Overall happy with how my nails turned out and the experience was good. I usually just get my toes done, but decided to go the nails this time. I knocked it a star because they got ruined after only one day, but Nina fixed them right away, which I appreciated greatly. 😊

This place did a wonderful job on my nails. The temperature of the water was perfect for my feet and massage chair was relaxing! My nails looked great after and my heels soft. The only negative was the ac was not working but they did have fans to make it bearable.

I had Anne today and she was wonderful! I had the same nail tech for over 10 years before I moved here and have been struggling to find someone I really like. Nails World has been great the last few times I’ve used them, and I’ll continue to go back. My nails are always perfect when I leave! Everyone who works there is always so pleasant and happy. I’ve found my new favorite place to go for nails!

Was greeted, temperature checked and asked to was my hands it was then that I immediately felt safe and welcomed. With the pandemic being in play and all. My nail tech Tony explained everything to me and why he was doing it. Very knowledgeable ‼ Ive found my new nail shop after being in this area for 8 months🤗

Terrible quality for dip powder service. I recently moved to this area and needed to find a new salon. I would not recommend going here for dip powder. I have been getting sns on my nails every month for over a year at my previous nail salon and never experienced any cracks or breaks in the 4 to 5 weeks I would have them on. At this salon, in only 4 days all ten nails had noticeable cracks in them, and two have big breaks in the corners. The nail color was not the same as on the sample I chose. The man who did my service cut deep into my skin on two fingers when trimming around my nails. When he was done he just got up and didn’t even acknowledge he was done, leaving me sitting there until another employee told me what to do next. I was then charged $10 more for the service than the price listed when I booked the appointment. Highly disappointed, especially considering these nails were done for my wedding and will now not look nice in my close up pictures. I would not suggest wasting your money at this nail salon.

When I first came here which was about a month ago it was just a pedicure and eyebrow waxing that I needed. The woman who did my eyebrows listened to me In what I wanting they came out beautiful!! The pedicure which I got so far two times is the Volcano one and oh man they get me so relaxed it’s so nice and my feet look gorgeous when I leave and so soft! I will continue to come here they are clean, very friendly staff. I wish I could of gotten my nails done lol when you have a small baby your time is very limited but that will be next on my list and I’m sure they will come out beautifully. Keep up the great service!!! 5 stars and a repeating happy customer here!!!!

After seeing a high rating I called to see if I could come in. I was told I could come at 12:30. When I arrived I was told then to come back in another hour. Im from out of town and called so that I wouldnt unnecessarily drive around in the rain and waste gas. The pictures and salon look nice but please be courteous and honest about inviting people to come for appointments.

I have been coming here to Nails World for over a year now at first hesitant to leave a review but I have never once incurred any problem damage mistake of any kind from any of their services. The girls are very detailed. I wont take a chance and go anywhere else at this point.

I went to this store for the first time and their system went down and they charged my card twice. I went back to get my money back and they write me a gift certificate. They refused to give me cash back or to reload it to my card. They literally took cash out of my account and would not refund it back. They are so unprofessional and to be honest I do not think she spoke enough English for me to explain to her that a gift certificate is not worth the same as debit cash coming out of a bank account. I will never return, nothing but a bunch of frauds. Wish I could do ZERO STARS.

This place is good but if you don’t have an appointment you will be waisting your time. They don’t have the staff to keep up with walk ins. This been my 3rd time doing a walk-in and they have turn me away. This time We got there at 5:15 and they stop taking people when they close at 7pm.

Nina did the best job. I have been to many nail studios. By far the best quality has come from sunny. She takes her time and wants you to be happy with the job she does. I have seen her 3 times now and think this has become my nail home.

My daughter and I enjoyed our services at the salon. The staff was professional, nice, and did a great job! They were very attentive and made sure our manicures and pedicures were perfects. The salon is clean and inviting while following CDC guides lines. I enjoyed the new personal pedicure tool sets being used during this pandemic instead of the same stone being used on multiple people to scrub their feet, I hope that continues and I will definitely be back soon.

Mother’s Day was my first time going into this nail salon and Tony did an amazing job on my nails! I already recommended a few people to NAILS WORLD. Definitely take the time to book an appointment, since they do get really busy on the weekends.

I made an appointment for two manicures at 2pm and didnt get in a chair until 40 min later. My sister whom was the second person with me waited an hour after and they were taking customers coming in the door that he had direct appts with. Would have been nice if we were given a timeframe of how long we would wait.I was not accommodated or anything. We were not greeted properly coming in, the atmosphere wasnt great. The young lady was very friendly and made conversation. My nails are mediocre. Not worth 75$ but I tipped the lady doing my nails because she started to have conversation with me which was nice. I dont know if this place has a discrimination against plus sized people but they seemed to be talking about myself and the woman next to me when she got up to wash her hands. The lady doing her nails told her to make sure she sat down slow.. so rude. Definitely wont get my money again.

I had the BEST experience here! I have real rough looking nails because i bite them and Nina completely fixed them! she was so nice and asked many times if everything looked good, I didn’t even care about the price at the end (which was very affordable and good for the quality is service) because i was so happy with the final result!

Excellent customer service, extremely friendly, and exceptionally clean! They follow CDC recommendations for COVID as well. My temperature was taken at the door, I was asked to wash my hands first, everyone wore masks, and the facility is very well maintained. I had the most amazing experience here! Ms. Nina restored my nails (they looked better than when I first had them done somewhere else) and even fixed my pinky nail that had broken across the middle with absolutely no pain. I wish there was a way to take a poll on how this establishment treats women of color. I’ve come here twice now, and I am disappointed with the atmosphere of this business. I noticed that the majority of the staff does not engage the WOC in casual conversations, or even see them as a priority. I also noticed that they tend to constantly repeat prices of services to WOC, rather than all the patrons. You can interpret that as you want.My first experience, I requested multiple colors and a design on my two ring fingers. I was met with a plethora of negative feedback with Nina telling me that giving me a design is bad for her. I’m guessing because no one else knew how to do the design I requested, which were a few wavy lines. She also told me that if I came again she would hide in the back. I still tipped 25%, because I’m always willing to pay for a nail tech putting in the work. The experience left me feeling so bad, that I later called in to get a better understanding. She told me she was just joking, and somewhat apologized.I decided that next time would be better, but was wrong. This time I requested cat eye with a design… needless to say, the staff had extensive conversations in their native tongue about the cat eye polish. Nina seemed to refuse to work on a nail design, so I didn’t get one. I was charged an additional $25, which was fine with me, as I have no issues paying for services provided. (Also tipped 25%) I showed a video of what I wanted, and was immediately told no. “The base color for cat eye has to be black” I literally showed them a video contradicting that statement. So, I accepted, and asked if it was possible to do more than just a streak across my nail. The answer being, yes. When it came to effect of the cat eye, I was left with, you guessed it, a streak. The gentleman could tell I was not satisfied, yet out of fear of being met with the same attitude as my first visit, I cowardly said I was fine with the effect of the cat eye, and still tipped well.On a positive note, I can say the pedicures I received and the eyebrow waxing went well. All and all PROS: great pedicures, Nina does good eyebrows, clean business.CONS: staff is more concerned with burning and turning clients, staff is not knowledgeable on nail art (even though the picture gallery on their website boast eccentric designs), if you’re a WOC they probably won’t have an engaging conversations with you, and constantly remind you the cost of whatever service your getting.

We tried two other salons near by and they were not available. Our next option was nail world. Honestly the most welcoming experience. Great conversation and the prices are fair. Just wonderful people. Speak English well and understood my request. Got me sat and completed my nails quickly and accurately.

We paid $45 for the pedicure with extra services but only received a basic pedicure. No sugar scrub. No extra massage. I dont think she even rubbed my feet. It was disappointing for sure.

Appointment booked on line...a 100 for me. Appointment confirmed via call and text...Appointment actually kept! The gentleman who did my nails took time to work with me on color. The sweet lady who did my pedicure realized I had ortho surgery and helped me up from the chair.

Tony is the nail technician I’ve seen both times, (first for a full set and pedicure, then just a fill) and each time I have been very pleased with my nails! As a hairstylist, my nails are pretty much put through the worst, and they have lasted so well! I get so many compliments on my nails, I would 10/10 recommend Nails World, and if you haven’t been since the reopening, it’s so worth trying again! 💓

They are under new ownership and the customer service is soooooo much better....They are clean, sanitized, they make sure that they take your temperature as soon as you walk in and they make you wash your hands. My pedicure came out amazing, the owner did my pedicure, and she talked to me throughout and made my experience enjoyable! Highly Recommend!
