The one hour Pedi spa felt AMAZING

Don’t EVER go here no matter how desperate you are for a service. This shop is so unsanitary. I stopped in since I needed my nails done since I’d been sick, figured I’d get it done while I was there. There were many times I knew I should’ve gotten up but I allowed my service to proceed. Firstly, the man is sooo rude, put on used glove (1)…never spoke at all(2), when filed my nail to start, never bothered to dust off the excess before just sticking the tips on crooked(3) not to mentioned he never even primed my nails just put the tips on(4) then proceeds to tell me that anything over a 1/4 of an in inch was considered long(5)!!!! I stopped and told him “I’m not gonna do this” and popped the tips off right off towards him. I said no wonder no one is in here, you are rude and unprofessional. Then tells me he needed to just file them, if you file them there won’t be any nails and then says “you go somewhere else”I was able to pop those nails off like nothing and I left them there so he can’t say I owe anything! Worst shop EVER; GO AT YOUR OWN RISK, YA NAILS WILL FALL OFF AS SOON AS YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR!

I came in 1 day before Mothers day to get cute and before I could celebrate I was missing 3 nails I do understand things happen but definitely not like that ge rushed on me because it became busy but that wasnt fair to me went back the next day thinking he would at least fix them but he said their wasnt anything he could do please dont waste your time or your money

Men tend to shy away from pedicures, but if you have sore or tired feet there great. They sanitize and wipe everything down after each customer.

Don’t waste your money here.This place is so unprofessional.The whole salon is dusty and dirty and the customer service is absolutely terrible.They’re also completely out of date with current nail styles/design trends.I don’t expect it to be a glamorous nail boutique, but they can barely even shape nails (coffin,stiletto, etc.) they also can’t even do a simple ombre nail. I think my biggest complaint is that they are sloppy with applying acrylic. I had residual acrylic all over my cuticles, all over the sides of my fingers and under my nails. A couple of my nails also came out crooked and didnt even match the shape of the rest of my nails. All in all, they just don’t care about putting out quality work, they care about making a quick buck and then rushing you out of the salon so you can go walk around with the ugly byproduct of their terrible skills.

I receiVed excellent customer serVice. now, lets talk about eVerything else: simply NO! got a pedicure(more expensiVe Version) and manicure (french gel nail style) and i was not pleased with the results. uneVen, sloppy work which was probably fueled by the location (mall) and its need to get em in and get em out. i spent an hour here and my hands were done by a different technician than my feet. that was a problem. the second technician was unaware of my initial request and had i not been attentiVe, wouldVe painted my nails totally opposite of my desire. reiterating my serVice was a nuisance as i utilize spa days as a source of relaxation and detox from a hectic life. i left a pretty good tip, per usual, but it was not deserVed. nails chipped and one broke by the 4th day. i say: go here but be Very direct about what you want. make them take their time and keep the same technician for hands and feet;)V

Wonderful Service

They rush through the service! They charge you to take the polish off before you get a pedicure. In my 20 years of getting pedicures I have NEVER been charged to remove the polish. They just want money. The quality of the service is awful! Take your business elsewhere

If 0 stars was a thing I would rate this place 0 stars. went for an acrylic nail fill (not my original nail spot) for starters charged me $20 (which is their regular price for a full set) plus $5 because my acrylic nails were coffin shaped. whole time was rushing, made me bleed, totally didnt take his time with my nails even though i was the only client they had at that moment, used the nail drill on full blast, the nail shape he made was awful and uneven, and he painted my nails terribly. the coat was so thick even after hours of leaving the place my nails werent dry and had tons of ding marks, my nail were a bit gentle to touch so i decided to take them off over a week later to find out its because of severe ring of fire from drilling too hard and too much, my nail beds are completely ruined! NEVER WILL GO BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very unprofessional. Seemed to be quite unsanitary. The manager or owner was very rude and unprofessional. Their work was sloppy and over price. While I was there they told a customer they couldn’t attend her even if she waited because they were going to close... she was there well over 2 hours before they closed. Would not recommend.

HORRIBLE..... if I could give it negative stars I WOULD.The customer service is terrible. The attitude is bad. Honestly this was probably the worst manicure Ive ever had. The lady was using the improper tool to do her task, resulting in my nails looking terrible. She left acrylic bumps all over my nails and ginger and below it, and she didnt even clean up the area. I have nail powder all over my fingers. The nails are crooked. There chipped in every area. There are gaps, making it look as if Ive had this for about a week already. Theres nail polish all over my fingers. The nails are leaning and curving in unnatural angles.Not only that, but she refuses to take it off. Her manager did nothing to help and just kept avoiding talking to me and the situation in general. When i tried to show him what was wrong with the nail he refused to look and even see what was going. Told me to come back in 2 weeks when the owner shows up.Overall just terrible. Absolutely terrible!!!! There are no customer service numbers. Nothing!!!.

The service was really good. My polish is still intact 1 week later. Perfectly situated in the mall. The actual space is small though.

Visited while on overseas work trip. Got straight in and manicurist was nice and showed a lot of attention to detail. Really happy with the experience.

I ccome here for a gel fill figured why not sense I would be in the mall fro the day. worse decision my nails were uneven when I told the lady my nails were not smooth but visibly lumpy she asked what do you want me to do I asked her to buff them down more and she refused.. they also use very cheap gel that lifts.. YUCK

One of the workers told me they don’t take customers after 530 when the nail salon closes at 6. It would have taken all of 10 minutes for him to drill my nails off. I won’t come back and I will not recommend this salon to anyone!

I like this nail place because it’s very affordable. There’s only two tech’s I would recommend. The one who site to the far right by the sink. I believe her name is Lisa. And the one who sits next to her. The owner is very rude and I will never let him do my nails again. If you are looking for a quick fix I would recommend this place. If your looking for something more relaxing and comfortable I would go someplace else.

The worst nail experience and customer service ever. This happened to me twice. I told the person who is in charge [Sitting on the front desk] that I need to get my nails done with a flower art. He said ok and he assigned a young lady to do my nails. She applied a color and said it’s done. I told her that I needed a flower art. She spoke to that person in their language and he said that he doesn’t have anybody to assign who can do the art I needed. I said ok and I left her a tip too. After sometimes back I went to this place again and I spoke to this same person and I mentioned him the last incident and I asked is there any person available at that moment who can do that. I explained him clearly that I need a flower art. He said ok go ahead and be seated. This time he assigned a male nail artist to do my nails. I asked from him whether he can do that. He said once he is done they will assign a female nail artist to do my nail art. When he finished my nails with a plain color he said that the price is $30 and after that I’m good to go. I told him that the job is not finished yet and I need a flower art and the person I spoke promised to do it for $37. Then the man who is in the front told that no one is available right now to do that and my job is done. I told him how come you treat your customers like that and this is not the first time. And also I told him that I clearly asked from the beginning whether an artist is available and I clearly mentioned him what they did to me once. He looked away saying again that I don’t have anyone available at this moment. I told him that this is so unfair. He did not respond. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place ... The worst customer service EVER !

I had a horrible experience there, I asked how much for gel nail polish the guy who claimed to be the owner was very rude I could hardly understand him and when I asked again about the price because I had no idea what he was saying to me he told me to leave and go somewhere else all because I couldnt understand the price he was giving me.. THUMBS DOWN!I had my nails done here and the tips kept popping off. I had to have 4 of them repaired in the space of 1 week. Mind you, the repairs are not free! I have had my nails done at quite a few salons over the years and it is rare that I would actually break a nail. I am usually very careful and use gloves to clean and do dishes. So there is really no valid reason for these tips to be popping off one after the other like this other than the fact that products this nail salon uses are cheap and of very poor quality!Also, I asked them to do a very simple design on my nails and they completely messed it up! My 9 year old niece could have done a better job than that! I dont know where these people got their training and certifications from. I will never have my nails done here again!

I only came here because my usual place was packed since it was the day before Thanksgiving with over a 2 hour wait. I came to the mall and noticed them and they were empty.I asked for a Gel manicure and I had to tell her she didn’t paint the edges. My natural nail was showing and she said it is because I have sharp nails. Then by Sunday they were off. Horrible service and over waxed my daughter. I do not recommend!

If I could give no starts I would, horrible place to go and the people there are unsanitary my girlfriend went there for a fill and left with an infection. Plus when I called they said that it wasn’t their problem to take her to the doctor. Joke of a salon!!!!!’

Very POOR service. I got my gel nails done on Tuesday and they are already chipping on Saturday. Gel is all around my cuticles and when I went back in, I was first told $6 to fix 3 chipped nails. When asking how much it would be to fix them all since the job is poor, the lady with a bad attitude (claiming she’s nEver seen me before) says $25. I only paid $20 to begin with and that was with the manicure. This store plays games with prices and the service is no good. I DO NOT recommend anyone using them.

I just got my nails done by them about 2 weeks ago. They did an excellent job! They were very gentle. I came home with a smile on my face. :)

One of the workers who did my nails had cuts on hands and after I got my manicure I had large welts on my wrists. The place is dirty and they have old tools and nail polish. Dont go here.

If I could rate this nail salon a zero, I would. I had to wait for thirty minutes before getting worked on. The man who did my pedicure was in a rush and couldnt be bothered. When my pedicure was done I went to get my manicure and the woman kicked my foot so hard on accident and messed up my toes. She also had an attitude and couldnt be bothered. My nails arent even the same length. I will never go to this nail salon again.

Worst nail saloon I’ve ever been to! The first time I got a pedicure they were pretty decent and relatively nice however the second time was horrible! The skin on the side of my toe nail tends to over grow on top of the nail and it can be slightly painful to fix. When the woman tried fixing it I asked her to stop and she would not and just kept telling me that she can fix it. Also they made my boyfriends foot bleed from the dead skin remover thing. Worst experience ever. Also very dirty!! DO NOT GO HERE!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I came in to get a full set, and the woman who assisted my did a HORRIBLE job. First red flag, I knew the name of the color I wanted, and the woman had no idea what I was talking about. I asked to shape my nails into “Coffin” shape. She kept reshaping my nails over and over like she was trying to correct her mistakes, but made them EVEN worse! I came here bc of a recommendation. Never again. Two of my nails are sooooooo thick in acrylic, and gel polish is all over my cuticles and on the side of my finger. Didn’t even put acrylics on my entire nai. The woman even stated my natural nails are shaped that way.

This place is soooooo terrible! First nail salon I visit in Tampa after moving from Miami and wow I thought miamis services suck but this takes the cake! Absolutely AWFUL Im not sure how theyre in business. After a terrible job done to me and my mom (who was on vacation) they expected a tip. Theyre hilarious. Terrible work, attitude, work ethic, AND you want to demand a tip?? Stay away this place is a migraine waiting to happen.

Went to this nail place since Deja Vu had a long wait. This nail place is horrible they expect good tips but can’t get the job done. I had to tell my nail lady repeatedly to fix the leaks on my nail. Still left with the gel on edges of my skin. Not even a week of having a gel mani and they’re peeling off at the edges which are not sealed. Horrible horrible horrible! Waste of time and money! I rather spend my $25+ at Deja Vu. This places needs a revaluation on how to do nails properly

I will give this place no stars.....I called on the phone and ask was they still open he said yes.... He asked me what I wanted I told him polish change.. he said as long as I can get here before..8:15 so I rush over here...got here at 800 then he said no one can help me I told him I was the one who called on the phone he still said no one can help me...wow...so many people with bad customer service... Im not one to give reviews much but I just want everyone to know that this nail and spa only wants your money!! I literally went in to get a manicure and I was assigned to this lady who literally did my nails so for like only 2 mins. She basically removed my old/dead skin and that was it. I was shocked by how quick they did my nails and how they did not do a complete manicure like most nail salons Ive been to. Making things worst, I thought they would probably do better in brows but I guessed wrong again. Another lady did my brows and came out uneven. Im truly disappointed about thay place! Not going in again. To all, Id think twice about ever going in there.

I have been a customer here for about 4 Years. Lately service has been horrible. I’ve decided to take the gel off of my nails and take a break from the paint. They charged me $10 for something that usually is $5, and I only had color on 8 fingers because 2 of mine broke. This was the second strike. The time before, they applied gel nails color and 2 days later it was discolored. I went back to fix it and they charged me for the repair. I am never coming back here again. Not fair, therefore you’ve lost a costumer.

I walked in off the street, as I live out of town, and was able to get in for a pedicure immediately. I was skeptical because of so many negative reviews but my pedicure was great for the price ($20)!

Owner is very rude. One manicurist cut my big toe by mistake. I started bleeding.The owner did not do or say anything to apooogize. I will not recommend the place to anybody. It’s not safe for your health. They don’t even sanitize the tools that they use for mani/pedi.

Ive been coming to this salon for a year or so solely for the fact its the cheapest place in south Tampa. But you get what you pay for. Their quality use to be awesome but its progressively getting worse. Make sure to ask for OPI gel ($20) because the brand they tell you to choose from (DND) will chip in a couple days. Pretty sure someones preteen daughter, who is not certified works in the shop. Also they kind of rush things if they are busy which agin will effect the quality. If youre in need of a cheap decent manicure then this place will work. Otherwise if youre looking for high quality, attention to detail, and professional - seek out somewhere else.

I would never go back to this establishment again! I paid for services for my daughter and I. Included in the payment was tips for both nail ladies. My daughter did not realize I paid the tip, and she gave more tip money to the nail lady. The lady did not mention to my daughter that I had already paid her. I make a complaint to the manager, who did nothing and said I was to loud. One of the other nail ladies was also shooting me a bird the whole time I was making my complaint!

I usually look at reviews when it comes to nails salons . However was already at the mall today and decided to just get my pedicure out of the way . I was quickly reminded why I do my research first . Horrible job on the pedicure, it was rushed and I was the only one there !! I had to continue to tell her spots she was missing as she painted my nails, and each time it was oh another coat, lady you’re still missing the edges every time you put a coat you can see the edge you’re STILL missing ! Never again . What I thought was to convenience my self since I was already here, turned into an inconvenience and waste of money !

I wish they had a negative star rating...they dont even deserve the 1 star...they half ass the nail fills and rush thru, and they are so rude and reckless and dont clean up the edges of your nails or underneath!!!! This place is a waste of time and money, and its in a tiny corner of the mall really akward no room!

Awful!!!!. I usally do my own manni peddi but decided to check this place out. The so called $25 special pedicure CRAP!!! NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT SHAPE MY NAILS, he did even cut my cuticles. The polish, crap! he had cotton left over and polished right over it. I do a better job at home. This place sucks!!!! real quick to take your money but its shitty service!

Just awful...unsanitary, the do a terrible job, and clearly dont care. I went yesterday for a mani and pedi. The pedicure was pretty crappy. The massage was nothing more than the lady rubbing lotion onto my legs. The chair was broken and terribly uncomfortable. I couldnt wait to get out of the chair. My back was hurting so bad because one of the rollers of the broken chair was stuck right in the mid back position. The tools were not sanitized and the tub wasnt cleaned out. I should have left after seeing this. I dont know how this place isnt shut down. The manicure was equally as unsanitary. My polish has little bubbles all in it. The polish is all over my cuticles and in some areas not even reaching the cuticles. A 10 year old could have done a better job. I will never come back to this place. And just a word of warning....the other nail salon at Westhore Plaza is owned by the same people, so its likely no better there. I wonder if there is a way to report them for their terribly unsanitary conditions.

After reading the reviews, I decided to try to give this place a shot anyway. That was a TERRIBLE idea! The customer service is horrendous, and the pedicure was poorly done. Needless to say, the next time I visit Tampa, I will NOT be back!

First off I waited almost an hour to get someone to do my nails. And then once I got my nails done, they were kind of being rude with their body language. After that, the nails seemed lumpy and lopsided, but I didnt think people would see it that obviously. So I went along with it. The next day at work, I moved my hand- not even as rapidly as you would think- and I tapped my finger on the wall on accident and the tip of my nail flew off!!!!! Really? Yea, really. They seemed loose and weak anyways once they finished doing them... So they dont do too much of a good job imma regular basis. I could tell. Most nail salons care and make sure they get the nails right. They take their time. NOT THIS PLACE!! Do not go here. Its the best advice.

Came to get my eyebrows done,the day before an interview. The hot wax burnt my skin, now missing skin.Also no hand massage or lotion.

One star is fitting.I got my nails done by a lady who couldnt stay off of her IPad.My toes by a different man that worked there and my toes looked so bad when he got done I could have had my child paint them.
