I really like this place clean and very nice. They are nice and friendly they do good job at nails was nervous to get short nails always get them kinda long but I like them cant wait to next time where I will get a nail design my nail color is UV gel and also glows in the dark trust me when I say it does glow in the dark also I had a deluxe pedicure and was awesome left my feet so relax and my boyfriend had his 1st pedicure and he was so satisfied he said he will keep getting them. Thanks 89 Nails for making our 1st time experience awesome and u will see us soon again. They have plenty of parking and also have items for sell like the organic sugar scrub which I am going to get .

I’ve been going to 89 Nails for about 4 months now. I’m always extremely satisfied!Lee always does my nails. He is extremely professional and polite. He will always make sure u are completely satisfied before u leave the shop.The shop is very clean! I love my nails!

I have never been to this nail salon before but plan on coming by since the reviews look great. Do I have to call to have an appointment or do they do walk ins? Seems to be a good place to get my nails done.

This nail salon was nice and clean with decent prices. They were busy and instead of having me wait, they let me know ahead of time so I could go do some other things and come back, which I appreciated. I got a gel removal and gel paint on my toes, and a pink acrylic fill in with gel paint, which totaled to 65 dollars. The technician was very friendly and even though they didnt have exactly what I came in for, the technician found a solution that turned out perfectly for me, and my nails and toes look exactly as I wanted them too. I would recommend to others and plan to go back for my fill in.

Love my nails! I get my nails done by pin pin, she does an awesome job. Everyone at the nail Salon is very sweet and nice. The last time I went I had to take my 1 year old and she was getting fussy so the owner came to talk to her and keep her company. That did the trick! Super good service and people. And might I add their pricing is good.

Let me tell you something this shop is amazing! I had a male nail technician Lee and ladies definitely go to him if you need a miracle performed. I live out of town and when I arrived in Jacksonville I realized my nails didn’t look great. I wasn’t familiar with the area or knew anyone who give me recommendations, so I googled and found this shop. When I walked in I didn’t have to wait also the shop it’s clean plus they have taken covid precautions. So I showed him the picture of the nails that I wanted it he acknowledged that he could do it. Also, he was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would definitely comeback if I’m ever in this area again.

This place is the finest of all for nails and feet. The atmosphere and good Zin is definitely on point!

Went here today for the first time. I’ve been to many many nail salons since moving to Jacksonville and am disappointed every time. Decided to give Pin Pin a try today and I’m so in love!!! She is the sweetest thing, gave me great recommendations, shaped my nails exactly how I asked, made sure they were cleaned up with no excess dip powder or clumps of polish anywhere and ensured that I was completely satisfied. 10/10. Definitely my new go to!!!

Pin pin is a perfectionist, quality work every time, no matter what! Punctual..... She has an eye that sees everything & recommends, if u ask her to, other svcs that will make u look fab! I went in to get my nails filled and I ended up walking out with my eyebrows tinted, my nails filled and my eyebrows waxed & I luv it all! Consummate professional, and creative. And as a graphic designer who is a perfectionist herself & hard to please, those are high compliments.

I love coming here! Pin Pin is always welcoming and so sweet. Getting my nails done used to feel like a chore I never wanted to do. Someone recommended her new shop to me and now I absolutely love her! Nikki gave me the best pedicure! My feet are incredibly soft and the massage was fantastic! She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying it while I was in her care!

I hate writing a bad review, I really do. And honestly, I wish I would have said something when I was there. Pin Pin is the owner, and you can tell she’s got the work ethic and talent... however, my experience was not the greatest with her staff. My pedicure was over 2 hours, so by the end my back was hurting from being in the chair. The lady was sweet, but SLOW! I was in the chair at 5:45 and did not leave until 8. And honestly I am not sure she was very confident in her abilities. I paid extra for callous removal and unfortunately they were barely touched... my nails are super thick and bulky, and aren’t worth the large price tag. The nail tech also did cut me, and when she did she took the Lord’s name in vain in the most foulest of ways. I also, personally, do not like the shows they put on the TV. Maybe something like a RomCom would be better. That’s small, but still, tonight there was something on that was really quite demonic and made me feel very uncomfortable. I avoided watching it... and I know I should have said something, but I didn’t... this just doesn’t seem to be the place for me!

Decided to treat my husband and myself here on a whim and received a wonderful, timed 20 min pedicure massage with hot stones and all! Also, my husband received one of the best manicures, which is difficult due to his being a diesel mechanic. Nikki did a wonderful job and everyone was amazingly pleasant and polite! Will be coming back here again!

So the ambiance of this place is amazing . It is very calming and relieving . Very clean . I was offered something to drink as well as my daughter . They were all very polite and nice meeting my every need . NIKKI was AMAZING she does the pedicure to PRECISION . My polish ... massage ...exfoliating everything was PERFECT. My nails were also done to precision i had to get the coffin shape fixed and now it looks like it should . My nails are shining and gleaming . I went 05/13 and I’m going back 05/14 the very next day to do my brows and my lashes . So that should tell you right there they are outstanding ! 10 stars out of 5!!!!

I used to go to pin pin when she worked at a salon on Philips and i love her work she is the only person i let touch my nails she is very good at her job and takes her time and never rushes at all. After reading the reviews I made it a must try since I was seeking a new nail tech. Eventhough my injury does not allow a full pedicure, Nikki provided the best alternative. I can’t wait to get a film pedicure from her. My nails are cute and I can’t wait to show them off to my friends. Will definitely return in the future.

04/30/18- ***UPDATED***.. This Nail Salon continues to impress me. I have a daughter that is 8 she has a terrible habit of picking her nails way down into the nail beds and is pretty much ruining her nails. I spoke with Pin Pin and asked her advice as to what I can do to help her, I didnt want to go the acrylic route because of it being so harsh. She suggested I do the SNS dipping powder for her because of it being safer for her nails and organic. We had them done yesterday 04/29/18, so far so good. My daughter is pretty excited over the WIDE variety of colors to choose from and the fact that she can strum her fingers on a surface and they make noise now.. LOL, but I am more excited over the fact that Pin Pin was patient with her, didnt feel bothered by her, and didnt rush her, she talked to her like she truly cares. I will forever be a customer here, I am so thankful for the continued appreciation I have felt every time Ive been in. I have recommended this salon to several people. ***Awesome Salon, came in with my husband staff is super nice, the salon is clean, chairs are comfy. Definitely will be returning.

I hate to do this. I have been there over 5 times and its been good. But this last time was horrible and its been a week since I was there. I dont remember who did my nails but they did a horrible job on them. My husband even realized it when I got in the vehicle after I was done. I was there for 2 hours to get dip powder with tips. It has never took that long. She wasnt sure what size tips went on what finger and some she put on were the wrong size because you can see my nail on the side. She made my nails uneven for shaping and the sides are horrible. They are already starting to lift a little on some fingers. Then under 2 nails their is just a thick line of glue. I even had a lot on my skin but I was able to get them off. After this experience idk if I want to go back again. The lady who did my nails I think needs a refresher on how to do things
