It’s great until you’ll leave room 3We took our son hear from roughly 6 months old to 2 years old. The staff on that side of the building were friendly, nurturing and kind. All of them loved our son very dearly. They treated him with respect and went above and beyond expectations to comfort him when needed. Rachel, Stella, Carla ans Kelsie are WONDERFUL teachers. Our son truly enjoyed being around them. It was when we moved to the other side of the building that the issues started. After bringing these issues up with management multiple times, the bare minimum action was taken. Screen were on ALL DAY. My husband and I would see them on playing cartoons or cocomelon during drop of and pick up. And in the middle of the day. I’ve even seen them on during nap time. The classroom my son was supposed to be had two teachers that were very clearly unqualified. Not to mention, I found them both on their phone (at the same time) with TVs on, kids zombied out in front of the TV, other kids screaming and climbing shelves and the teachers oblivious because they’re playing on their phones. The teachers were also dating, which that part isn’t a big deal to me but it was the fact that work became a “hang out” spot for them and they didn’t effectively do their job. My husband and I caught them in not 1, not 2, but several lies. The speech therapist that would. Is it my son in school went as far to let me know what all was happening in his class room and what I was told made me see red. I was informed that my child was being singled out and treated differently than others. Getting in trouble for things that other children would also do but he was the only one getting reprimanded. When I told the owner, she pretty much implied that my speech therapist must be lying and her 20 year old teacher was innocent. Keep in mind that the speech therapist gains nothing by telling me this but the teacher could loose her job if caught doing it. And the two teachers would try to tell my husband I said/did things I didn’t and tell me things my husband said/didn’t when we confronted them for leaving our son to cry so hard that he vomited on himself.These are the scratching of the surface issues. Multiple parents have left once entering the classrooms for 2 years and up for very similar reasons.Since leaving, our son is seriously thriving. He is having structured days with 0 tv and his speech has SIGNIFICANTLY improved. He was having so many issues while in that last classroom and I am so happy we left. Though I enjoyed someOf the gals on the management team and all of the teachers on the younger side of the building, it was clear that the level of care greatly declined as children got older. Not to mention that I have witnessed multiple times one particular teacher not yelling, but SCREAMING at her class of kids and management being utterly Unphased.My tip to the director: of multiple parents had sharing the same complaints, believe them. The customer is always right. Also, don’t blindly trust your teachers to always be truthful when their job could be on the line. My speech therapist had nothing to gain out of telling me lies about your teacher. She was protecting my son. And I’m glad she did. Those teachers are awful people for treating a two year old the way they treated my son. It makes me absolutely sick to my stomach that we had a personal connection to you and you did nothing to protect my baby. You spoke with the teacher and took her tv remote away for one day and called it resolved. That’s cowardly. I’m sorry for the harsh words, but I don’t think you’ll head my message any other way. I tried to be kind and gentle before and now we are here. Lastly, Katelyn is a STAR at picking talent for employees to be teachers. All of her teachers are the golden standard. Include her on all staffing decisions. She is the best ally you could have there. Also- Kelsie and Carla could/should also be training all your teachers. They all need to be taking notes from them. .

Children’s Lighthouse is nothing short of PERFECT! The management is wonderful (responsive, respectful, kind, trusting, and always willing to help) and the teachers are hands down the life blood of the center. Every single teacher cares and looks after each child as if they were their own.Tons of activities for the kids, reasonably priced, superb staff, communicative, and CLH gives us great piece of mind.Highly recommended. The only place to bring your child!

We looked for a place to take our daughter when we first moved up to Gardner. We took a tour at Children’s Lighthouse and immediately knew this was a great place! My daughter loves going to school! She loves al other teachers and staff and I never have to worry if she is alright! I would recommend them to anyone!

This is an amazing daycare to send your children to. They are fun, loving and my step son never fights to go. He is even super excited to go for the summer!

Excellent curriculum, staff and management. I love that they teach character values every month and implement them in the classroom. My children have gone here since Lighthouse opened in 2017. The facility is very clean, the classrooms are beautiful and it always smells so good. I always feel welcomed walking through the halls because every staff acknowledges the parents even if they don’t know you. Now both of my children attend the school age program and they love the Extreme curriculum! I highly recommend this facility ⚓️

I am comfortable leaving my daughter with the wonderful staff, and when I need to address something to them, they make sure to take care of whatever the situation is. Definitely a thumbs up for me!

My son has gone to Children’s Lighthouse for 2 1/2 years now. I love the curriculum very much. It got him ready for Kindergarten! I also love the daily communication app they use. It’s very easy to use and has very detailed information about my son’s day.

The most professional and reliable place to be apart of. I have been an employee of CLH for over a year and the management, the employees and the children make every day amazing! Just call, the management team is always happy to help and answer any questions.

My children have been going to CLH for the past 8 months and absolutely love it. The teachers and staff are very friendly and professional. The curriculum has been a key tool in my children’s development.

Our daughter has been going to this school for 2 years now and we couldnt be happier. They provide a play and learn environment that has completely transformed our daughter. There is attentive focus on the children all day long, they are extremely proactive with making sure classrooms remain within ratio, and the multiple directors always listen to our feedback with care and spring to action immediately. Any time we ask for feedback about how our child is doing they have plenty to provide showing that they care for all of the children that attend. Our child is more than ready to begin going to school and so much of that is thanks to this wonderful school. I would recommend them to anyone. We like them so much that we still take our child here even though we moved 20 minutes away and have other daycare centers under a mile away from our home.

I have been employed with children’s lighthouse for 2.5 years, my kids started coming here a few short months after I started and it was the best decision I’ve made. They love it and they always come home with something new they’ve learned. They have nothing but good things to say about their friends and their teachers. The curriculum for the infants and toddlers, has helped my youngest son excel farther than I thought he would at his age. I would recommend all of the Children’s Lighthouse centers!!!

We have always been very happy with our experience at lighthouse! Our kiddo has learned an incredible amount and is always excited to go. Especially during these crazy times they have allowed him to have some normalcy! I would definitely recommend!!!

Our son has had great relationships with all of his teachers. Thats the thing about Childrens Lighthouse. The people watching your kids while you are working, arent just watching them play. They are teaching them, singing with them, dancing with them.

My daughter has been attending this location since the first day they opened. She has developed great relationships wih several staff members and always has so much fun there. Our 4 year old goes to Lighthouse. The staff is amazing, friendly, and professional. CLH is the only place my wife will trust with our Children. It’s a great environment, we love the communication, and our daughter loves going every day.

Our son has attended Childrens Lighthouse in Gardner for a year and we have loved his experience there. We feel that his teachers attend to his needs and teach him skills that prepare him for kindergarten. He loves the activities throughout the day and has so much to tell us when we pick him up. We have been notified promptly about any changes that occur and enjoy the outside events theyve hosted. My favorite part of Childrens Lighthouse has been the teachers and how much they feel like family to us. We absolutely lovveee this childcare center for our little guy.

I have been taking my children to Childrens Lighthouse in Gardner for 1.5 years! All I can say is we LOVE it! My children are very happy here and enjoy spending their day at the center. On weekends, my daughter will ask if she can go to school! It makes me happy to know they are happy all day. We love the enrichment classes that are also offered and all the special projects, activities, and celebrations that happen daily! They do an outstanding job of making the environment welcoming, inviting, happy, and warm! Childrens Lighthouse of Gardner has been wonderful for our family. I cant describe the joy it has been to watch my 2 boys learn so much from being at school. Children’s lighthouse has a great preschool program that we are in and my little guy is learning so much, he has made some best friends and doesn’t want us to pick him up after work!!

If you’re looking for a daycare with a HIGH staff turnover rate, rude snotty office staff and kids being sent home for behaviors then this is your place!!!Honestly I feel like if you’re going to send my child home for something that can (and should) be handled there then I’ll go elsewhere. If you don’t have staff capable of handing normal toddler behaviors may I suggest educating your staff and handling accordingly versus sending home kids for being kids. I also don’t like paying big money for my child to watch TV.

My son started here in July, and ever since then he has been learning more than other places he’s been. He loves his teachers, they spend one-on-one time with the kids so they can actually visually learn. My son can basically read, and write letters on his own without help. He loves it there, and all the children light house family! He’ll be here until he’s ready for kindergarten forsure!

Both of my kids go here. I absolutely love this center. All of the teachers are great and very caring. My 4 year old has learned so much for her she such as writing and reading. They are really getting her prepared for kindergarten. Whenever someone is looking for childcare I always send them here.The directors and assistant directors are also amazing. I have been an employee since June 2017. My children have also attended since then. I am so happy to say I have found a company to call home for my career. The management and owners truly care about their employees and value all their hard work. Many of my co-workers have been with CLH since we opened the Gardner location. If you have a child whose age is infant through twos you will be with one of our experience staff who truly love and care for each and every child on an individual basis. Our preschool teachers love their kiddos and provide a great experience for the parents. I love having the ability to view my daughter on camera in addition to receiving notes, pictures, and activity descriptions through the tadpoles app. The Pre-K teachers so an exceptional job with their group of kiddos. They spend a full year preparing them for kindergarten. I am so excited for my daughter to transition to Ms. Cindys APK class in the fall when she will miss the cut off for kindergarten. In addition to the attentive staff, the center is beautiful decorated and kept clean. I would absolutely recommend Childrens Lighthouse for all ages.

Weve always had a nanny, I was so nervous about daycare. Childrens Lighthouse put my mind at ease! If you are a paranoid parent like I am, this is the place to go. My daughter is learning new things every day. I love seeing the pictures they take throughout the day.

We love Childrens lighthouse of gardner. My kids have been attending for almost 3 years. They have learned so much from the curriculum. Ever day they wake up ready for another day at Clh. They love their classrooms.

My child had completed pre-school at a different daycare, but missed the KS cutoff age to start kindergarten by 1 week.We started with Children’s lighthouse because they have recognized this issue by implementing an APK program for children who turn 5 years old early on in the school year, but their birthdates do not meet the KS regulations to start kindergarten.The APK program has well exceeded my families expectations.My child has developed his writing skills, started reading, and is encouraged to be creative in the classroom. Most importantly, my child truly enjoys Children’s Lighthouse and looks forward to going every day!

Great environment for kids of all ages. Love this place!

The facility is beautiful and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, the staff turn around is crazy. The staff that they do have clearly does not want to be there. My son literally had a new teacher every week. I witnessed several times where staff was very harsh to children, screaming at kids at the top of their lungs. I had to complain to management several times and nothing was done. I walked in unexpectedly one day and found all of the children in front of a television watching YouTube make up tutorials. How this is beneficial for a three-year-old classroom to watch I don’t know but I definitely do not pay that much money for my child to watch YouTube videos all day. When this was mentioned to management they stated this was probably an ad but I made sure to stay in the hallway where they couldn’t see me for at least five minutes and no it was not an ad. The last straw was when they lost my child. My husband showed up to pick my son up and they were frantically looking as soon as they saw my husband. They looked for him under tables, in the bathroom and could not locate him, the teachers started whispering to each other with a terrified face and finally admitted to my husband that they must have left him outside on accident. Again when mentioned to management they tried to deny it and say that they purposely left them outside since they saw Dad pull in. This makes no sense, why would they leave him outside when they know dad has arrived and his classroom is literally right by the front door? Not only that but how in three minutes time did they forget this plan and frantically look around for him? It just made no sense and management does any and everything to cover things up. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

My daughter Zella has only been going to CLH for 2 weeks but i have seen a complete turn around with her behavior and she is truely excited to go to school each day. The staff and teachers always welcome you with a smile and are so caring!

I highly recommend you not taking your kids to this day care they have a trouble keeping my three year old son and a classroom but yet thats his problem and they keep sending him home Im a single parent when I leave home that means I get points at my work and if I get so many points I get fired Ive been fired from two different jobs for the same incident over and over and over you guys are a daycare you should be watching my son he shouldnt be able to get outside of the classroom if hes getting out of the classroom youre not doing your job very well overall the worst experience Ive ever had from a daycare first they tell me one price for tuition and then after his year old and already been doing classes the price magically goes up $40 and they said they discussed this the whole time but I went back into my paperwork and that was a lie so if you want to get lied to and them not watch your kid this is a great place for you

I have friends whose kids used to go there, they pulled there kids out of there. Too pricey. Not enough structure. Teachers always on there phones. The staff is Not very friendly
