Ashley did a great job on my Apres X nail application. She was super friendly and the shop was extremely clean. All of the nail instruments were individually peel packed for each client. The staff at this salon was also super friendly as well! Must try!

Absolutely fantastic place! Ive gone here three times now and I always leave happy, satisfied, and with gorgeous nails. The salon is clean and chic, and the service by the staff is great. Morgan is my preferred nail tech and shes absolutely wonderful- funny and easy to talk to and does a great job with nail designs. Shes very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Id recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for somewhere to go to get their nails done.

Love the beauty standards of this nail salon! I love using hygienic and vegan friendly products, so this is the only salon I have been to since moving back to Tampa Bay. The shop is always clean and they have an amazing color selection. The technicians are always so thorough with cleaning my nails and I am always so satisfied with how they turn out. Customer service has always been great at each visit and whenever anything has gone wrong, the manager/owner always made it right. Thankful to have found this environmental conscious shop!

The gel pedicure was amazing but the manicure was subpar. The gel was uneven and lumpy even immediately after it was done. A week later and it looks just awful. They also seemed very inconvenienced that I scheduled both a manicure AND a pedicure. Spent lots of time trying to work out who would take care of me and in what order. It was very awkward. If you’re going for your toes, I’d say go for it. But based off of my experience, I wouldn’t recommend getting gel nails here.

I enjoyed my experience here at Luna Luxe Nail Loft! Danis was very detailed, professional and personable. She was friendly and attentive. I was welcomed in by the owner, Ashley and she offered me a strawberry lemonade mimosa (delicious!) I enjoyed the overall experience and how clean the salon was. My nails turned out beautiful. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is in the search of a fume-free salon that focuses on gel/regular polish manicures and pedicures. I will be returning whenever I am in the Tampa area :)

Only go here if you like having your time wasted. I called ahead and booked an appointment for a manicure, pedicure, and manicure for my boyfriend. On the phone I made it very clear that I wanted a design and EXTENSIONS. I get there and they tell me they don’t have time to do the extensions. Even after I say they can skip the pedicure and the other manicure, they’re still standing there acting like I’m inconveniencing them and telling me it’s not possible. Now I won’t be getting my nails done in time for my birthday vacation. Screw this place; avoid them at all cost.

I absolutely loved my experience at Luna Luxe Nail Loft! I got a Luxe pedicure and tried gel-x extensions for the first time. They offered refreshments, the chairs were so comfy and best of all, no nail salon smell! Joy was my nail tech and she did such an amazing job on my nails. I scheduled a same day appointment for a Pedicure. When I arrived the salon was very clean. The environment is more like a spa than a salon, but much more reasonable with pricing. I was offered a drink; water sparkling water or a mimosa. I opted for the strawberry lemonade mimosa. Was delicious 😋 Erica did my pedicure. She was polite and a good conversationalist. I brought a red color which can be tricky. She did an incredible job! They were then able to squeeze me in for my brows to the waxed and tinted. Veronica did my brows. She was great. Very thorough. Best brows I have ever had. The other thing I liked was the owner was present and involved. The staff seemed to be genuinely happy. Best hidden gem in Carrollwood!

Please dont use this Salon especially if youre a woman of color. Worst Nail Salon especially if they uses racial comments towards some of their employees and clients.

Best nail salon in Tampa!! They actually care about your natural nail health and take the time to make sure there is no damage being done. Not your typical nail salon at all, the set up is much more calming and aesthetically pleasing. The owner and staff are so kind and welcoming and their customer service is top tier and truly makes the experience that much better.

I LOVE it here. The inside is modern and simple. The girls are so nice and down to earth. They take their time with you and I have never felt rushed out. The salon is genuinely FUME FREE and clean. The prices are a bit more than your average nail salon, but for the quality and service that youre going to receive is totally worth it. Ive been to the Luna Luxe Nail Loft twice and have been more than satisfied each time. I drive from Safety Harbor which is about forty minutes away, but is so worth it. The first time I went I had Erica as my technician and left saying this is the best gel manicure Ive had in my entire life. Today, I had Sophia as my tech and she exceeded my expectations yet again; this time with a cool design! I cant wait to make my next appointment.

Edit: the owner, Ashley refunded my purchase and also offered to have my nails done again. I appreciate the fact that she refunded me and apologized for the inconvenience. I will go back and have my nails done again.I wanted to try the new gel-x nails because I hate how acrylics ruin my nails. I was told gel-x is suppose to last 3-4 weeks. The day after getting gel-x, 2 of my nails popped off.(the day before my wedding) The day of my wedding 3 more nails came off. I spoke with the owner and she said I could come back in to get them re done however I did not have time because I was getting married that day. I would rather have just gotten a refund then gone back in especially since by the third day all of the nails came off. I would not recommend gel-x.

Happy I stumbled upon Luna Luxe Nail Loft. Ashley and Dajah are by far my favorite people to go to for my manis and pedis. Since the first time I met them they have been so welcoming and every time I visit I feel like I’m just hanging with close friends.

Today was my first day going to Luna Luxe and I can honestly say it was the BEST nail experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done since high school. This shop is about 40 minutes away from me and is every bit worth the trip. The shop is very clean and organized and don’t get me started on the smell... I’ve never walked into a shop and not smelled acrylic and acetone!!! I’m almost 8 1/2 months pregnant and very sensitive to smell not once did I smell the nail polish or the acetone that was used on my own nails. The staff is awesome, friendly, personable, down to earth... need I say more...I think I will. Every tool that was used was opened in front of me. I went to visit a friend in Tampa in order to get some self care away from the chaos of home. She recommended Luna Luxe. I got a pedicure and the lady that did my pedi was so gentle. I walk a lot and my heels were rough and my big toes were bothering me. She was able to address my concerns without me feeling a thing. I highly recommend them. The ladies all wore a mask and the place is clean. They also sanitize the workstations before and after each customer. I recommend them.

My husband found this place on a whim for a little “self-care Saturday” for me and I’m so excited that he did. Besides the fact that my pedicure looks amazing, the vibe was low key, clean, fun, and professional. It was nice not having to smell the typical toxic fumes of a nail salon. My pet peeve from most other nail salons is seeing the technicians wear masks to protect themselves from fumes while the patrons get to breathe it all in. Don’t have to worry about that here! It’s definitely my go-to spot from here on out without question!

It is clean, the staff is friendly, down to earth and do excellent work. Samira did my pedicure and was fantastic. The salon does not offer acrylics, which as a healthcare worker, I’ve never had, nor do I support having or want to have to sit in a salon smelling those fumes the entire time. Definitely a large step above all the other in and out nail salons that only care about keeping the door revolving.My only complaint is having not found them sooner!They’ve found a repeat customer in me today.

You will not be rushed and you will never have to deal with being hurt or burned by a dremel.I loved Luna Luxe before and they are the only place I feel safe coming to during the pandemic.

Sweet staff and clean environment. My gel manicure was good and pedicure was average.For what I paid Id expect the pedicure to be better for sure. I always tip even if I feel service could be better. I paid with tip $105 bucks for a gel mani and lux pedi. Thats a lot of money and my feet dont look great like they normally do at other places. I want to like them because Im willing to pay higher prices for excellent service and product. I just dont know that I would give them another chance at that cost.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for the longest time and I finally got my nails done here and let me tell you!! They came out exactly how I wanted them! I love the whole staff and atmosphere there! The place is beautiful inside with a nice modern look! Everyone was super nice and friendly.. treated me like family! Sophia was so sweet and detail oriented. She really did her thing with my watermelon nails! Ashley ( the owner) was incredibly nice and I loved the conversation we had! The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. I loved my pedicure, but I wasn’t satisfied with the gel polish manicure. The manicure started lifting within 3 days and chipping on days 5 and 6. The gel peeled off two nails on day 7. I work with clients daily and this was embarrassing. I don’t think the manicure was worth $40. The hours for the salon work against my work schedule and they’re closed on Mondays, so their two week guarantee isn’t worth as much to me as it could be for others. I’ll probably be back for a pedicure, but unless you have the time to go back within a week, their gel mani is not worth the price.

This was my second time at Luna Luxe...still love! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love that they offer less toxic polishes and gels and that they have such a good ventilation system it doesn’t smell like a typical nail salon. And they DON’T use the jetted foot tubs which can harbor bacteria and fungi! Everything is so clean. Just a really good vibe all around. Make sure to try the blueberry mimosa! What a treat!
