Vaden Nissan of Statesboro is always a five-star trip. They treat every customer like a VIP, I know this from the way I am always treated and from observations I make when I am there. My last trip was for an oil change and check up included with my purchase. They were very thorough, I would never consider buying a car anywhere else.

On 09/06/2021 my 18 year old daughter was involved in a car accident. She is a college student and I had just purchased her a 2021 Nissan Kicks. I’m 4 hours away trying to make sure my daughter is ok and figure out what needed to happen with the car since it is a holiday. I was extremely upset, overwhelmed and stressed. I was treated poorly by AAA, I was treated poorly by the tow truck company however, when I called Vaden Nissan in Statesboro, the professionalism, care and concern shown to me by Kelly and Brianna made my day just a little bit more bearable. I asked them would they please allow the tow truck company to leave my car there until I could figure out what to do. Kelly did not hesitate to say yes. I must have called these young ladies at least 10 times and each time I was met with the same enthusiasm, friendly voice and compassion that I experienced on my initial call. My experience with this company was okay in the beginning. But today I went to the service department and the customer service was terrible, down right horrible. The management acted like he didnt care, the associates were rude, they didnt address me personally and acted like the problems that were wrong withthe vehicle I purchased just a week ago was somehow my fault. The only person that was willing to help me was Destiny McClendon the sales specialist. She was very helpful and listened to what I had to say and did her best to resolve the issues that arose. The only reason I felt comfortable today was because of her. I do not recommend this place because once they have your money your a just another cheque to them.
Downright false advertising online and talking via phone. My nephew drove an hour to look at a car that they failed to say was wrecked. Then wanted to connive and deceive to make a slick sale on a different vehicle. Im helping on his down payment but it wont be them. Shady, shady, shady. Dont believe online or phone. And dont drive out of your way. Slick. As. Motor. Oil.

My car buying experience at this dealership was horrible! Be very careful when buying a used vehicle from them. Make sure all issues with the vehicle is taken care of as promised before you pull it off the lot. Be weary of the finance manager, make sure you read your contract thoroughly and ask questions because that finance Manager will try and crook you. The sales manager, Ethan, kept giving me the run around about the repair of the car and dragged his foot on giving me my down payment back! One time I thought I would have to get an attorney on them to get my money back. Dont play with my money! That dealership is full of lying people. I will say my salesperson Josh was kind and did his part. All my issues were out of his control. Keep up the good work Josh with your customers!
Sent an email asking for clarification on price, as cars.vpm, their website and automated emails all had different prices... Nothing. Step up into the 21st century and the modern way of doing business, or get out of the way so someone else can do your job in a competent and modern way.
Tried to schedule my car to get a part replaced, I asked them to place the order for that specific part so I can schedule the service, have done it several times with both of my cars. Now they tell me that I have to go personally and pay ahead of time not even over the phone. I dont have time to go and pay, some people have to work and dont have the time to drive and hour to pay a miserable $265 dollars. I have been a client for years and spent thousands of dollars in your place but if you are going to treat customers like that, Ill take my business somewhere else.Thanks
Called the Statesboro Location Saturday about a dually they were advertising on fb marketplace, the truck was at the Beaufort location. They couldn’t get ahold of Beaufort office but truck was in detail dept in their system. Drove 2 1/2 hours to do paperwork this morning, meantime they run my credit, all is good, until I get to dealership, then the GM from Statesboro finally contacts Beaufort GM, they sold the truck saturday!! But they couldn’t communicate amongst themselves, but could damn sure run my credit and then not able to sell me the truck I wanted. I will not ever deal with any dealership with a Vaden Name attached to it, so buyer Beware!!

I was very pleased with my experience at Vaden Nissan. I contacted Shane (Kaleb) Spires and explained that I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. I also explained that I have recently become a widow. Therefore, I have NO experience with purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Spires was very patient with my questions and requests. I received an offer the very next day and asked him to email it to me. When I received the email, I had several of my teacher friend look at it and it was a great deal. I love my car and I love the service I received at Vaden Nissan.
I literally walked in with the Lowest expectations and figured that I wouldnt be able to get anything after someone hit my car while it was in my parking lot at home... It took a while for my oil to get changed but because of the great service I was well taken care of because of how long it took.Good thing I knew where to sit cause after they took my keys, nobody showed me the waiting area. I also had to remind them about my 25$ coupon.
I don’t even know where to start. This has been the most unprofessional dealership I have ever bought from. They’ve tried to gouge my fiancé and I on money in every way possible.I bought a 2016 SUV from them when I was 7 months pregnant and they did nothing but try to take advantage of me and my fiancé pretty much every step of the way. We were “promised” that they ran a multi point inspection on the vehicle we were purchasing from them BEFORE we bought it. However once we got it off the lot and I drove it for about a week I started to notice problems with shifting and a rim on the back wheel tire.We took the car in within like a week of having it to ask them yet again if they really ran a multi point inspection on this vehicle because it was having problems and we literally just bought it from them.They reluctantly looked at it in their shop & took care of the rim problem but it was like pulling teeth to get them just to do that and pay for it (when we came to pick up the vehicle they tried to have the guy at the front desk charge us, we quick came back and said no y’all promised you would be covering this, then he came back at us all “confused” like this conversation hadn’t already taken place 5 times before we even let them work on the car. Eventually they paid).Then we had to take the vehicle over to Ford for the shifting issue via their instruction because they didn’t have the ability to diagnose it at their shop. However before heading to Ford they told us that they would cover whatever was wrong with it because they should’ve taken care of this before they sold it to us. But to no surprise at the very very very last minute they backed out and gave us ever excuse in the book on why they won’t pay for this PREEXISTING ISSUE and now we are stuck paying a +$600 bill to Ford for the shifting issue THEY SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE SELLING THE CAR.This dealership is incredibly unprofessional and I don’t even know how they’re still in business if they treat their customers like this.Also this is just the short and sweet story of our experience with them. I left a lot of information out just for the sake of time in writing this.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Especially used cars, they will NOT make sure those vehicles are actually ready to be sold and they WILL advantage of you in every step of the buying process.

I was promised a price, only for the price to be higher than promised. When I called to speak to someone, the sales manager was very rude. She said they could not set the price to satisfy one customer even though I was promised another price. They said they would not lose a customer over price, but they DID! I went to Gerald Jones and they gave me a lower price on a newer model and it was my favorite color too; RED! I would never buy a car from here!

The transmission in my Nissan versa went out and I towed it here for convenience. They quoted me $4000. I called a few other places, they said theyd do it for $3100. Got a tow dolly from u-haul and drove over to pick it up. Guy said hold on let me check something and came back and said they could do it for $3100 too.Why were they attempting to charge me an extra NINE HUNDERED DOLLARS? This happened over a year ago and Im still annoyed about it. They did fix it tho. If you go here, line up a way to transport it to a cheaper autoshop and you might be able to bluff your way into major savings.
To start, we know our credit is bad. They kept on reminding us of that fact. We liked a 2016 versa they had on the lot. We initially said we can put $500 down (knowing we’d probably need more. Don’t give it all away up front) we finally settled on $2500 down. We took too long to come back in and the car got sold. We totally understand that. Once again we got reminded of our credit. (Look we know it’s bad). We found a used Captiva that we liked. They told us they had a deal worked out, we made sure to keep reminding that we were putting $2500 down. The salesman came in and said okay here is the deal. It’s $3000 down and....... we just had to get up and leave. JC Lewis has a way better deal worked out for us. The moral of the story is this, don’t go to Vaden Nissan in statesboro.

Felt like I was rushed and taken advantage of. They stated they owed more on the vehicle than what they were selling it for. But when it got down to the brass tax they got what they owed plus a little more. When in the finance office there was an undefined line of 999.00. I asked what it was and was informed this was where they charged for the fuel fill up, the detail job (which I never got because the individual had family obligations to take care of), and the service checks. When asked why the vehicle hadnt been sold salesman stated he didnt know. It wasnt until I got into the finance office and I was presented with the carfax. Again I felt rushed and didnt have the opportunity to throughly look it over thoroughly. Once I got home and had the opportunity to read I rushed, I discovered the vehicle had been stolen. The salesman could have been more honest in my opinion. Granted they arent going to know everything about all the vehicles in the lot, but how I was presented the information led me to believe otherwise.The next day my wife went to pick our son up, and discovered the passenger rear door did not lock. I called my salesman and informed him the vehicle was not secure and did not lock properly. If the “qualified” technicians went through their inspection process of the vehicle then this should have been caught and never been allowed off the lot. And I shouldn’t have been charged the 999.00 because they did not do their job. They made an appointment for us to bring the vehicle in and to be checked out. They stated it would take about a week for the parts to show up. Fast forward to today. We had an appointment at 10:30am. My wife showed up at the service center at 10:25am. They informed her it would take about an hour and half for the repairs, but then also informed her the service center goes to lunch at 12:00pm and that the repairs wouldn’t be done until about 1:30pm. The vehicle sat at the service center until 12:00pm, well after her scheduled appointment of 10:30am. Then at 1:00pm the service personnel came to my wife informing her the part they ordered was broke.So not only did they waste 2.5 hours of my wife’s time, they didn’t even check the parts when they came in. At this point they took my wife to the sales personnel to now give her a loaner vehicle and they were going to overnight the parts and have the repair made tomorrow. I find it funny the first part took a week to get there but now they are willing to overnight the parts and attempt the repair again.This has been anything but a pleasant experience, wish they would just take it back and correct the problems for the next owner. This has already been a headache and we’ve only had the vehicle for two weeks.

I purchased my vehicle in April 2020 from this location. Today I went to get my car serviced early due to an upcoming trip that will be over 800 miles. I was informed that I need all new tires due to the front ones balding. The back ones are cracking as well. I have not even hit 5k miles on this vehicle.The employee dealing with my vehicle claimed I was not servicing the car properly and needed to keep up with rotating my tires, alignment, etc. I informed him the vehicle was just recently purchased there only 6 months ago and I was early for my check up.He then went on about his brand new car and how he was bummed he had to get new tires because he didn’t take care of the vehicle properly, once again insinuating that it was my error for not getting the car checked. He also claimed that he didn’t know how I drove and that could be the reason why.. that anything could throw off the alignment.They also just happen to have a promo going on for get 3 new tires 1 for $1.Once again, I purchased this vehicle in April 2020 and my front tires are completely balding. Awful service and extremely disappointed with how condescending the staff, specifically the man consistently condemning me for not taking care of my vehicle when I was taking all the necessary steps to ensure my safety as well as those around me on the road.
Everything was great, but I noticed when I got home that I have a huge oily handprint on my hood and also oily fingerprints on my passenger door...on my white car!!! I am really busy and still have not had a chance to have my car washed since Vaden does not offer complimentary car washes anymore even though I got car washes for life when I bought my car.
Purchased a vehicle in December. Was given the wrong vehicle. I wanted to keep the vehicle and was told lateral transfer would be done. I have attempted to register 2 times only to be told that the wrong VIN is on file. I live out of state so it’s a 2.5 hour drive. Very frustrating!

On June 6, 2020 My husband finally found a truck he wanted so we drove 2 hours to go look it over. When we got there we hadn’t even seen the truck because it was at another location and Vaden staff had us complete all the paperwork. It felt kind of weird that we would do that first but we just assumed this is how it goes now. The truck finally arrived and we test drove it. Seemed perfect. On the way back home my husband noticed that the transmission had issues. It was a Saturday so we called the dealership on that Monday. They advised us to take it to our local Chevy dealership. We did that and to date which is September 8th 2020 we still don’t have the truck. We have made 3 payments and insurance and only drove the truck twice. It’s a battle between the warranty company and Vaden. We have been told so many lies its sad. The contract had no cooling off period and the warranty was not free but $3500. We were told the warranty was free. We have given up the battle and will be picking up the truck and having it fixed ourselves for a additional $4500 with a transmission shop. It’s unfair how they did my husband this way. They offered to give him another truck and trade the one he has for an additional $9000 with another application and credit check. Why? This is the truck he wanted and they should have done right by him. Before you sign anything please read the contract. Check to see how much the warranty cost and just know they won’t be quick to cover your repairs. Ask about a cooling off period because you may be stuck like we are with a vehicle that needs repairs. I’m so disappointed in how they handled everything. Upset and disappointed.

This dealership is rude and selfish minded, they have lead me on. This company is not recommended to anyone. There ways of just trying to put you in any car there is, and not once ever do they think about what you want. I can admit though, this company can pull off any type of deals. If you stand up to them and let them know what you require.

When I went to pick my vehicle back up the guy who was overseeing the service of it admitted to making a mistake and he apologized for it. He also told me that he fixed the problem and explained what went wrong. Overall great service and good people.

I went for an oil change and that part was fine.. I felt that the person in the service department was too pushy and tried to sell me all sorts of services. I appreciate him letting me know if some things needed to be fixed.. but thought his used a hard sell approach and I did not appreciate it.. it only made me angry.After I had signed a form saying I did not want the services, then received a text and an email.. I just thought it was overkill..
It’s no surprise the Sales person did what they were suppose to, sell a car BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. So at 20 years old with a 520 credit score I was given a Nissan Versa and told that was the only car I could get. Vaden Nissan along with Exeter finance sold me a 2019 Nissan Versa with a 28% APR! If I knew then what I knew now lol.

Andy in service was extremely rude. Victor from car rental attempted to defend him got upset with me and slammed his phone down We had to get the manager Tim and he was very nice. He totally agreed with me that Andy and Victor was wrong in their actions and apologized. After things cooled down, I never received an apology from Andy and Victor. I will never do business with them again.

They always forget my car wash. I tell them when I give them my keys to do the oil change. They always say they forgot but they will pull it around to be washed but then its another 20 or 30 more minutes for me to wait. Just dont understand how they keep forgetting on every oil change. Other than that, very satisfied with company.

He figured out why my key would not start my car remotely and that is something I been dealing with since I purchased the car. Vaden Nissan will not stop emailing me about a recent car purchase and service experience, though I have never been to the dealership or contacted them prior. I called to get to the bottom of this, worried how someone could get my full name and email address and link me to a car purchase. The dealership never gave me an explanation as to how they got my contact information, which is extremely shady. Months later, I STILL get emails to complete a review.

I had brought my Nissan Rogue into the dealership a couple of times because my right rear tire was not holding pressure. The last time the gentleman (Matt) told me that they could not find anything wrong with it, that they had put the pressure up where it needed to be and to watch it and if it continues to bring it back I did that for over a week and it continued to leak down. I called several times and never got any return calls. Finally I called again and I got a call back from the new Service Manager who apologized and asked me to give him a chance to see if he could find the problem. I did and he did find the problem. There was a hole in the tire from a nail and they patched it and I have not had any trouble with it since. I was very impressed with the new Service Manager and the fact that he said that he would find out what the problem was for me. Keep that new manager, he is great.
