Rita gave me the best facial Ive ever had! She was very attentive to my concerns ! I had a spray tan 1day prior! ( it was my first time)and had a bad reaction to it. My face felt like it was on fire! She knew exactly what to do! When I left I felt like a pampered princess. She gave me samples that were amazing. Facials in the past have been relaxing,but this facial actually made a visual impact! The next day I was Pleasantly surprised!Dark spots were lighter, my my face was glowing. I look 2 years younger! I am so excited about my next visit! I will definitely Make this part of my monthly routine!!

Wow! Just finished a half-day pampering at The Grand and LOVED it! Body scrub + massage + facial = perfection. Bruce performed one of the best 90-minute massages I’ve ever had. And Rita Claudia’s European facial techniques were incredible. Even the extractions were a delight!I loved it so much that I am now considering their monthly membership!

Dan colored and cut my hair. It was my first time at Grand Salon. He is amazing! He made me feel comfortable and really listened to me. He’s a perfectionist and I knew I would be happy with my hair. The shop is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everyone there made me feel welcome. It was a great experience! I highly recommend Dan if you’re looking for someone with excellent skills.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve had massages in Germany, New York, and Vegas and Bruce(the masseuse) was very professional and gave a very relaxing yet therapeutic massage. They have a beautiful boutique and massage area plus a dressing area. Having their own parking lot is a plus. Plus they gave us champagne!

This was my first time at The Grand and it was amazing! The entire spa was spotless and everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming. It was easy to relax and enjoy my services. Rita, who did my facial, was so professional and extremely knowledgable. I cannot recommend her enough, and I really liked how she reviewed my paperwork and asked questions as I have very sensitive skin. I enjoyed a delicious lunch in the zen garden and then had a pedicure. Joanne was excellent as well and my polish looks perfect. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Place is clean and on time! I had Tanya B. for a sugar scrub, mud wrap and a massage. All the products smelled and felt amazing. Tanya was professional and detailed. I was able to relax and enjoy the process. If you need a massage and need to feel relaxed, pampered, or even just have muscle pain to be worked out, ask for Tanya B. She is the best.

I planned a girls’ spa day. We had facials, massages, and lunch. It was perfect! The entire group was thrilled with their services. Both Bruce (massage) and Rita (facial) were exceptional! Bruce especially took such great care of us...serving champagne, etc. Front staff were all great too. Lisa, Sam, and Sydney were all so friendly. I especially appreciate how clean the spa was and the extra care everyone took to keep us safe with hand washing, use of sanitizer and face mask, etc. Fantastic service all around!

I’ve been here previously and have never been disappointed, however, today I came for a massage and a haircut and my husband came for a pedicure (having to bring our 6 yr old as well) and it exceeded my expectations!The staff was so wonderful and kind, especially with our daughter, not once making us feel like she was a nuisance for having her there.Bruce was my masseuse and I’ve had plenty of massages before and i honestly have to say he was by far the best. Not only was he professional and kind but made sure my experience was nothing but relaxing. I then had my haircut with Calee, who was just as great. For someone who lacks the knowledge of hair coloring, cutting and whatnot, I thoroughly appreciate going somewhere and having someone just take over in a sense, knowing what looks best but also being aware of my preferences.Everyone has their own experiences and some may differ each time you go back but it’s been a while since I’ve been here and I will say it again that this time back exceeded my expectations

I got the treat yourself package and all of the services were done wonderfully. Very professional and clean environment. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I got complimentary coffee and wine, it was my birthday and all of the staff made me feel so special. I left feeling great, worth every penny! I will recommend to all of my friends and will absolutely be back!

My Hydrafacial with Linda was amazing. I left with brand new skin that was so clean and glowing. My glow has continued and I clearly see a difference in my face. I am definitely going to make this a part of my regular skin regimen going forward and HIGHLY recommend Linda for this treatment she’s knowledgeable, friendly, professional and she took her time to ensure my skin would be exceptional and it definitely was. I went here for a hot stone massage. Tanya was terrific! She actually reviewed my form (which I feel not all spas actually do), and asked questions about my pain points and preferred massage techniques. I would recommend her to friends and family. The aromatherapy in beginning and end was cherry on top. Loved the location and facility as well!

I wish I could attach a picture of my French manicure and pedicure . It cost an additional $35 to remove my gel. It looked better before I had it done. Literally hate how it looks .. looks like a kid coloring out of the lines on my toes. I’m embarrassed for you. The massages were great!! The facial was amazing

I’ve used this spa for a solid year. I’m big into facials- always have been. Rita does my facials and no matter where I go, I’ve never had anyone as good as her. TRULY. There’s a huge difference and it’s worth every penny. Try it once and you’ll see. As for my hair, I’m very loyal. I’ve had the same two people for 20 years. Anytime I’ve tried someone else, I haven’t been happy. (Picky girl here). So with my membership at The Grand, I get the monthly Blowdry. Dan is incredible!!! He came from Miami and after 7 months of being a member, I finally let him give me a haircut. All.haircuts.are.not.the.same! He’s phenomenal. He definitely brought a Miami technique to Tampa. His blow drys are awesome, too. Clearly, I am one happy customer and more than happy to write this review. Hey, you get what you pay for- every dollar at The Grand is money well spent.

Bruce provided the best massage I’ve ever received!

I came in for my third 80 minute massage with Tonya B. She asked me if I would like to try their new CBD massage. I was involved in a car accident last April and use CBD at home so I decided to try the one offered at The Grand. I absolutely loved everything about this massage. The texture, and scents were amazing. My body felt amazingly relaxed. I went into a deep realization sleep. I didn’t sleep well last night so it was exactly what I needed. Most importantly Tonya applies the right pressure, no tickles, I didn’t have to guide her once! She was absolutely perfect. She’s a strong former fire fighter 🔥 🧯with a nurturing personality. After the massage she gave me a salt caramel chocolate and a hot cup of tea. I can’t wait for my next massage with her!

I had such a great day at the Grand Beauty Spa, getting a massage and mani pedi with my mom. The staff was very accommodating and gave us little complimentary items throughout the day for our experience. The lounge areas were very relaxing. The atmosphere was very nice and it was a great day spent relaxing de-stressing! Highly recommend and I’ll be back soon!

I visited Calee for a color correction. During the 5 months of quarantine, I had the great idea of box coloring my hair, then decided red would be fun... it wasn’t. Calee listened to my needs and concerns and talked me through every single step. She was able to get me back to my natural light brown color, and I am excited to start my high lighting transition back to blonde! So happy that I found my new salon home! It also helps that every employee in this place is extremely nice, and they place is beautifully decorated.

As a business owner it is so important that I recharge so I can be the best at what I do! This week was a very challenging one for me physically. I am at the age where I just cant bounce back like I used to! So, I started searching online for spas specifically with steam rooms. The benefits of a steam bath works WONDERS on your skin! Unfortunately, i only found questionable establishments which offered steam services, ugh! During my search of calling around Tampa I came across this spa. I am SO HAPPY I did!!!! The spa is CLEAN, bright and welcoming! The staff is AMAZING!!! I feel like Im being treated like a queen!! They are very welcoming and friendly! I thought I would just be using the spa for the steam room on occasion but ended up buying one of their monthly packages which includes a monthly massage! Uh YES PLEASE!!!Most of our clients live in South Tampa so Ive been spreading the word like wild fire!! On second thought .. maybe I should keep this gem to myself! Ha!!

I have been a loyal customer of The Grand for more than eight years. It is my go-to place for hair, nails and massage. The staff treat me like family. I walk through the door and feel pampered. The professionals are of the highest calibre. I am familiar with many of the spas in S. Tampa and return every time to The Grand.

I have been going to Tanya for the past 3+ years. When I moved here, I didnt know very many people, but one of my co-workers always had the cutest hair cuts, so I asked her who she went to... Thats how I discovered Tanya! She is amazing! My hair has NEVER looked better! I absolutely LOVE my cuts and color. She also has figured out how to cover my stubborn gray hair (which is very resistant to color)... Im too young to have gray hair!! The Grand is seriously my happy place! The massage shampoo chairs are SO relaxing! And I love getting my head massaged as my hair is being washed. Ive also had a few massages, and Kim is FANTASTIC! I came to her with a lot of pain in my shoulder and she managed to work that issue out! I cannot wait to go back. It is worth every penny!!

The Grand lives up to its name. The atmosphere is very relaxing and there are so many services to choose from. I really enjoy the sauna and steam room. My favorite service is the 80 minute Deep Tissue Massage. I always leave stress free.! Thank you Bruce.

I will never recommend anyone to work or get services done at this place.Carmen is a poor excuse of a business owner and refuses to pay her employees. I’ve had a total of 3 checks in the last 6 months bounce and become negative in my account. All Carmen and Ginette does is use and abuse their clients and employees.The fact that I have to go through the department of labor to get my money back is just awful, especially having bills due and a child. The grand needs to be shut down for good.

I have been seeing Richard Lopez as my hair stylist for more than one and one half years. When I first saw Richard I had broken over-processed hair. Within 3 months he had my hair back to a tolerable condition. Now, more than a year later I have other women asking me several times per week, who is your hair dresser? I went from longer stringy dry hair to a very cute, yet sophisticated short cut. It is so shiny and healthy! I cannot tolerate my gray roots showing. Richard uses a professional strength product from Loreal that covers my gray hairs so much better than any other salon I have gone to. Richard also gives a massaging shampoo in the incredible luxury massaging shampoo chairs!!! It is so wonderful! Worth every penny and I deserve it! Thank you The Grand and thank you Richard Lopez!!! I have got to say, first Delia the mother of the owner is been doing my hair for the last 14 years she is simply AMAZING!! AND IF YOU HAVE A CURLY HAIR THIS IS THE PERSON TO GO, I always used to go to posh where it was more personalized attention and the employees where not as arrogant and rude. I have come to wonder the owners really care about this or not because over the years I have run in to the same issue with the receptionists I show up for my appointments and Delia never knew about it I have to wait for them to call her and for her to get to the salon, meaning they dont tell her or register the appointments or simply reschedule. today I called in to make my app and actually the girl on line was very nice( I couldnt believe it) she also call me back left me a message to call her back to confirm my appt. well when I call back I get the most rude and nasty ( IRMA) girl on the phone who ask for my last name I gave to her and she raise her voice and talks to me like a 2 year old I said your last name I guess she could not spell told her date time and person I have app with still she did not even responded back in a very rude way said hold on !!!!! and I hold on line for 10 min end up hanging up this is ridiculous this is not new this girls are the worst I wish posh was still on and trust me this supposed to be a high end spa I am really considering other options the treat u get here for the amount of money you pay for services my advise to the owners is look at this details as per other reviews I am not the only one with same issue, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BE READY TO BE MISSTREATED IF YOU GO HERE!!!

Calee did my hair yesterday when I had a last minute event. She is so wonderful! My color is beautiful and she was so pleasant and fun to speak with while I was hanging out. Not only did she take me as a last minute client, but she also cut my hair even though I was given a heads up that there may not be time as the spa was closing soon. Calee stayed later just to be sure I was able to get what I needed; it was so very sweet of her. She really made me feel comfortable and confident; I had to have pictures taken the following day so I wanted to make sure I was ready. The building is beautiful and Calee is a delight and did such a wonderful job, I’ll definitely return.

I thought I could finally get everything done at one salon! Unfortunately I had a really bad experience here! Haircut & highlights were not as good as at other salons and as a client youre placed on uncomfortable, hard plastic chair at a round table with other waiting clients to wait until the highlights were done. Very Weird. My nails didnt look good after they did them either :( Their prices are super high, which I would be willing to pay if the service would be good! The guy at the reception was super rude and had an annoyed attitude. I found out its the nephew of the owner and thats why he thinks he can treat people that way. Im not going back there for sure!!!! There are better salons out there with more reasonable prices!

I really wanted to love this place! I got a haircut and my nails done at this place. Not impressed at all! My hair is too short now!!! :(Also: I explicitly asked for gel polish and was wondering why shes no using the uv lamps??? But she said, its okay, it will last long .... And of course the polish was chipping the first evening!!??? I was shocked!!! I called and they said she applied usual nail polish!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! Totally overpriced!!! If your nail artist there happens to be a short, round woman with dark curls - shes doing a poor job! Be aware!!!

Carmen and Tanja have been cutting and coloring my hair since 1992! I was a poor college student back then and I realized how important a good cut was to my self-esteem. A good haircut is an investment. Over the years, the two of them have become family. I have traveled from Orlando, Ocala, and New Port Richey because no one has ever been able to cut my hair as well. They are skilled artists and I would rather do without then go to someone else. Thank you Tanja and Carmen!!!!!

My husband bought me an all day spa package to enjoy after we had our little munchkin 4 months ago. I really REALLY wanted to love this place, but was left very disappointed.The morning started with a massage. My husband bought the 80 massage; however, they booked the 55min, even after asking which one my husband purchased. The massage therapist was very professional and did a good job though.I then had an hour to relax. I wanted to use the steam room, but it was out of commission. I used the sauna then decided to sit in the courtyard with my book. Not 3min into reading that I was forced to listen to a maintenance man for 20 min cursing like a sailer on his phone, trying to get someone to come out to fix the steam room. NOT relaxing at all.Then it was time for my facial. Anya was very nice and made me feel like she really cared about me. She was very professional.After the facial, she brought my lunch. It was very tasty, as they have it catered by Pané Rustica. My final service, the pedicure, was scheduled at 2pm.After lunch I was relaxing indoors in their upstairs room. Anya and the massage therapist repeatedly checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay and if I needed anything. Seems to me they are the only two who care about the clients experience.2pm came and went without anyone coming to get me for the pedicure. At 2:20pm the massage therapist checked things out and was apologetic for them not coming to get me. Anyway, upon arrival at the pedicure space, the chair was not ready. The tech was just starting to clean the foot soaking bath. She didn’t apologize and seemed to be annoyed. I was forced to just stand there in the cramped space for about 7min watching her clean. Then she says “you can sit down now”! Anyway, she did not know how to file nails, seemed as though she had never handled feet before. I should have asked to see her license, as I was skeptical she knew what she was doing. She did not do the foot/leg massage either. Pretty much took old polish off and painted new for $75.HOWEVER, that wasn’t the finisher. After the pedicure I went back to the ladies lounge and was looking forward to taking a nice hot shower then blow drying my hair, etc.... Well, I get in the shower, turn the water on and a short time later, I’m standing in a puddle. The drain was clogged and what’s worse?! There were two huge clumps of black hair swimming in the shower puddle!! 🤢 I jumped out of there, got dressed and will never return!It’s a shame! For the prices they charge, you’d think they would pay close attention to detail.

A nightmare of a visit doesnt even come close to describing my experience at the Grand Beauty Spa. My boyfriend treated me for my birthday and scheduled a spa day for me to get a mani/pedi, hair cut, balyage highlights and an hour massage. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that they may not have time for a mani/pedi (even though my boyfriend called a week prior and booked everything). NBD, I agreed to the changes and opted to just get a hair cut, balyage highlights and the massage.So, they started with the coloring of my hair but rather than doing balyage highlights as asked, the lady decided to bleach my entire head. Mind you, I showed her 3 different pictures of what I wanted! Being a brunette, one could only imagine how badly she fried my hair! Oh, and...it took her 3 hours just to do the color. She then rinsed out the bleach and put a toner in my hair without informing me. The toner was an additional $70!!!After 3 hours and bleached soaking wet hair, I was sent upstairs for my massage. About half way through my 60 minute massage, a gentleman opened the door and said hello?!...so much for relaxation and feeling comfortable being face down and naked under a sheet! Ugh.After my not so relaxing massage, I returned to the downstairs area to finally have my hair cut and styled. Going on 4 hours at the spa now...a new lady advised that she would be cutting and styling my hair as the lady who colored it had to move onto her next client.The lady who cut my hair did a great job and followed the picture I showed her to a tee. Sadly, the end result was not attainable due to the lovely bleach job her coworker managed to whip up!Upon checking out at the front desk, I informed the cashier (younger gentleman) of my horrid experience and that I do not agree with the total charges ($435) as I did not receive what I asked for. I was offered $25 off my next massage for the trouble and mishaps. What a joke!!! A massage is $100. Gee, thanks! I called back the next day and attempted to reason with the manager. At minimum, I requested they fix my hair at no additional fee to reflect what I asked for originally. No such luck. Again, I was offered $25 off a $100 massage!I get that this is a high-end salon which is why this was supposed to be a special treat for my birthday. Being high-end does not mean highly-qualified or professional employees.Stay away, regardless if you have the money! Too many options to support jokers like this.End rant :)
