Been going here with my mom since it opene on kennedy. Unprofessional post covid. I would get there before other clients who didnt have appt. they would push me aside and take them. One of the ladies rushed thru my fill in. Nails were crooked. Broke a week later. I used to recommend this place but everyone ive sent here was not impressed . Today was my last straw, i walked out. I would not recommend this place.

The guy who did them rushed the entire thing. Asked for cheetah print and it looks like polkadots. Rushed that didn’t even take his time trying to make it look good. Also, if he didn’t know how to do it he should have asked someone else. Didn’t put enough lotion on for the massage. Literally did not take his time for ANY of the service and was too busy talking and laughing with the other employees. Will NOT be back.

Bella is my usual tech. She is through and exact with her craft.

So usually go here while I am at UT for school. Initially loved the staff and service and the selection of colors were great! It was a decent salon but I always felt like the polish chipped too quickly especially for gel. I went in today and service was kind of slow but nothing that kept me back. The man who did my manicure was very nice and did my nails nicely however when he was cleaning my cuticles he cut some of my skin too harshly and rough and it was bleeding! I didn’t complain or anything for I thought it would’ve been rude but it hurt and my fingers are a bit sore now. He even observed it but didn’t apologize or say or do anything to clean it up properly. Overall a decent place based on selection and price but I may not come back...

I write this review as I sit here in this shop.I just recently moved to the Channelside area and was looking for a new salon to call home. This shop will DEFINITELY NOT BE IT.For my FIRST visit here I called first thing in the morning for a 2 pm appointment for a manicure with full and pedicure (making sure to inform her i’m new to the area and it’s been over 3 weeks since getting my nails done) I made sure ask if that time was okay told me yes. I’ve sat here for a OVER 2 HOURS and have only had a pedicure done.Trust me when I say I will NEVER EVER RETURN here

I keep giving chance after chance but they’re making it difficult. Makes no since to call ahead for an appointment only to wait a long time. Also, we are in the middle of a pandemic. I hardly see washing of the hands or sanitizing between clients. I’ve had to request them to please clean your hands first. And there is also an older white lady customer who comes there without her mask on, coughing in the air and in technician’s face. Seems the woman has COPD or something & may have difficulty breathing with a mask..Maybe she needs to stay her a$$ home and hire a mobile tech. But why allow this and put yourself at risk for a few bucks? As well as other customers? Take this virus more seriously.

DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!I went and got my nails done with Gel Polish . Not even 3 days later ALL the Gel From the Nails PEELED off. The entire time I was getting a pedicure they were being extremely rough and got a small cut on my toe . It’s upsetting because I spent over 100$ for the service and got this .

Poor customer service and sliced my finger and forgot to clear coat my left hand . When I told him he forgot he said it did not need it and now not even a week later the paint came off and is chipping. Not $120 worth my time wish I could get my money back.

Ive been going to this place for years, and the service has gotten horrible.I got a pedicure which was good but the polish was old and it took him forever to polish them and it looks sooo dull. This is the 2nd time Ive let them do my nails and the gel chips really fast( gel chipped the 2nd day) and my nails looked horrible before 2 weeks were up.Helen gets really upset when you try and tell her how you want your nails....I m thinking I am paying you right....I will not recommend them to anyone,I also have a friend who has the same complaints....Their services is not worth my money😠😠😠

I have been going for over 5 years (since their previous location) and have never had anything but great service. Helena does an amazing job and everyone else is always very friendly. Please try to make appts though people! Some come as walk ins and get so upset when they have to wait. The employees there shouldnt have to deal with attitudes because theyre taking care of the customers who called ahead. That is my ONLY negative is seeing them having to deal with that, but they even do that pleasantly. Love them and wont go anywhere else!

I was treated so kindly and given an excellent pedicure and manicure - Tom and Kim are sweethearts! They have the best Massage chairs in town too! Plus affordable! My experience was absolutely wonderful! Thank you. I was calm and peaceful too- which is so refreshing. I like the relaxation aspect when indulging in these services! The music was so “spa like” and I cannot accolade more - go ahead and check them out. Tell them I sent you! Finally good service!!!

I have been coming to this salon for a while now and have always loved it. However, last time I was there, my receipt was adjusted after I left and a larger tip was taken from my credit card. I would have never known if I had not checked my statement. I will not be returning on principle.

I’ve been going to heavenly nails for the last 5 years but was talked into trying out Infinity by my friend and I honestly couldn’t wait to go back. The environment is clean and welcoming and so much more relaxed than the high pace atmosphere of heavenly. If you go I urge you to make an appointment with Tommy. He has over 9 years of experience and it is so apparent with the attention to detail he has. Not only is he super talented but he is so easy to talk to and makes great conversation. With all that said, this is by far my new favorite spot in Tampa and will definitely be returning!☺️

I enjoy walking into this oasis, spending time relaxing with the best foot and leg massage, then walking out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed.

Loved my experience at this salon. Very clean and quiet. Took me in for a last minute appointment and did a wonderful job with a pink and white ombré set. It came out beautifully! Raymond was my nail tech and he is very talented!!

Love. I’ve been here a couple times now. Clean, friendly and reasonably priced. Make sure you give yourself enough time because they take theirs :) I’ve never had to wait, but I usually called ahead to see if they’re busy and I usually go in the middle of the day.

I am extremely excited to have found this place because its literally a minute or less away from home. Walked in to a very welcoming environment. They were very thorough and meticulous on my nails. And they did my nails exactly how I wanted them. Calm relaxing atmosphere, and free drinks! The only reason I need to come back. This place is a GEM!

Went here to get my toes done and they asked if I wanted to get my nails done and when I said yes they then told me I had to come back another day because they didnt have time.

My daughters nails were coming off the first nail was replaced by nice lady when others began to come off they said no problem. Daughter got nails redone by the first person who resists the one nail. They look fabulous. Love attention to detail.

Lovely experience at this new salon. Tasteful, beautiful new decor, soothing music and best of all... excellent nails. The owner did my nails and was 100% focused on his work. It was so refreshing to be treated like a valued customer. Also, he has 20+ years of experience, and it shows. After 8 days my nails still look as good as they did when I walked out the door. Prices are great, especially for south Tampa - $25 for a full set.

I come here and would never go anywhere else. The paraffin included in the spa pedicure is amazing. The chairs are so new and the massage function is so great. They treat their customers like family. Highly recommend them!

Tiffany & Bella are both awesome. Tiffany is my go to. The work is very detailed and clean. Its quiet and not crowded. You get a real, traditional pedicure where most ppaced have turned it into some sort of drive through like experience. The price is definitely fair for what you receive. I did a gel manicure and pedi for $65.

Exceptional client service. Professional, very clean and a variety of services offered. Waxing, manicure and pedicure services are the best in town. The staff is friendly. There is a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. Everyone I have sent is now a loyal client. Walk-in clients welcome.

Honestly the best pedicure and set of nails i’ve ever had! I’m new to the area and had been going to Heavenly Nails and I will never return there. Infinity takes their time and it’s worth it.

I got a gel pedicure and it was wonderful. The nail tech spent a lot of time shaping my nails and scraping dead skin off my heels (they were bad!). The paint job was perfect. They also had a huge selection of gel colors. I will definitely go back.

This salon is my new favorite. The massage chairs are amazing. The assortment of gel colors is huge. The parrafin wax is such a treat that comes with their pedicure! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and went that extra mile to find a matching color for me. I have even brought my 2 children in for pedicures and they are always asking to go back! I will only go here for my nails.

I’m from out of town and just happened to stop in here for a pedi on my first day of vacation. Man, was it worth it! Super decently priced and the BEST pedicure I have ever gotten. Also, super clean and hygienic. I just asked my husband if we could afford to fly me down to Tampa for all future pedis 😉

In my never ending quest to find a nail salon, I stumbled upon Infinity. In one of the smaller strip malls along Kennedy the parking can be rather tricky with lot small and weirdly shaped. The shop itself isnt huge, it has 8 chairs and tables for manicures. It seems to get rather crowded on the weekend afternoons.You can call or use Yelp to make an online appointment. Ive been seeing Helen and reccomend her. She can be a little rough at times with her cuticle cleaning and I just remind her. Shes very sweet.Ive found the pricing quite reasonable, I get mani/pedi with gel on my fingers. They have one organic package. Everything is clean and neat. Simple and efficient, there are not really any bells and whistles. The chairs are massagers. There is an extensive color selection with Opi and 2 other brands. My manicure usually last 2-2.5 weeks, even with the gel. Its quiet and relaxing. They also, offer waxing and facials

In town for the weekend, first time visiting, searched for high ratings and came across infinity. Tommy took excellent care of me, he is very meticulous about how his work looks and the shape of your nails, the salon was very clean and organized and very warm and friendly,I would definitely recommend you visiting them.

Brand new, great service, very clean, very nice staff, great prices. Best massage chairs youve ever seen! Complimentary beverages. Definitely worth a visit.

They were clean. The service was horrible . I have someone I usually go to but was busy all day . I decided to give this shop a try . After messing up my nails a few times and fixing them they still looked like I had them on a week. Don’t go to older lady with reading glasses I don’t think she can see the entire nails painted half of it still charged me full price.If I could give no stars I would have given a negative one ... save ur money DONT GO HERE!

This nail shop is a find! I just got a basic mani/pedi and Helens pedicure was wonderful. And their massage chairs are off the chain! It can outline your body and then will customize the massage to fit you! Id pay just to ride that for a while -- but getting an awesome, reasonably priced pedi at the same time made it heaven!! :)
