The customer service here is terrible. I was called back 20 minutes late then when I asked for designs on my big toes she told me that her other client was already there and she didnt have time for it even though I still had 20 minutes of my 1 hour session left. I dont recommend.

If you are a natural nail girl like me, I would not recommend this nail tech. While Violet does beautiful acrylic work, she is terrible with natural nails. I booked an appointment to have my existing gel polish removed and to get another gel manicure. Violet did not have the right tools to remove my previous gel polish and in return left me with lumpy and bumpy fingernails. I did not notice the work until after I left because I would not have paid for something that wasnt done correctly. I wish she will invest more into the tools she uses as well as her variety of polishes to choose from.

This was my first time going to violet nail studio. I hate thick and clumpy nails and I told her that before she started doing them. At first the set started to look ok but as she put the polish on I started to notice the dents and thickness of my nails. My thumb nail looks like it is wearing a helmet. And none of my other nails match in size. Some was thick at the top and my pinky nail looks like it has a square box at the tip. This was not worth 72.00 at all. And it has been about 1week and my nails are already lifting.
