This place was great. My tech did a fantastic job on my manicure. She can also make the prettiest designs to leave your nails looking beautiful!

I went there for another relaxing experience. I love this place for its wonderful staff and friendly atmosphere. Loved my service and was able to get a same day appointment for pedicure and gel manicure. Would recommend!

All of the ladies take wonderful care of me and remember details about my preferences. Very nice people working. Lots of nail colors, mani & pedi looks terrific.

My feet feels silky smooth, toes cut & filed down evenly &my tech even made sure my toes matched (I got French tip) & was happy!!! Definitely recommend 10/10!

My manicurist did an amazing job on my nails. She gel nail polish and she cleaned my toe nails so nicely and did an amazing job as well. Its been hard to find nail techs that do them so fast and so well.

After showing up to my 4pm appt with my daughter and sister at another salon and being dissed and ignored, immediately called this place and rebooked our services. What we encountered was the opposite! So happy!!!

My first visit was pretty enjoyable. There are lots of technicians and plenty of seating. My wait was short. I definitely will recommend to any of my friends!

The nail techs and owners are friendly and fun. They always seem to be having a good time and dont come off as stressed or overworked, which makes the customers experience also fun and relaxed.

Im not really one to get my nails done but this place may have changed my preference. I went with my friend, a regular, who swears by this place. GOOD!!!

I went to this location and when I walk in I was ask what can I do. I told the lady that I need a repair and she said no one can do fake nail today. I was visiting the city due to work at a local business. This is not professional at all and if you can’t handle all different types of clients needs. You should not be working or helping people. I don’t usually leave a review this time I feel the need to treat everyone the same. Or stay home because the is not the correct work for you !!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I am a vendor and these people DO NOT pay their bills! Remember that when youre trying to decide where to go to get your nails done. Find a place that pays their bills so you wont go there one day and find them closed down.

Excellent service. Very clean n calm shop. My nails were a mess n I just needed a natural nail manicure. Now they look great. Very affordable prices. Located in Summerville, right beside Mr Ks grocery store.

The staff are always friendly and the prices are fair. I always leave feeling relaxed.Edit, November 2017: the experience at this salon has definitely changed since my initial review. I took away two stars because I feel the atmosphere is very different. Today I went in, was barely greeted, and no one helped me or acknowledged me for 20+ minutes before I decided to walk out. If walk ins are not wanted, perhaps they should take that sign off of their window.

I would avoid this shop unless you have plenty of time to wait. It doesnt matter if you have an appointment. They are not honored. For a pedicure, they will tell you that they have someone available, put your feet in water and 30 minutes later (with water cold) you are still waiting. The pedicure itself is good but honesty is important to me and I often dont have 1 1/2 hours to devote to a pedicure. This happened more than one time - I wont go back.

They told me they could take me as soon as I walked in. The lady came out and didnt help me. They keft me sitting and waiting all the while ignoring me. I ultimately got up and walked out. I had been there since the new owners took over and stopped going because of the quality of the work. Decided to give them another try and this is what the result was. Will never go back there again! One star is still too high of a rating.

Love this place!!!Beautiful quality work EVERY time Ive been. Prices are competitive, chairs are super comfortable and my nails look awesome after every visit. Calling to get a certian time ensures you dont have to wait but is not necessary.All staff is friendly. Eyebrow wax is excellent.

I found this place a few years back from a friends recommendation she saw as a meeting place convenient for us both. What a delight. I havent been as often as Id like but every time Ive been had friendly and attentive service. I receive a pedicure and gel polish manicure to my bare nails. Ive never felt rushed as they were patient and helpful when I was picking out their wide selection of polishes. I can be pretty rough on my hands so even w gel polish it rarely lasts a week but here they have lasted well into 2 wks before even a chip.

Watched them REUSE FILES AND FEET SCRUBBERS AND BRUSHES!!! They are supposed to be thrown away between clients! DISGUSTING BUSINESSAVOID AVOID AVOID.

I was the first person at the nail salon this morning. I actually arrived before the staff. I was told by the staff that I couldnt be serviced for a pedicure because they had 10:00 appointments. The salon was opened at 9:30, so I couldve been serviced and pretty much finished prior to the scheduled appointments. They have a CLEAR sign on the outside that says walk ins welcome. Nothing was specified on the sign to say only on certain days or times. Ive always been very pleased with the past management, but today has been quite disappointing. I wasnt even given the option to wait to see if the actual scheduled appointments would arrive. Ill take my hard earned dollars to an establishment where I feel my business is valued.

Waited for 20 minutes or longer. Someone comes in after me and gets served first. Stormed out and will never give this place my money!!! Lost a great customer cause I tip very good!!

Really like this shop..Ive visited at least five times. I like how they instantly dry my nails and the shop is comfortable....I would have given 5 stars, but a new employee didnt.apply the second coat of polish to my nails, I brought it to the managers attention and V was so nice and went way beyond what I expected....Thank you V!!

Annoyed. I have been here many times with no problem. Today I had a 10:00 appt. Waited 25 minutes with no one speaking to me other than a women who grumbled, you need to wait before I finally left. Ugh!

I have been going here for several years, I went today and feel like I was over charged, I usually pay 28 dollars and give a 10 dollar tip, Today when I received my receipt I was charged 35 dollars and had already given her the tip, Just feel like I should have been told before I paid, I will not be going back,,

The person I expect to do my polish change was not available so I got Jasmine,first time with her so theres a little hesitation.Shes somewhat rude by telling me not to move my fingers but overall she did an excellent job,very clean and almost to perfection.Ill see her again.

Ive been searching for a great pedi spot since moving to Summerville over a year ago. This place is excellent!!!

The only reason why they got 1 star is because they didnt have anything lower. I usually dont do reviews but this takes the cake. First of all theyre supposed to open at 10 they didnt even open the doors until 11:30. I had an appointment for 11 needless to say the nailtech didnt even show. The nailtech that was in there wouldnt even do my nails mind you there was Noooooo one in there besides one other lady and she was half way finished with her soooooo why couldnt she do my nails. The customer service there is awful needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Good customer service and nailtechs is a thing of the past.
