Ive been coming here for a few years and have never had a bad experience. The employees are always professional and pleasant, they do what YOU want to your hair, even if you are like me and dont always know what you want. Downtown quality cut and color at very reasonable prices.

Ive been getting my hair (cut & color) done here for just over a year now. Trish, one of the owners, is FABULOUS! She can make anyones hair look great! Her assistant, Megan, is also fantastic! Both are very skilled, attentive, fast & friendly. I love this place -- everyone is very nice and professional. I originally came to this salon for myself only. After a few months of Trish doing my hair, I switched my entire family over. Now she does my husbands and my boys cuts, too.

My hairdresser Monet is AMAZING!!!!!!! We discussed what I was looking for and Monet DELIVERED the goods. The first time in my life that a hairdresser listens, but she went above and beyond, love her. The salon was very friendly, everyone was kind and supportive and just a great experience. I highly recommend Pazza Bella Hair Studio. The best place ever.

We had family haircuts completed here three or four times. The stylist was excellent: listened well, offered suggestions, friendly. The pricing policies however, need explaining. My granddaughter had a bang trim, dry hair, no cut or style and was charged $27.00. An error was made dying my hair resulting in the need for an additional toner and I was charged for that, although it was their mistake. My color and cut ended up up costing 177.00. I called to cancel our next appointments and today received a call saying I had missed my appt. and would be charged half. When I persisted. and reminded them all 3 appts had been cancelled, they could see it was their error, however, STILL, after revisiting my concerns offered no apology and said I would be charged a fee if I ever scheduled again. No worries. It is such a shame, because the stylist herself was easy to work with. Business practices and value however are highly questionable.

I had a great experience here my stylist Kasie did a great balayage and color. My only issue is they had me tip separately and before I saw the total.

The shop owner is very rude. She is a PRIME EXAMPLE of what society now recognizes as a Karen... an extremely rude, ENTITLED white woman! BEWARE OF THIS KAREN!This Karen came out of her place of business to harass a couple, who was standing at their vehicle saying goodbye to one another. This couple was in no way bothering or harassing others or acting inappropriately by any means. They were simply doing what most couples do when they are saying goodbye. Tori did an amazing job with my hair color! I wanted a galaxy themed hair color and she totally nailed it! The blues, purples, and pinks are just gorgeous! Will definitely be going back to see her!

Trish and her amazing staff are OUTSTANDING!! Their knowledge of hair care products are amazing. I met Trish little over four years ago. My oldest daughter was getting married and we had everything planned with the hairstylist we had been going to for years. Until we went in her shop to confirm the arrangements about Mary’s hair for her bridal portraits as well as for the wedding. When the stylist told us it was her husband’s birthday and he wanted to go out of town, we were in shock!! I called one of my sisters and told her what had happened. She said she would call me right back. She called Trish who was her hairstylist and Trish accepted. Thank you Trish fir being an amazing person inside and out. Love you and your staff (especially your Mon!!).

During my second time getting a haircut I had a wonderful experience, or at least I thought I did.I was having car issues and had to cancel on my next appointment I booked online and was told there was a fee for cancellation so I called up to see if I could reschedule and get my fee waived. She allowed it to be waived and I was grateful for that.A week later I took a Lyft up there to figure out why I was told over the phone that she’s no longer accepting me as a client. Puzzled at this statement the manager/co-owner followed me out the shop with hair dye in her hand telling me I made the receptionist feel uncomfortable because I said “thanks cutie” to her and that I have to not say things like that because the girls she has working for her are “vulnerable” (I don’t really know what that means).Long story short I believe this hair studio is primarily for women and I don’t suggest any boys or men go up there to get a haircut. Low country clippers and MOD would be the best idea for a male haircut. I believe this studio as much as it is appealing being in downtown Summerville; there is other places that you can go that will be a more easy going, positive, and relaxed environment.I hope this review could help someone not go through something I did for a simple compliment that I wish I never would have given out to begin with.

Professional salon and Hanna is fantastic!

Recently had Lilly take care of a much needed cut and color for me. Shes super sweet, easy to chat with, did a great job matching my color and gave me a great hair cut. This was no small task since I had been coloring my own hair for the last two years and had recently done an emotional chop after my dad passing away. Thanks Lilly! A few weeks in and I am super happy and look forward to coming back in January! The salon is clean, comfortable and in a great spot downtown.

Excellent experience! Lilly was very attentive and spent a lot of time listening to and consulting me. She gave me a wonderful shampoo and took time while cutting my hair and made sure I was completely happy with the cut before we ended our session. The salon itself had a great rustic/chic ambiance. When you walk in you feel as though you are in a very upscale establishment however it does not have the upscale attitude. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Prices were average and I feel very reasonable for the service provided. I would definitely recommend this salon!

Trish is an absolute magician! She takes time to go over the best color options depending on season, skin tone and willingness to maintain. Makes sure she understands what kind of cut you like and educates on new products available. Refuse to go to another salon, they offer do much and make me feel important the moment I step through the door.

Im 32 an have severe greys in my hair. Box color wasnt covering it and I felt very self conscience. I went in and Lilly matched a great color for me. The color covered all my greys and whatever magic potion she put in my hair made it feel amazing. She also thinned my hair a little which has made it easier to handle because it is extremely thick. Two weeks later and my hair is still feeling great. Will definitely be back.

I got my hair cut here for the first time yesterday. I use only non toxic and cruelty free products, so I was very happy to be told over the phone that they have a line called Surface that fits the criteria and is Made Safe certified, and I really love the results! I have long straight hair, and I have always had trouble finding a stylist that can cut it and actually get it even. But yesterday I met Lilly. She did such an amazing job, this is literally the best haircut I have ever had! The way my hair lays now is incredible! She took her time and gave such attention to every strand, I couldnt be happier! The price was pefect, and the environment was great. I have finally found my stylist, and will now be more diligent about getting my hair cut every few months.

I absolutely love this place! I have been twice and had Kelsey! She’s awesome and everyone in there seemed nice! I also love that you can get wine or soda while you get your hair done! Definitely plan to go back!

Made an appointment for myself (to prep my hair for my wedding) and my daughter. The next month the staff told me I didnt have an appointment scheduled there, but my daughter did. Then a week later got notified I did have an appointment.On a different occasion I called to ask about an on site for hair on my wedding day, they couldnt answer my question and promised I would be called back, but never was (I called back the next week and still couldnt get an answer for my question).I cancelled both appointments and found another salon that Im very happy with.

Called this morning to ask if I can bring my toddler in. They were so welcoming and worked with my almost two year old that really needed her bangs cut. They let her sit in my lap and were really patient with a toddler moving her head around. This experience really took all the anxiety I had about my daughters first hair cut. They lady who cut my daughters hair i believe her name was cassie or Casey (Im terrible with names) she is amazing and we will probably use her as our permanent hair cutter. I love everything about Pazza Bella. In fact, I drive a little over an hour, every 5-6 weeks, to have my hair done. Crystal Mercer is my stylist and is truly talented in what she does, but I would feel 100% comfortable, allowing any of the stylists working there, to do my hair. The salon has a very nice atmosphere and the parking garage is a definite plus. Go see them, you wont be sorry!

Monet vigilanti-king has been doing my hair for some time now. I never get tired of the compliments. I have been going here for a year now. I live in GC, so it is a little bit of a drive, but so worth it. The area is a nice mix of hip/trendy and nostalgic. The shop it is warm and welcoming just like all the employees. I specifically see and trust Kalli to do my hair. But seeing how the others interact with clients and examples of their work, I would feel confident to have any of them do my hair. I have always had wonderful experiences and always recommend it.

I had an amazing experience for my birthday! As soon as I walked in the lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and offered me a glass of wine while I waited for Kasie to get ready. Once I was in the chair Kasie went over with me on how I wanted my hair and what she was capable of doing that first session. Mind you I did my own highlights with box dye. She did what she could and it turned out WAAAY better then I expected. She also told me how to keep up with my color and how to keep it from turning brassy (my hair turns easily) with this blue and purple shampoo and conditioner. She and I had pleasant conversation pretty much the whole time. At the end I was really pleased and couldn’t stop smiling at how good my hair looked. She also gave me $10 off for my birthday. Thanks again! I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks to get a touch up.

Going to have to take my daughter to another hair place to fix what the person did here. Its uneven and choppy. Really disappointed when I saw this place had such good reviews and having this happen to my chilld. I tried to confront the hairstylist to fix but she said some lame excuse. Decided to go to another salon and get their opinion. We were right that it was indeed uneven and choppy. Never coming here again and wish could get my money back.

In Summerville, its hard to find a mens stylist who doesnt want to give you the frat boy cut. Wendy at Pazza Bella is not your average southern stylist. Modern and visionary, Wendy can take your style to the next level. She can probably give you the frat boy cut as well. Highly recommend Wendy and Pazza Bella Studio.

After 7 yrs in the south I finally found my salon. I was able to make an appt after I get off from work (appt at 6) then got offered a coffee, beer, wine, water, soda or anything else to drink my heart desired and all free of charge (how cool!) My stylist was so good with me because o had no clue what I wanted to do just that I needed a cut and a change. I let her do her thing and POOF magic! I was in love with my hair and her!! I have also brought my 7yr old and was ready for the we dont cut kids hair, nope they did amazing. Cant ask for a better salon.
