I was serviced with a French manicure, bride request and my toes was the same with glitter sparkle to it to enhance the look. They did an excellent job.

Turned out beautiful. Pedi Massage was awesome. Chair was nice. Nice folks. Only gripe was the rough manner my pre-existing gel was removed, it was painful and my skin behind the cuticle was cut making the products sting badly. I would give them another go for sure though, happy with results.

VERY disappointed in how much money I spent yesterday.like how do you charge 50 dollars for a pedicure and didnt even get the services you charged me for. Like I didnt even receive the pedicure at all. Also you charge me 30 dollars just for gel polish. Like are you serious. I could see you charging me for a full set but I wasnt the one even getting a full set. It was color change on my toes and fingernails. I truly have never felt so disappointed at a business. Considering Ive been to your establishment before. Highly recommended you check the prices first before going.

I have been getting my nails done here every 2-3 weeks for over two years. Jenny, Jack, and Huan are the technicians I usually see. I would NEVER go somewhere else in the Summerville/Goose Creek area! Dip powder lasts at least 3 weeks with no problems, and I always leave satisfied. Jack and Jenny know exactly what each client likes, and they are happy to fix anything you may need tweaked. Beyond being great at nails, they are incredibly nice people and truly care for their clients. The worst part of the COVID shut down for me was worrying about their business, because they are so kind and hard working! I am complimented on my nails weekly. They even treat my young daughter like a princess. Top notch service and care!

Vivian did a fantastic job on my dip mani and it was the quickest I’ve ever had. Generally by the end of a dip mani I’m super ready to get out of the chair but she was timely without sacrificing quality. Will definitely be returning!

Ladies look no further!!! I have been to 3 nail salons in the neighborhood and I officially found my salon. Went in for a full set and my daughter (3yo) wanted her toes painted. She got her toes done first then I believe the owner did my set. So sweet my daughter accidentally messed up her toes twice and he fixed them and even painted a flower on the big toe. With my nails he took the time and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Also no hidden fees. They have a screen so you can see everything your charged for. So no wondering what all the prices are. Definitely going back!

Gel pedicure and acrylic overlay was $95. Seems expensive but the service was great and they didnt have me in there all day.Kevin was my nail tech and Opita (Im pretty sure I have butchered her name) did my pedicure. They were both friendly and despite me thinking that they are a tad pricey, I will definitely be back. The pictures were taken 1 week later.

I have been going here the last couple of weeks and have enjoyed every time except for yesterday. I went to get a gel manicure and I had the girl in the back with the cart next to her station. I believe she does all the designs. I was just getting white so she was not very interested in me. She left the station nearly 5 times while I was getting my nails done. She didnt cut my cuticles or even file my nails when I was paying for a manicure. She slapped on polish without taking her time and they look horrible. Im going to find somewhere else to go where I actually receive my moneys worth

I love to pamper myself and I take pride in MY finger nails and my feet. If my hands, hair and feet dont look and feel right neither do I. Called at 6:14 to ask what time they closed and what the latest time they accept walk-in, female huffed over the phone and said now. She didn’t even bother asking what type of service it was that I was seeking or if she could schedule me for another day and time. Extremely unprofessional.

Jenny and Jack are incredible! As is everyone else who works there. I have been going there for so long and have always left there with excellent service. I would highly recommend going here. Love this place and would never go anywhere else.

This was my second time going to the salon but it will be my last. I took my son and husband to get pedicures and I got my nails redone. The pedicures for the guys took less than 15 minutes each, literally. The lady who did my nails, talked on her cell phone to her daughter the whole time she was working on my nails. She would not pay attention and acted very rushed. To finish the insult, we were charged $37 each for the guys manicures. I questioned the price and Jack, the owner, just ignored me. I do not mind paying for great service but that is not even close to what we got.

Sunday afternoon Acrylic fill-In full set and Regular Pedicure, excellent pedicure and took their time. I went somewhere else to get the full set and they didn’t do a good job, so I tried this place to fix them up and redo them, and they look great now. She was patient and understanding as well with what I was wanting. Overall great experience, fast too with good attention to detail!

So my friend and I went yesterday, I left underwhelmed, whereas he enjoyed his time. The woman who helped me gazed out the front door while massaging my legs/feet - the other pedicurist was focused and attentive to my friend.We were quoted $45/pedi but at check out, we were charged $50/pedi plus a $1 merchant fee...interesting. I came home to fix the areas she overlooked. Dont waste your time.

After arriving at a busy time, I was asked to return in one hour. Did that and even though being signed in, took three people who walked in at the return time ahead of me. Technician that did my nails did have work. Skin around nails not clipped properly and sloppy work. Not happy. That being said at least the techs who attended my granddaughter were kind, patient, and made her happy.

I have been going to Carolina Nails for years and have always had a great experience. Sometimes there is a wait but that is to be expected when busy. I never mind waiting and they have always been accommodating to get me in as fast as possible. Good quality and friendly people!

I have never been one to have a place to get my nails done, that is, until I found Carolina Nails! The nail techs are true artists, I couldnt be happier with the work that Vivian does for me! Ill never go to another place again!

They did a great job on my nails, and they lasted a good two weeks, started pulling away after that but my gel polish was fabulous. Communication is a bit rough but once you get your desire across, they will do a great job. I need them slightly shorter than most for the gym and home life..practical.

Drove 45 minutes had an appointment waited another 45 minutes will never come back

Had gel dip done and not even a week and a half later they started pulling up from the bottom. They told us they would last at least four weeks, but up to six. I went back and showed them and their response was “I don’t know what happened”. At that point I just wanted them off because they were catching on everything and it was painful because it pulled them even more then. They removed them, charged me $10 and then wouldn’t accept my debit card because it wasn’t over $20. Needless to say, I will not be returning there.

Carolina nails is the absolute best!! There has never been a time where I walk out disappointed. I highly suggest getting your nails done here!

Yesterday was the worse service I ever had here. For one Kevin kept cutting my fingers which still hurt now and 2nd I told him I wanted the regular square shape nails and he rounded my nails anyway and 3rd all my nails are uneven shapes. If you don’t have an appointment they don’t do good jobs on your nails. I definitely won’t be returning. And I felt like I was over charged.

I had read the reviews before I went. I was a walk-in. I was nicely greeted. I only had to wait about 2 minutes. Ciao did my first ever dip. He was gentle and makes sure youre comfortable. I recommend him. I will be back again.

I went for the first time last Tuesday with my sister for a girls day. Jenny did my gel mani/pedi and I not only love it, but I absolutely love her too! She is so sweet and makes you feel welcomed. I never had an employee ask for my name before and it just made me feel like she truly did want to get to know me and become best friends. I love her story on how her and her husband finally started to date (if you dont know it, ask for her to do your nails and get the story 😉). Went here today and worked with Kevin. It was my first time getting acrylics and I was really pleased overall. Kevin was very careful and checked in with me frequently to ensure I liked the way they were coming out. The marble color came out awesome. He kindly shortened my nails at the end of the after service, after I had asked. My service came to $65- I got gel acrylics with marble pattern and a matte coat. It may have been a bit pricey, but I was happy with the service.

I received the most amazing OPI Gel Color Today from Jenny! It is my favorite color of Turquoise! There were so many OPI Colors to choose, however, when I spied this Turquoise; I got “Goose Bumps!” My Gel Nails last a month with absolutely no maintenance from me - my nails are protected and look perfect until I am ready for a new color. I am Grateful Carolina Nails has added the OPI Brand because it is the #1 choice of Nail Professionals. I hope to add a picture for review - technology is not a skill I learned so I will figure out this system. Thank You, Jenny & Jack for having such a wonderful salon!

I had made an appointment for 1pm for Saturday and I came in and they told me to come back at 2:30 pm I came back at 2 on and waited 1 hour without anyone acknowledging me or anything I even told the “receptionist” that I had an appointment at 1 and he didn’t even care. I’m never coming there again. Very bad service

Well....the place looks clean......i got the deluxe pedicure and I know my feet got alot of calluses and hoping they could remove just a little but of course not....i spoke to the boss and ask what is the new way of removing since the covid19 maybe they have a new way...he said no and say we can try again...he asked his wife to do but she refused and spoke in Vietnamese that my feet is disgusting....shouldve had kept my feet nice...lol.....i guess....Well.....i guess today wasnt my lucky day to get a good pedicureOf course they didnt know Im vietnamese too

First time I went, I was in love with my acrylic dip powder nails. Then, I recently went for a fill in and asked for the same thing & a lady gave me a gel set (which is not what I asked for) and charged me more than I payed the first time. Don’t know if they were trying to rip me off or just didn’t know what I was asking for. Either way, I didn’t get what I asked for & payed more than I had the first time I went.

Lately some of the the nail salons around Summerville have been raising their prices and also replacing some of the female nail techs with male techs.Now, I dont know about you, but I dont want a pedicure from some big guy named Bruno if you know what I mean. For me...it takes away from the experience.I just came out of Carolina Nails feeling wonderfully relaxed with a smile on my face. The young lady that did my pedicure was totally professional and charged reasonably.I will be going back :D

I want to say, I have really been trying to find a new salon to go to & stick with & when i walked into this salon I really liked it just from what I saw with my eye. My mother & I went on a Tuesday around 12:30-1, wasn’t too busy. Which is nice so we were helped right away, Arpita did my pedicure & she was absolutely delightful. We didn’t get the lady’s name who did my mother’s pedi, but my mom said she was a delight as well. Now, I like to get my nails done & take pride in my nails being how much good nail sets cost these days, I was not at all overwhelmed by the prices, very reasonable, especially if you are like me & like to go all out. Now down to the good stuff, VIVAN WILL BE MY GO-TO GIRL FOR LIFE!! She makes sure her work is right & ALL EVEN! She is SUPER SWEET, and is SO good at what she does! I was VERY pleased with my first visit here, I’ve lived in SC for forever and amazed I haven’t been here sooner, DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!

I essentially paid $50 dollars to get my nails polished came in for acrylic new set ended up with dip with no tips first time getting nails dipped so didnt know process. Told next time can get tips wont be next time here.

Listen I been getting my nails done for over 15 years. This is by far one of the worse experiences! I got a fill 5 days ago and my nails are already lifting! I already had to glue one down, & another is lifting up too! Only 5 days later....that usually happens maybe 3 weeks in!! The lady did my nails really fast, obviously too fast!! Close to $50 for a fill also. Really dissapointed.
