I LOVE THIS SALON. I’ve come here several times and have always had a great experience. They are so professional and the cleanliness is immaculate. I will admit, the prices are bit higher than other places, but you pay for what you get. I will recommend this place every time I’m asked, because they do an amazing job. I get dip for my hands and gel for my feet and the products have always lasted without any issues of chipping or lifting.

I really like this place.The staff are really friendly and nice. I really like the result of my nails.Mind you my nails are all bust up and crusty and this place did magic on my nails, making it look like it came out of a magazine.

Went for the first time with my mom after a long day of work and they took care of us from the moment we got there to the moment we left. the service was wonder and their customer care was even better. even though they were busy, they still remained professional and kind to us. my mom has decided to become a regular and i will be coming with her whenever i can!

I love coming here! Everyone is super nice and I’ve never had any issues. They get you seated ASAP! When you say no to them asking if you want anything besides a manicure, they’re not rude about it. That’s why I keep coming back!

NOW I AM LIVID ! edits made !okay so normally i am never the type to complain but this is bad ! the second picture is what i wanted and the first is what i got ! she asked if the length was okay and i said longer and she proceeded to cut the length i said was not okay. and not even to mention my drips look like lines going straight down ! for the price i paid this is ridiculous!edit - SO CLEARLY I ALREADY WASNT HAPPY WITH MY NAILS ! but now i am on the second day and my actylic toe has already paid off ! my total was 140 and i left a 15$ tip cause that was the right thing to do even tho i wasn’t happy with my nails but now my toes popping off ?? i will never be back there ! if i could get a refund i would ! don’t waste your time going here people not to mention my nails are so uneven and chunky underneath the nail!

I called before I went in to ask for the price for a dip powder manicure. They asked me if it was for my real nails, which it was, and they responded with $50. I said great I’ll be in shortly. They took off my old dip, and then did not even cut my cuticles or push down the nail bed stuff. I picked out a lovely light pink sparkle color. After like an hour and 45 minutes they completed my nails, and the color was totally off and my nails were now an oval shape Instead of almond, because they filed and file down to get rid of that almond shaped tip (which I didn’t even ask them for). Usually at my usual place they ask me which shape, here they didn’t even ask me if I wanted my nails cut, or which shape I wanted. So of course I was a little annoyed but whatever. But the color was totally off. Instead of pink it was a rustic orange red. Not what I wanted at all (and you know with the dip powder you don’t really know the color outcome until the last coat). But whatever. I’ll learn to like the color. When it’s time to pay, he didn’t even tell me a total so I just gave him a card. After all, I had already known the agreed upon price of $50. But when I got my slip to sign it was $56. So I asked and he said it was because I had fake nails. Um, no sir. These are my real nails. So the other lady says ‘oh you called last week the price was low for the holiday’, ‘no ma’am. I called 5 minutes before I came inside’, another man comes over ‘oh it’s because he shaped your nails’….ummmmm I’ve never paid for anyone to shape my nails. It’s included in the service…. So needless to say I paid and I won’t be returning back. Any excuse to make it seem like I was crazy.Edit: I just want to say, I reallllly tried to like this place and be like it’s okay I shouldn’t stress about this. But when they continuously tried to tell me the price was right for different reasons I quickly learned I could not trust this place and can’t return.

Me And My friend went and got our nails and toes done 10-2-2021 and im highly disappointed!!! i paid $244 for two full sets and two pedicures 🤦🏽‍♀️ My nails are uneven and the polish is starting to come off. My friends nails are starting to grow up already. they rushed on doing our nails and toes. And our toe nail polish is suppose to be gel polish and it’s already starting to come off 🤦🏽‍♀️ VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I asked the man who was doing my nails what color would go best with the picture I showed him and all he did was say “pick any color “ instead of trying to help so the color would go with the look I wanted. The nails are ok not bad looking. But they are very over priced! To not do what you asked for if you go here good luck but I won’t be coming back to this rude establishment ever again!!!!!

I got a dip Service just a few days ago they charged me 56.80 for it. My dip just fell off last night...out of nowhere. I walked in at 630...my niece literally held the door for 3 women who walked in before. He asked what I needed & I told tht him i need a repair and I just gotten them done there a few days ago...now all of a sudden he cant serve me because theyre busy & 3 women came before me. I said its literally one finger nail and its dip (quick fix right) and he refused to serve me today. I told him listen I already paid for this service so at least let me wait and he said no we are about to close at 7pm. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

I used to come to this salon years ago and loved the service, but I hadn’t gotten my nails done here in over 4 years. This time, I asked for just a gel polish manicure on my natural nails. The nail tech was unprofessional, seemed very rushed, got irritated when I asked to try on two colors for comparison and was alternating between me and another client. Not to mention, she did not even clean up my cuticles which made the polish look a week old and caused the sides to start lifting after just 5 days.

How is this even round?? On both hands she screwed my nails up! And left gunk all over my Haines worst experience ever! I’ll never be back.

I don’t write reviews, however this nail salon definitely deserves the great review! For as long as I am in living in Summerville South Carolina this will be the only place I will ever get my nails done! Great service, beautiful atmosphere, all around amazing experience!

LYNN was unprofessional, Did not get the whole Gel Polish off my fingers, poor work ..also used a Dirty towels that had old nails on it and dirt.. I ask her for a new clean towel, and She laughed and said it’s not dirty your seeings things! Disgusting behavior and work. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

Won’t let me upload a picture of my nails. But the glitter accent nail was poorly done. Nails not even shaped. Acrylic nails are supposed to be soaked off and she had taken nail clippers to ply them off my fingers because soaking would “take too long”. Don’t recommend. Paid $40 for less than average looking nails. Only reason it wasn’t one star was because I was able to walk in and get my service

I love me some Lena! She always does my powder dip full sets perfectly and got my eyebrows back to where I wanted them. This place is clean and elegant and the entire staff is always so busy, yet so personable.

I have always loved coming here but after today I will never returned the tech messed up my nails and they would not fix it correctly he kept saying it’s not a lot of acrylic when clearly it needed to be removed will never return

My favorite place in Summerville. Lena is the best at dip powder nails. The place is clean and offer a variety of services. They are usually busy, though. Especially on the weekends. Make an appointment if you need to be seen at a specific time on a specific day.

Had a great time with my daughter today. We both got pedicures. My daughter went up to next level which originally was 18, so Im thinking maybe 24ish. I did the highest which was 46 for supposedly triple massage and lotions etc. We both got regular with gel, no extra anything, in and out in 40 min. 96 dollars, yes ninety six. Disappointed, wont be going back.

The owner “Randy,” who would not provide his last name, refused to assist me with a gift card that was a gift. During a pandemic, when so many stores are closed, I would believe that when a customer wants to use a gift card or even spend money in your store during a time like this that, that would be appreciated. After asking for the manager, Randy said he was the manager. He would not give me his last name to prove he was the manager. He then hung up on me. I refuse to give an establishment a good review when treated this way. I do not recommend.

I sat from 2:18pm until 3pm, he called my name, he said I didnt put what services I wanted, which I left blank cause wasnt sure if I wanted a Pedi or just my nails done, however I was there for SERVICE, he said in a loud unprofessional tone saying, Go sit back down until u know what u want....at that point the gloves came off, after a few choice words, one of the ladies apologizes and painted my nails, she than charged me $35 for just a manicure...SMFH never again.

Closes at 5:24pm on Sundays. Time on the door states 6pm.

These people are thieves charged twice for the same service. They are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. I will never go there again !The owner responded but dont believe him. My bank is handling the matter since he was extremely rude and made a scene in front of everyone in the shop ( why so angry maybe he has a guilty conscience ?) lets see if he will refund my money or try to find a way to keep it even though I didnt authorize the second time I was charged for the same service. Again go there at your own risk !!!!! Why go to place that tries to take financial advantage of a trusting client during covid-19.

Worse service I’ve ever received. I came in for a fill in, charged over $45 for. I find that a bit high, especially for the shoddy work. My nails started popping off two days after getting done, I get my nails done all the time with a minimum of two weeks before they would pop off. My previous color was left on some of the edges of my nails and the new color wasn’t painted on the sides. The nail tech asked me if I was on drugs ( I guess I looked tired after working all day) and when I said no, she said “it’s ok I do drugs sometimes too”. That should have been my first clue not to let her continue. I will not be coming back since now after only a week I have to get them redone, else where

I came to this salon a week ago and have already had 3 nails come off by doing normal, everyday things. I called and they said they would redo my nails. I’ve never had to pay 57$ for nails and them just pop off. DONT come to this salon.

I asked for a sharp coffin but instead I got these little nubs that aren’t even coffin because of how short they are and I have multiple fingers that don’t even match up in shape... some r more filed down on one side then the other I came here 4 times first time was amazing second time not so much third time amazing but this forth time will make me NEVER GO BACK! Watch who u hire and make sure u hire people that don’t file nails uneven and actually gives what the customer wants

I needed to get acrylic tips but I was in a huge hurry and I asked Lina how long it would take and she said about 40 minutes but then when I told her that I was in a hurry, she went quicker. She had to go so she let Randy finish them but altogether it took 20 minutes! And they still looked great! So happy!

I have ALWAYS gotten my nails done here and LOVE it. they are very reasonably priced and do an amazing job. I have gone to others and describe bed how I wanted my nails only to be disappointed. They may not be the fanciest shop in town but they do the best nail job!!

Very clean and organized place. When I come here I never feel like they call people out of order. The owner keeps track of everyone and what they need and who is waiting. Generally I dont have time to pick a color before they call me so the wait is super short. Everyone does a great job. Its a little pricier then other places but it is worth it for good quality services.

My Sister-In-Law went to go get her birthday nails and the service here is horrible! Her nails were not properly prepped! Her shape was not clean! When she stated she didn’t like the color they charged her an extra $16! AND DIDNT EVEN REMOVE THE FIRST POLISH, THEY JUST PAINTED OVER THE FIRST COLOR! She Was Not Told Exactly What She Was Being Charged For And When She Asked For A break Down Of the Charges The Lady Was Rude. If I Could Do Zero Stars I Would. She Deserves a Refund Because Now She Has To Go Somewhere Else To Get Her Nails Fixed For Her Birthday Tomorrow. Rushed, sloppy work from my technician. Disappointed in the service for the amount I paid. Willing to give another chance with a different technician because my friend also came on this visit and she was actually taken care of and her nails were amazing.

On 05-19-2020 I had my nails completely messed up by a different salon & I called Randy to ask if he could fix my nails for me & that I had originally wanted them to do my nails but the line was ridiculous that day, ha. he *jokingly* asked if I learned my lesson about going to a different salon instead of coming to him. 🤣 we had a good laugh & I went in the next day, Wednesday 05-20. Lena was actually the technician I got sat with, but reading reviews on Google & word of mouth from my sister in law was told Lena was of the ones to go to in the salon. thank God for Lena! she fixed my nails up so pretty! she gave me colored dip with a glitter dip accent instead of colored acrylic ombre with an accent nail a different color. I doubt Ill ever go to another salon! I will be seeing Lena, Randy, or Rosie every 3weeks! these 3 are 👏🏼the👏🏼absolute👏🏼best👏🏼nail👏🏼techs 💯THANK YOU SO MUCH, LENA! you were as gentle as you could be removing the mess I had on my nails & made me feel so pretty after they were done 🥰💯(in the pic posted, the BEFORE was what the other salon did-idk what the other nail tech was thinking istg-& the AFTER is the fix Lena did. so much better!🖤💯)

Absolute worst pedicure of my life. No massage, no scrub. The most I got was the paint on my toes. But yet they want to charge you an arm and a leg. VINCENT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEYSimply put, beware. I went in today for a fill. Was placed with Vincent. He stole my money. When we were done, I gave him a $20 bill. It was 15% off day so fee should have been $15. He came back with $2 change and put it on the side of his table. I had already put a $3 tip on the table. I asked him twice to put my receipt and change in top of my purse as he took my purse to escort me to the drying table. He did not put the change or a receipt in. I waited at the dryer and saw him go back to his table and put all the $$ from the top of the table in his pocket. I called the young man at the desk over and told him what happened. I also asked him why Vincent had only brought $2 back from my $20 when the charge today should be $15. The young man found the charge slip and took Vincent in the back room to discuss. The young man came back, looked at my nails, then said hed be right back. He brought me $5 change, explaining that Vincent was confused. Vincent thought that filing oval nails was an extra $3 charge. I responded, if that were true, why didnt he GIVE ME MY CHANGE AND RECEIPT like I asked him to??? Clearly he meant to steal my money. I will return but Vincent will never touch me.

Its great, my nails become more beautiful and sure thanks to their professionalism, if you become loyal customers you will have more incentives, I like this place.

They are not sanitary at all. They do not sterilize any tools they will place the used pedicure equipment in their basket that says clean supplies and place it back at their station. While I was sitting there waiting to get a pedicure I noticed this from at least three different nail techs and I chose to leave. I have had my nails done there before but was always seated and the tech would come with the basket so that said clean supplies so I never gave it much thought but after having to wait because they were busy I was just observing and thought to myself no way I was going to knowingly allow them to use dirty equipment on me and I left.

I really wanted to like this place because the people that work there are really nice. However, I feel like they try to make everyone get the dipping powder and if you dont, everything else they do for you wont last. I got a manicure with regular nail polish after refusing the manicurist multiple requests to get the dipping powder. The nail polish started coming off about 3 HOURS later and by the end of the night, 3 of my nails had no polish and by the next day, they were all gone.I remember when I was there someone saying that every time she get the gel polish, it starts chipping as soon as she leaves.This place is a money pit. They take your money and the services dont last. Never again

This place is a ripoff. The owner insulted my daughter in-law cursed at her. I have never been to a nail salon where the polish was not included in the price. The girls were very nice but owner needs to go back where he came from.

I went in today, and immediately tried to walk back out because they seemed so busy. Most women go to the nail salon as a relaxation thing & I had my 6 month old so I didnt want to bother anyone. Randy immediately tells me come back in here & sit down he tells me that I wont wait more than 5 minutes. Of course I didnt believe it, but thats true. I didnt. And he did such an amazing job! Ive never had a nail tech take so much care, & be so gentle! Prices were also fair. ❤ I will definitely be back. Thank you Randy!
