DONT GO HERE GO DOWNTOWN instead!!!! They are very untalented and couldn’t even perform a simple design task. Said they don’t do designs. She even yelled at me. A salon is where you go to relax and they ruined my whole day!!!!! Not professional at all and VERY RUDE!!! A totalwaste of time and money!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! NEVER GO HERE!!!I called to make an appointment while standing outside the door and I watched both technicians look at me and the phone and just kept going. When I walked in to ask them why they said they couldn’t answer the phone, they said too busy, there were only 2 people in the store.The guy was BEYOND RUDE to me. After I asked them why no one answered the phone, both technicians completely ignored me. I said “hello” just to see if I could be seen after the people in there and the guy SCREAMED “HELLLLOOOO” at me and told me again he couldn’t answer the phone.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. I went in for a mani pedi and I already had tips on my nails so the man had to take them off and during this process I told him 4 different times that he was hurting me and he continued to use way to much force and practically ripped my nails off which was very painful. He then proceeded to use the electric drill on a setting that was WAY too high which again hurt very badly. I repeatedly told him that he was hurting me and he never apologized or changed the way he was doing it. After he removed them all I told him that I no longer wanted to get my nails done and asked how much the take off was. He said $13 and I said it is normally less than that and he also hurt me so I didn’t feel comfortable paying full price. They then told me it was $15 when the price on the sign clearly said $10. They never apologized for hurting me and were extremely rude. NEVER go here. They don’t know what they are doing nail wise and they are SO rude. No wonder the place was empty.

This is the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. I asked for a simple manicure and then completely botched it! I asked them for a simple refund or to let me go and they got rude with me, gave me an attitude, and screamed at me. They made my cuticles bleed!! DO NOT GO HERE. They are the WORST kind of people and I hope no one ever goes there again.

I freaking love this nail shop now that its under new ownership. Tina does such an AWESOME job every time I come. I never wait more then 5 minutes when I make an appointment and its always a pleasure visit. Thank you again for the wonderful services and wonderful prices. Until my next 2 week appointment.. :)

I got my nails done here about a week ago. My nails were fine when I left but about 2 days after 3 fell off like they weren’t secure at all!! I just went ahead and took all of them off! I actually wasted my money and didn’t even have them on for a full 2 weeks!! I’m just done with acrylic nails!

This place is terrible I went with my friends and we got poor stuff. My nails are now see through because she didn’t do enough layers, then my friend got a weird design that she didn’t ask for, them my friend had her nail smudged and he didn’t even fix it. Then my friend had a nail design and she did it wrong.

I just went there today and It was my first time.-my nails are see through after done, i’m not sure between they used the bad product or she didn’t do enough layers.-I asked her to cut my nails but she said “No cut no long” and she didn’t do anything-she did very fast maybe almost time to close something like that.-she left some dirty on my skin around my nails. What a TERRIBLE !? will not go again.

I went there with my friends and it was horrible. he cut my cuticles and all my fingers were bleeding. i asked for a stripe on my ring finger and after drawing the stripe he drew random lines on the rest of my fingers that i didn’t ask for. i wouldn’t mind if they were cute designs but they’re literally just random lines in random places. i didn’t ask for them so he told me he wouldn’t charge me for them but i got charged for them anyway. 0/5

I came here for the first time to get my underarms waxed. I am thoroughly displeased because she left a lot of hair and actually charged me $5 extra because “I had a lot of hair”. Will not be coming back here.

Great customer service! My nails always look good!

I asked for a diagonal stripe across one of my nails and she did not put any effort into it she mixed the colors and it looks hideous. Also, I asked for 2 gems on another finger and she put them on backwards. There are smudges on the fingers also. The rushed through us because they only had two people on staff. Would not recommend wasting your money and time on this.

This place is on point. Henry is very good, takes his time, he makes your nails look real, they are not flat, he builds the apex of the nail to look naturally rounded even if your not blessed with amazing natural nails.

Best designs! They can do any design you bring go them. Love it!!

I went there 2 days ago. I saw 4 roaches, 3 of them baby roaches and they asked me to take off my own nail polish. I still got charged for polish change. Bad customer service all the way. I have been going there but not anymore with Roaches. I do not want them traveling in my purse to my house.

I wish I could give this place zero stars because, the lady who did my nails did a horrible job on my acrylic nails! She kept nicking me with the filer, my nails were even placed side ways! When they were glued on. I dont know if they were moved around or what but she had a little attitude making me pay full and she was not even paying attention to me and my services! She was too busy looking at her other employee and worrying about what he was doing. They had annoyed/ angry customers and they didnt even have soap in the bathroom! I do not recommend anyone wasting their money there. Waste of time!

Nails were placed on crooked, pedicure was rushed through, polish on toes was chipped after the first day, and they rush through the process but gladly over charge for half way services. I will never go back.
