My friend and I came in she needed a full set and I needed a fill and wanted a design. We were greeted at the door immediately, and sat! Staff was all super nice, we were offered drinks, music was great, and Mimi was amazing! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she gave me exactly that and then made it better with glitter! Can’t wait to come back for the next set!

I love this place! Im new to town, moved from up north and was looking for a new nail place which we all know can be frustrating! I went to MiMi my first time and she did amazing! I needed something simple and elegant and she delivered! She took her time as I did make an appointment specifically with her so she did not allow anyone else to touch my feet or nails. I loved her services and work! S/N I love the complementary wine as well ! 10/10 definitely recommend!

I love this small business as a whole but had the pleasure of having Mimi do nail art for the first time today. She is amazing and has so much talent! She listens to your ideas and executes them perfectly! I highly recommend Mimi. She does what she loves and it shows.

I like Mimi because she really listens, makes sure the dip nails arent too thick and chunky, and she has good taste so if Im not sure what to do she has good suggestions. The nails in the photo are almond shaped, milky white dip with opal chrome top and cost $70. Obviously prices change, but thats just for reference. It took her an hour and 15 minutes and they were exactly as I requested. They dont ever chip. Ever. And these are my real nails. Id never be able to grow them out that long without the nail work.

Every single staff member we interacted with was soooo friendly and the place was super clean. A friend and I had good pedicures: the foot tubs were lined with plastic for each customer, and the files/buffer/pumice came from individually wrapped packets✨ I had a gel mani with Mimi, who was very sweet, but it felt a little rushed (even with an appointment). My nails look uneven from one hand to the other, which is a little disappointing, but I will be back at a less busy time because, overall, I had a nice experience and I’ve seen how good Mimi’s manis and nail art are. Also, the complementary beverage is such a nice bonus!

I went for the first time and I loved it. Mimi did my nails and she did an AMAZING job. She took her time to make sure my full set was perfect and she really pays attention to detail. I 100% will be coming back!

The little guy that walks around and ask if you want drinks is so welcoming, friendly, and hilarious! Lol. I havent been in a while because Ms. Cindy left and I really liked how she took her time with me, however Ms. Mary is just as nice so I will definitely be back!

Called once they opened and was able to get 2 mani/pedis in within a couple of hours. I had called 4 other places prior and no one could get me in. It was a super pleasant experience and quality work. This will be my new spot.

I looked at the nail artist Mimi before I came, on Instagram/google reviews. She is the shape and art queen. She is very friendly and just show her what you want. Mimi will do it. Will be seeing Mimi again :)

A customer had a complaint about her card being charged more for a service. After she left the employees were talking about the situation to the customers. They are unprofessional plus this shop is way to expensive!!! I received regular polish on my toes and was charged $30. UPDATE:A lady on the phone told me to come in and they would fix everything free of charge. I went in and the man said that to remove gel is $5 and french tips is $25. I would recommend going else where. I can get a pedicure for $30 with regular polish in other salons!

I have been here once and they did a pretty good job on my nails when I wanted a custom theme for a halloween party.

I went in on a Sunday to have a manicure. I got the gel polish and it lasted until Wednesday. On Saturday I came back to have it corrected and I sat and waited for 30 minutes. I watched people come in and sit down to have their nails done and no one said anything to me. I didnt even ask to have it done for free, but instead of correcting their mistake, they tried to convince me that gel polish never last more than a week. Ive spent hundreds of dollars there in the past but they wont have to worry about seeing any more of my money.

I had an appointment at 11:00am. The staff quickly had me seated and offered a drink of my choice after I was settled. The girl Kaitlyn (I believe) who did my pedicure was amazing.

I would give this zero stars if I had the choice, I just got done getting a full set of acrylics I asked for regular polish 20 times my mom even clarified that I wanted regular polish and he continue to paint it with the wrong color gel polish and I told him to take it off and then he proceeded to put on clear topcoat on my acrylics with no polish on it then he put on green regular polish when I asked for red and also cut my finger open and then wiped it with acetone. I still had to pay $40 when a full set with regular polish was $30 this was the worst experience of my life. now I have to go to graduation with awful nails

Came in this week Monday for a pedicure. Was talked into getting a manicure. Everyone is very nice. I am a but concern that about the metal tools used on me. When the guy pulles it out of his case the plastic was already open and not sealed. I am concern that dirty tools were used on me. The wooden stick was used as well as the brush. Ask about sanitation and was told everything is cleaned. I wanted to know if they autoclave the metal instruments. Will not come back..due to the risk of contracting something such as plantar warts or a fungal infection.

Kaylie (forgive me if the spelling is wrong). I watched her do another young lady while I waited and knew that by watching her patience, attention to detail and through process of applying what the previous customer wanted that I wanted her to be my technician. My nails have grown quite long with the dip and she took her time shaping them and preserving my length. She even recommended some nice dips for next time. I will be sure to request her on my return. She was a real joy.

Its good. Very pricey. I paid $70 for basic mani- reg polish/pedi-gel polish. I believe the deluxe would have been $100. By comparison I have been to other salons where the deluxe mani & pedi were only $65. But this place is clean, they move fast to keep wait time down. So if you have the budget for it, good place to go.

1st time dip they cut my nails but i love them

Ive been twice for pedicures. The first pedicure was great. The technician (Chloe?) did a wonderful job and the shop is clean and spacious with comfortable seats. I went back for another pedicure a couple of days ago as a walk in. The technician was nice, but he was too rough when clipping around the cuticle area of both my big toes and ended up cutting my left big toe, which started bleeding and still had blood oozing from the cut after I got home. Im not sure Ill go back, but if I do I will definitely not get a pedicure from any of their male technicians.

I would recommend this salon to anyone. They always go above and beyond every time I go. Andy and Tina a re amazing!

It was my worst experience ! I called before go to the salon and a guy told me I can go I arrived 11:45 and 2 hours after they haven’t end, the lady who was working with me, stop to do her job multiples times for talking and does other things ..TWO hours and I had to go to other salon to end the job. .... and of course they charge in full.

Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and I love how they have taken an extra initiative to practice the social distance, temperature checks and hand sanitizer right at the door. We went this week and the staff were amazing. Since the COVID closures, the salon has changed and updated all of the polishes, dips and other supplies. They only used tools that were opened in front of us and focused our safety and happiness. Stella nails have done amazing, especially in this time! They also serve alcohol now 👍🏼

I went to Stella Nails right as they opened on a Saturday morning. Someone was there to greet me and I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was heaven. I got my gel manicure going on 3 weeks ago and it has NOT chipped at all (mine usually do after one-two weeks). The salon is clean and calming. Overall- excellent experience!

Today was my first time here because my regular salon was closed, but I’m so glad I decided to try them out! They were friendly, informative, and very professional. My fear of going to a different salon quickly went away. I got dip powder & The man(forgot to get his name) that did my mani and pedi was gentle and made sure he did his job right. I highly recommend this nail salon! I’m definitely coming back...may be my new salon altogether! Thank you guys soo much!

They had me wash my hands before touching annoying and took my temperature on the way in! I splurged on the volcano pedicure and its so worth it! Mid afternoon they were almost completely empty, so I could go right to a chair and the service was fantastic

I had came in tuesday for a fill in, and my nails were so bad it was almost a month since i had had my last refill because of me not being able to get in to my old nail salon, and i thought i’d give this place a try. i came in for my appointment and was happily greeted which was very nice and the gentleman sat me down with a woman named anna, she was absolutely amazing and my nails came out SOOOOO beautiful i was so beyond impressed, i was very satisfied ! i will be definitely coming back for a refill here from now on !

I walked in the salon and was greeted immediately and they got me right in. Everyone was super nice and I really enjoyed my experience here. I got a pedicure and the dip powder on my nails... I spent almost $100 for a pedicure that was almost all the way chipped off 4 days later and dip nails that typically last 2-3 weeks that have all come off within a week. I’m super bummed because they were really nice but I probably won’t go back again. It’s upsetting to think that I spent that much money for something that would look bad within the first week.

I went in there and was greeted right way and was seated so i could get a full set of acrylics. the lady who was doing my nails didn’t pay much attention to anything i said about how i wanted my nails done then cut them way too short. she asked if i wanted gel or regular polish so i got regular polish. when she sat me to put my hands underneath the UV lights, her shift ended and she left. she never told me how long to keep my hands there nor did she tell another coworker to come finish or tell me when i could get up when she left. sat there for about 30 minutes

I called at the end of the day and they gave me an appointment immediately. Windy gave me the best manicure since I moved to SC. Ive tried at least a dozen nail salons and by far this has been the best overall experience. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Chris is funny and very easy to talk to. He takes his time and knows what he is doing. If ever you don’t like the service, he will make sure that you leave happy and content. Before he starts, he tells you that he will make sure that you like it and I’ve never left Stella nails any other way. I choose Stella nails every time.

..... messed up my eyebrows... but fixed them alright. First eyebrow was going great, but the second one... She pulled the wax strip off and i could tell she had pulled a patch of hair out that eyebrow. When she showed me them she tried to act like i just didnt have hair there to begin with. I have VERY thick eyebrows so i knew this wasnt true. She fixed them up so I can live with them, but definitely not what I wanted. Giving 2 stars. Wouldve been 3 if she wouldve owned up to messing them up.

I went in to take my mother-in-law for a pedi and they were very friendly! Then they thinned down the old polish to put it on my toes so when I got home skin was coming off my heal and the polish was melting off my toes... I went back to ask them to help me fix it and they told me sorry no nothing they could do they are not the owner! No money back to help what so ever!

After moving to the area I wasn’t sure where to go get my nails done but after going here I’ll be back for sure. Kenzie was amazing, my nails look great and she was very personable!

Cut my real nails a little shorter actually a lot shorter than I wanted her to as my own nails were pretty good size and I didnt want gel or acrylics I wanted my own natural nails but other than that she was good

Very nice. Lookes really clean. We were acknowledged pretty quickly. We had to wait a little bit before someone was available to start our nails but we just walked in without an appointment. Given we didnt call ahead, I would say we were helped in an appropriate time span. The nail tech was engaging and very gentle.

Assembly line experience; my sister didnt even get hand lotion on her hands after her manicure!! For $20 they couldnt spare 10 cents of cheap hand cream.

My very first time visiting was disappointing to say the least. Wait time was ridiculous and I was not given the courtesy to be told that it would be. There were 4 customers in the building!! Even so I gave them another chance next day earlier. This time 2customers and they let me sit 30 min to tell me it would be an hour and half! No thanks.

The lady who did my nails did a terrible job I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was baby pink stiletto nails with rhinestones stone. Yet they didnt have rhinestones but It was whatever. Then the lady cuts them way to short and makes then oval. Ummm what. That isnt at all what I asked for. I got these some yesterday and they were suppose to be baby pink and now they are brown. They are chipped and gross looking. I havent even had these for 48 house yet and they are already messed up. Also she cut me on my thumb and my ring finger. They are uneven and gross looking. I spent 60 dollars! On total trash. I would not recommend this place at all.

1 and last time here! Horrible service barely acknowledged me the entire time I was there, I got a pedicure which was poorly done including the polish, my child could of done better and the guy cut me.

When I first came in, I was not greeted. When I told one one of the employees that I wanted an acrylic manicure full set, she was clearly confused and did not bother to ask me to repeat what I wanted. When I sat down she started to give me a regular manicure with gel polish, and when I stopped her to correct her wrong doings, she had an attitude and treated me rudely by snatching my hands roughly, talking trash in her language while pausing to laugh in my face and to talk to other employees, and rushing just to get to her next appointment. I don’t recommend anyone to go there because this will definitely be my first and last time.
