I have been coming to Lee for my eyebrows for 10 years. I won’t go to anyone else. She is the best! I am constantly getting complimented on my eyebrows. Every time I call, she answers the phone greeting me by my name. Great customer service by her and her staff.

After seating me with a tech that was doing gel manicure I kept telling her I wanted dipping powder. Tina finally did my nails and she was so rough her buffing burned my skin & its still raw.Another technician was yelling at a client about her ombre colorEveryone heard it allI just wanted to leave. Iwont go back. Tina had a sassy attitude

Friendly service and clean

Friendly staff, very clean salon. Sometimes you go into a nail salon and it smells like acrylic. This does not happen here, it always smells very nice and pleasant. They also have all natural products. Also the time I walk in and theres always availability immediately.

The staff is very professional and do great work.. Nice designs for your nails.

I’ve been going to this salon for the past two years. Everyone is so friendly and professional. It’s nice to walk into a salon and everyone knows your name!!! Anne is amazing for my nails and Judy does a great job on my lashes. Can’t say enough good things about this establishment!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Love this place.

I tried focus nails because I moved to the area and It was alright. I got there around 4pm and didn’t leave until just before they closed! They had me waiting for about an hour in the pedicure chair for someone to start my pedicure by the time someone got to me the water was cold! Then I got the dip powder nails those came out great I was really happy until the next day one broke! 🤬 I can’t back to get it fixed and they had me wait 30minutes then the woman spent 20 minutes looking for the right powder for one broken nail! Not very impressed!!

I love this spot! I love the ladies who work here and I always leave happy!!

Ive been going to this nail salon for 8 years. Since my first visit I have loved their standard of service and products. I will never go anywhere else. They offer complimentary refreshments too; water, soda, coffee. They even offer wine and beer! Each tech does great nails and speaks English. I never worry about whos going to do my nails, each one of the girls does an amazing job, and never rushes through the massage! They are very friendly and I always enjoy the fun and relaxing environment!

This salon is beautiful, very neat and clean. The people are nice and are very open to greeting and serving you. Its a bit hard to find since its in an abandoned plaza and covered with big trees. :(

Mai and her sister Linda are the best nail techs I have ever had! The do my best friends toes, my husbands toes and manicure, plus my nails and toes. They are always so cheerful and happy it brightens the place up. I couldnt have found a better nail shop then them. Absolutely love them

I have been going here for quite some time. The place looks lovely and is so clean and tidy, but my issue is with the service. It has consistently gone down hill. I always feel rushed along and the quality of work now reflects this. They dont shape the nails at all- just a quick and sloppy trim and file. I spend good money to come here and I dont feel like they respect that. I am bummed out that I will not be coming here any longer, because it is very clean and pretty, but they need a stern lesson in customer service and need to slow the heck down.

If i could Give no stars i would. i tried giving this place a second chance and i will never go their no recommend this place to anyone. I got a pedicure and they didnt sanitize any of the tools they used and the guy who did my nails charged me just for filing my nails. My Bill at the end was huge and over the phone i spoke to a lady and she gave me and exact price for everything i wanted and this guy overcharged me dont recommend this place to anyone. overpriced and they dont do what you ask trying to get you to leave to attend other people. Very rushed, and they will charge for shape.

Depends who you get as to how your nails turn out. Pumice stone is reused between clients, didnt like that. Files and instruments used without being sanitized.
