and resolution on why my nails were green, like nail fungus growing were the acrilyc nails where placed. I was confused since the previous service at Dreams Nails my nails were in healthy and great condition. Since the tech wasn’t helping me out, I directed to the store manager and came across with the same lack of professionalism and concern. I felt offended when my I was asked to pay before getting my nails redone. I told them to continue removing all the acrilyc nails and left very disappointed. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been to this place three times. Ive tried and tried again. Price is normal charged $25 for a fill in. The technician had to take off two nails and start over, she said I must have waited a long time for a fill, I proceeded to tell the technician that I was at exactly two weeks. She stated then they must not have been done there (which they werent). Point is within 3 days the same 2 fingers has lifted and I was using nail glue to re attach. The tech took two hours to do the fill as well. I have tried this location and I always leave feeling unsatisfied. I have found a new nail salon where I am happy with the results. I was new to the whole nail game, and I now know what quality looks like. You can go to Dreams if you would like but I just dont think youre getting a good value for what youre paying for.

This place is awesome.I was staying across the street at suburban extended stay.They were able to get me in ASAP.The young lady who gave me the deluxe spa pedicure with my French with sparkles was very precise. She took her time and took very good care of me.When I visit Tampa again.I will definitely come back !

Went there with my wife because she broke some of her nails. We were helped right away, both getting pedicures which we enjoyed. Beautifully decorated, clean, and overall a very good experience. We would go again if we weren’t just visiting from WI.

Literally, every technician in this nail salon is good! I dont even bother calling ahead to schedule because Ive been happy with everyone whos worked with me. There are massage chairs and TVs for entertainment.This business is located in a plaza on the north side of Hillsborough Ave. It is easy to access from either direction due to the corner traffic light.I believe there are two women who speak Spanish that work there as well.Check it out for yourself! I havent been disappointed yet!

I went to Dreams Nail Salon yesterday.I just moved to the area and exploring nail salons in Hillsborough area.There are a lot of salons around this area so I did a random pick and chose Dreams Nail Salon.This salon has a lots of color selections that you can choose.The salons clean and staffsre friendly.Veanne was my nail stylist,she is very professional,creative and clean.I showed her nail designs that I like and she did a great job on painting my nails.My manicure was very impressive as u can see from the photo that I post.I will definitely go back to this nail salon again. The last two times were fine but I will not be going back the final straw for me was when he couldnt pay attention while filing my nails he did too much he kept looking away and would keep going. I spent 4 hours there and the ombre blend is harsh. the people are sweet but I was disappointed this time I paid more this time too .

I am one who has very sensitive cuticle and tend to irritate easily. However, since I started going to see Ve he has done an excellent job. I have no issues and enjoy my beautiful nails. I highly recommend him and the salon.

I have been going here for a while trying to give them a chance. But every time I go my fingers get cut, bad. Today my thumb got sliced and I tried to leave and they yelled and insisted someone could finish them. One nail was a different shape than the others.. and the lady out glue under the nail before cleaning it. Then they soaked it off to fix it. And at the end they tried to make me pay for nail repair when it was there mistake and their fault the nail had to get fixed. And Im top of that my fingers were burning the entire time because of the multiple cuts

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I have had horrible luck trying to find a salon that gave me the look i asked for and at a fair price. Vean gave me perfect glitter ombre nails! She was fast and considerate about how I wanted them to look and the full set was only $25!! I will be sure to book an appointment next time because they do get quite busy, I just made it before the rush.

This use to be my go to place to get my nails done since H. S., Over the years service has began to slack. Its like they put in zero effort to do a decent job and one particular lady in there extremely rude. I wont be coming back, they lost me as a customer.

First time I went I sat through the guy arguing and screaming on his blue tooth for 20 minutes while doing my nails. I figured lets not rate it on one bad experience, went again and my boyfriends card chip wasnt working. When they couldve easily entered it manually they made me sit there while he ran to bank. I can understand a trust issue with some people, although very offensive no matter how you look at it. Never again!

I went in for a Full Set and Deluxe Pedicure and they did an amazing job! The massage was amazing, much better than any other place I have ever been to! Both my full set and toe nails look so beautiful!

DO NOT GO!!! DESTROYED MY PROPRITY!I have tried this place 3x because it is the closest nail salon and this will be my last visit. 2/3 were really bad experiences. They try not to tell you a wait time and 30 minutes later I am still seated being told another 5 minutes, which was said 20 minutes ago. They play musical chairs trying to fit everyone in and get the work done. One visit I had 3 different associates helping and trying to figure out what I was there for. You could see the difference in techniques and experience on my hand! Wasn’t pleased but I had my limit when they destroyed my iPhone case. They were in a rush and spilled the nail polish remover while trying to take off my nail polish. Didn’t have a towel under my hands when they were doing this so the nail polish remover leaked to my phone case that was on the table and removed the paint off. I didn’t notice till they asked me to move to a different technician to finish my nails. She was good and I feel bad because she was caught in the middle. She did at least grab the manager. The manager looked at my case and looked at me like to bad. Said one word, “Sorry” and walked away. I was astonished at the customer service. DONT GO!!!

I love it here! Ive been going for about 5 years now and the only flaw is time. While they do take longer to do nails it still comes out nice.
