Amazing staff! The front office staff can make or break any type of appointment with a doctor, and the staff at this office is absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, and treat you like family.The doctors are incredibly accommodating and answer any questions that you might have. Theyre friendly, considerate, and have been doing this for many years. I absolutely trust their advice when it comes to my teeth, and their ability to work on my them.I have worked with Joanna on both visits as my tech, and she has been absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and is willing to go the extra mile for you to make sure your concerns are heard.It has definitely been a pleasure to work with Dr. Hall and her staff. I will be coming back for any of my future dental needs, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone else that might need dental work!

I had the best experience with Compass Dental. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Joanna has been the most warming, welcoming and has the best sense of humor when in the dental chair. Had a great experience with dental assistant Joanna Castro today, phenomenal personality, makes you feel welcomed and very comfortable. my blood pressure reading was its best its been in awhile, thats how comfortable she made me. im not the easiest patient when it comes to taking mouth x-rays as i have a gag reflex but she was very considerate of that and was able to get all the necessary X-rays. again she was great and i look forward to her assisting with all my future dental work. The staff is so friendly!! The environment is great but I went to get my teeth cleaned and they told me my teeth were already clean. I asked them not to charge my insurance if they weren’t gonna clean my teeth so I can go else where. Then they decided to clean them. It was the shortest clean I have ever received. I will not be going back.

I came into this off due to tooth pain (wisdom tooth) they were able to pull both wisdom teeth same day :) ive gone back 2 more times for cleaning and fills. They are extremely professional, explain everything, make sure you are numb (even if it takes multiple times) and are very friendly. Im very happy with this office and will continue my dental care here.

My visit was perfect. I have anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist, I was put at ease with the wonder, caring staff. JoJoanna made me laugh and I was offered nitrous which calmed me. Dr. Furlong was paitent and gentle and Marissa was there to cheer me one. Absolutely 5 stars. Coming back next week for a cleaning.

Today was my very first visit at compass point dental, It was such an awesome experience. I hadn’t been to the dentist for quite some time, so I was nervous. The front desk receptionists were kind. Gloria & Dr. Hull were so awesome! Treated me like I had been a patient there for years. After my examine Dr. Hull explained everything in detail. They were all amazing. I needed a lot of work done as a first time patient and Joanna and Dr. Furlong got it all done the same day as my initial exam. Best dental atmosphere ever! From Shelly at the front desk on my first phone call (SHE IS THE BEST!) to Manny in Financial to the tour through the office and last but not least the Doctors! Dr Furlong and the hygienist gave me a very in depth detailed account of my current dental state. There were a few options given but none persuaded more than another. The discussion led to a joint resolution that the Dr and I were both comfortable with. Shelly and Manny were great at making sure my first visit was pleasant and I didnt leave without my questions being answered. My second appointment went well. Shelly called me the day of the appt and had an early opening so I jumped on it! Dr Hull did the fillings and walked me through the extractions I needed for my old wisdom teeth. She suggested we do it all at once and again was very gracious as I asked a lot of questions. But never have I ever had such a pleasant experience with a dentist over something that no one likes to discuss. We proceeded with one extraction and the whole staff helped me through my anxiety and the process and everything went smoothly. I TRUST Dr Hull to work on me again next time!After the appt Shelly was so kind to sit with me and walk me to my car. She is a KEEPER!I have now recommended my husband and friends to Compass Point dental. You will be so happy you went!

I had an excellent experience with Compass Dental. Very friendly! Clean and comfortable. I hate the shots, but these guys had me completely numb before doing them. I would say by far this was the last painful dental visit Ive had and I had 3 teeth removed and a couple fillings w just nitrous. Highly recommend!!!👍😊

If I could give a 0 I would. From the incompetence of the prior auth to the lack of concern that the cleaning staff offered, I would highly recommend another dental office. Took the entire family in for dental cleanings on February 1st. The hygienists were rude and actually laughed at one of the kids - there was one great woman who was very sympathetic and was a pleasure to work with, but that was largely overshadowed by the other few people working that day. But back to the appt...February 1st. Made sure that they knew to only perform what was covered under the cleaning/6 month visit. Now today, more than SIX MONTHS LATER, I get a bill for exam fees that they performed without my consent! Beware of this place!

I have extremely bad anxiety whenever I think about the dentist but I just had the best experience of my life at compass point dental. I had never been there before but when I went in everyone at the front desk answered all my questions and calmed my concerns right away. The second person I meant was Joanne Castro the dental assistant, she explained everything to me. I never met her before but she was like my best friend. After I talk to the dentist I never felt more relaxed in a dentists office. I believe compass point dental is the most understanding compassionate professional dentist I have ever been to and I would strongly suggest anyone who has dental needs to go there.

I had a great experience at compass point I was there for a really long time but they made it the best they could for me especially Marisa.

SO... its been some years since Ive been to the dentist, and obviously its scary going, especially when you havent been in years... but Brittany was super nice, and Selena was too. They definitely eased my mind on the procedures and made me feel comfortable while I was there. Brittany was very knowledgeable about so many things. The one thing she didnt know how to explain to me, she went and searched for the explanation that helped me understand. And while I am extremely nervous about the financial aspect, they offered me different options of payment and eased my mind that we would take it one step at a time. The dentist, Melanie, she is also pretty nice and amazing! ... told me I had PERFECT front teeth LOL (despite the other work I needed to have done). But overall, a great experience; and it was just my first visit (wasnt even the ACTUAL procedure)... that will be tomorrow. So Ill probably be back to leave another review. I have literally already referred a friend to Compass!

I had such high hopes for this place, based on the number of positive reviews. I have been there twice for regular check up/cleaning appointments. Both times they claimed that I had numerous cavities. The first time I didn’t question them and forked over the money to have it taken care of. The second time I became suspicious because I’ve never before had this many cavities and I had hoped the first time was a fluke. I got additional opinions from two different dentist who both said I have ZERO cavities.Also, I’ve never been so physically uncomfortable as I was when they did my fillings. I’ve had fillings before and have never seen such a lack of understanding about how to keep ppl comfortable during the process.And finally, this one is subjective, but I seriously got so tired of how I felt like they spoke to me like I was a child. I’m 34 years old and I felt like they were practically doing baby talk with me the entire appointment. Maybe they’re good with kids, But as an adult I could not stand trying to have conversations with them.

I highly recommend Compass Point Dental. The staff is amazing and very professional. They are kid friendly and helped my daughter get over her fear of the dentist. Alba does an great job of explaining your insurance benefits and does her best to come up with payment options and treatment plans that work for you. Both Dr. Hull’s are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They take their time with their patients even if that means they have to stay beyond business hours.

Great experience here, came in with a really badly aching tooth. Got an appt the next day and they took care of all the insurance paperwork. I paid nothing for a root canal and I walked out pain free. They put music on during the procedure, which keeps the atmosphere very comfortable. Dr Anderson is a real professional and his staff treats you like family. Theresa makes you feel right at home and Sylvia is excellent with caps, shes a real pro. I would give this office 10 stars if I could and my family and I look forward to getting all our dental services for the foreseeable future👏👌✊💪💯
