They are not lovely nails whats so ever. I need to get my acrylics off so i asked can I get my nails soaked off. I told them I have sensitive hands and they still proceeded RIP of the acrylic nails. I was literally in pain and she knew it. After I left I had to soak my both hands in ice water because my nails were throbbing in pain. Till this day I have holes and cuts in my nails. Save your money and your nails and dont go to them.

The pedicure chairs are very nice, and the pedicure was good. The only thing I didnt like was the ladies talked to each other in Vietnamese, and I find that to be excluding.

I have been coming here for 3 years and will never go anywhere else! I travel extensively for work but will always come here for my nails! Charlie love my holiday nails!!! Thank you for always taking great care of me!!

Tell you a time, never ready to take you by that time. Never enough help. Walked into another salon up the road, took us immediately, plenty of help. Will not be returning.

Yes believe it or not, I go get a manicure and pedicure almost monthly. Definitely recommend Lovely Nails. My wife and I have been going there for a while now. Check them out.

Come here once every couple months. Never had a bad experience. JoJo is great - I’ve had her a couple times and she gives the best pedicure ever. Had my nails done for my wedding here too. They always do a great job and the salon is very nice and clean.

Ive never had a bad experience here. All the people giving them one stars need to get off their high horse. Theyre all trying their best to satisfy you, if you need them to heat up your water say so, no need to give them a one star and ruin their business because you were too high class to speak for yourself. They are nail techs, NOT mind readers...

A great place all around - reasonable prices, high quality work, friendly staff, clean salon. I have had pedicures, regular manicures, and gel manicures here and have never been disappointed. This is my go-to place that I am willing to drive out of my way for.

Honestly I have never gone to a nail salon this bad. The girl was very rude, and they did a horrible job on my nails. Was very disappointed with the service I received and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will not be returning here ever again.

Kim did a beautiful job on my acrylics today. She used at least 5 different drill bits to get the right shape, and she was quick and precise. I will be back next time Im in the area!

Went here because it was close to my friends house. Had to ask the nail tech to make the water warm (it was cold) 3x when my feet went in for a pedi. Never asked if the water was okay nor asked if I wanted my toe nails trimmed. Cut my toes painfully short, had to tell her multiple times that it was too short. I’m not sensitive when it comes to my feet or nails but it was the most painful pedicure I’ve ever had. Polish was applied uneven and splotchy. For the price, I’d expect a bowl cover and tools that look like they get properly sterilized.. not true here. Two stars only because every one else that worked there seemed nice but I will never go back.

I’ve been going here for 6 years and after yesterday I will never go back. One of the men took a huge chunk out of my toe with the tool they use to remove calluses. It was so painful when it happened and he didn’t even notice. Now, I can barely walk, it hurts so much. Really hoping it’s not infected. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

The staff, or most of them are really nice and professional. However, the quality on some of the services could be stronger. I find myself having alt of broken nails, when I do get this service.

My pedicure was good. However I got the gel nails and they all peeled off in two days. I have gotten the gel nails for a while now and on average they past about two weeks. Worst $90 I have ever spent and I will never go back.

Good place if you are looking for something simple like a french tips, single color nail polish, etc. Reasonable prices. However, if you are looking for something a bit more sophisticated, this is not the place. Ive been going here for years (although not frequently) and Ive taken friends and family here too. Today, for the first time I wanted to try something more than just a single color nail gel. I asked for ombre and even showed them a picture of an american ombre. They said they could do it but only on acrylic. I didnt want that and decided to simplify it. I asked for just american tips. And the response was French? I repeated myself and showed them a picture of American tips v/s French tips. At least 5 nail techs came over to look at it and none of them was familiar with it. Mind you, they advertise american tips on their website with a price listed as well. But yet they didnt know what it was. Helen did a good job and I am satisfied (not thrilled but Ill take it). But the process was cumbersome. And lets not fail to mention how difficult it is to communicate with all of them since none of them speak or understand English very well. I in fact didnt want to go back here today but all other places I called were booked for the next few days. Next time Ill do a better job planning and will not be going back here. And I also second some of the other reviews on pedicures. They do not spend enough time massaging you.

Worst pedicure I have EVER had. Not even 30 minutes from the time we sat down, and we got the deluxe pedicure. Supposed to be 10 extra minutes of massage, and there wasnt even 10 total. Polish job was sloppy. Wont be going back.
