This place is awesome. Holly does an excellent job and she’s very fast. You can walk in or make an appointment. They have beer and wine. It kinda like a big family very welcoming.

Ive been going here for a little while and I was satisfied with the results but all of a sudden my nails were snapping off one by one. I had to have them fixed constantly. Yesterday I got my nails filled, fixed but not sharpen like I wanted plus a different color. I wanted them to be shorted first so I asked the guy to shorten them a little more than usual he didnt do that all he did was take a smidge off the tip of my nails, wouldnt sharpen them and told me no on the color I wanted that was ombre. He then proceeded to tell me I was just gonna have the same color again which is black. He did not do the request that I asked for. If I to rate this place I would definitely give it a zero because they have HORRIBLE customer service. I wouldnt suggest anyone going there at all.

The workers are always friendly and have great customer service😇. My classic mani/pedi with regular nail polish was originally suppose to be $32 but the young female assistant at the desk charged me $58 🤨 the nail on my middle finger also peeled off immediately after. Not the first time thats happened to my nails sadly here too

The people are nice and they listen when you tell them you have extra things to be aware. In my case, it is that I have neuropathy in my legs and feet and I asked for a gentle massage. The woman was very nice and asked me several times if I was okay and if she was doing things right. It made for a pleasant experience for me.

I got a tragic full set here. My nails were filed so much on the sides that my fingers hurt. My gel polish was not set so the semi solid top layer slid off overnight, and liquid gel polish got everywhere. I did have a good experience with customer service and they fixed my polish free of charge. There wasnt much that could be done about the filing situation. Two stars because they did the best they could to fix it, but this should have never happened.

Wow! This place is a hidden gem! Holly did my nails out of me not being able to go to my usual nail tech. Got right in got a hard gel fill and they are almost like natural. It isnt one of those really big places but a hidden gem! I noticed they do serve drinks and Im ready to get my pedicures here next! And trust me Ive had nails done for a long time and I definitely will be coming back.

The quality was not good. I got a full set acrilic french tips and I can see the fake nail below the tip and white throughout out the clear part of my nails and well as bubbles . I didnt have the heart to tell them I didnt like it, I will go somewhere else to fix them. They are very nice and friendly and can get you in fast price good but quality is not something I would recommend

Wish 0 stars was an option. this was horrible to say the least. i asked for long almond shape with black tip. ended up with short nails and half my nail being black. went to my car and came straight back and asked them to fix it. they said they would only fix if i wanted it a dark color. i ended up paying $56 for absolutely nothing but messed up nails and 2 hours out of my gone. will never be going back. by far the worst experience i’ve had.

Ive been getting my nails done here for over 3yrs and I absolutely love this place. I love long stilleto nails and I am never unhappy when I leave. My nails have never popped off, they baaaarely lift and I usually go about 3weeks before I get a fill, no broken nails. I would definitely recommend this place. Pedicures are amazing as well.

I showed one of the lady’s that’s was doing my nails what I wanted. but then she started to do the acrylic and I wanted a clear acrylic and then white nail polish, and like a brown nail polish on my nails. but she did a pink bass, and then the white nail polish, and then brown nail polish. but I hate them so much, don’t do something that is a good looking nail!! plz and thank you!!!!!

Besides the elevator music putting me to sleep its a nice place to get your nails done or get a tan. they keep it well ventilated so there isnt a harsh smell from acrylic, they are quick to a full set of nails only took about thirty minutes.

They are so kind and genuine here. I always love going in with my partner because they treat my just as good as her even though I just come in with her.

I would have given 5 stars but they turned my moms fingers into hamburger and said she just has sensitive skin. My mom gets her nails done at least once a month and her place has never done that to her hands. She was actually bleeding. Super sad cause they are pretty good! Pic is of my nails.

Yesterday I went to do a manicure and pedicure. The girl who took care of me charged me five extra dollars for making me a French manicure which I hoped would last at least 7 days since I do not do any kind of work in which my nails wear out, but its so sad that in less than 24 hours My nails are like that. .. I felt cheated it was the first time I went there and I definitely would not go back ... I feel upset and scammed because I spent 55 dollars on a job done wrong ... definitely not recommended

My sister and I went in for pedicures and they were clearly busy but they weren’t friendly, didn’t offer us anything to drink(which is part of the experience lol) and also my sister got a nasty bacteria infection on her legs because they don’t use the liners or clean their bowls apparently! Will not return.

Still had to shape my toes at home after my pedicure... I don’t want long toenails or uneven length toenails :/ chunky polish :/

I have been getting my nails done for a long time and at many different places, today i tried this place due to my regular salon ive been going too being closed on sundays and i am so glad i did!! The pedicure was amazing with the hot stones and then i got my mani and i was so beyond impressed with their attention to detail making sure the job was done perfectly! I cant say enough good things and will be returning to this salon. Highly recommend!

I really want to love this place, but there was just too much that was less than expected.But, lets start with the good. The massage chairs are really nice. And the massage treatment/scrub/lotion was divine.However, my toes have places where the paint wasnt applied to the nail. The biggest disappointment was the bait and switch on the price. My hubby and I went in for our wedding anniversary. We ordered the $36 deluxe package. We each had a plastic cup with cold water. And somehow the price changed to $46. Thats a twenty dollar difference!I gave myself time to contemplate before I decided to write a review. Overall, this was just a huge disappointment.

Clean, affordable, gentle, talented and obviously well trained at their profession. Please visit if you haven’t before!

Recently went here for my first ever pedicure and really enjoyed it! Friendly staff and a very relaxing experience. Only reason for a missing star is that we were the last customers and they seemed to rush the last bit of putting on the gel polish and theres places that are thin on polish that doesnt look the best. But overall I would go again.

They are very friendly here and prices are decent. However, they are very busy and you sometimes have to wait awhile; especially without an appointment. The gentleman who did my nails did a fair job, so I wasnt completely satisfied. He seemed to have difficulty understanding the shape I wanted. I will definitely give them another chance though!

I just needed a basic manicure after my first acrylics fell off, except for 2. She took off the 2 old acrylics, cleaned up my nails beautifully and got them painted so perfectly so fast. I thought she was very professional and really knew what she was doing. I also appreciate getting right in when the place was packed already. What a relief to have my nails back!

They do not honor appointment times. They are all about $$ if someone comes in 10 min before your appt they will take them. And make you wait. I am very busy. They lost a really great customer. Nails. Toes, brows every month.

Asked for a manicure, she only painted my nails. And the paint began to chip the very next day and today a week later all my tips are chipped. Pretty terrible. Ive painted my own nails to last longer.

You get more than your money worth at this salon!They are my go to for nails, toes, and eye brows.I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed.They arent a spa,you wont get showered with appetizers and beverages,but they get the job done well.I love Nails Now.

We stopped by to ask some questions about the services they off. The man who greeted us first didn’t have the answers to our questions, so he turned to a co worker & asked. She came over & I asked her the same questions, using their pamphlet for reference. She looked at the paper in my hand and simply told me they didn’t do what I was asking. She seemed abrupt and rather rude. Since I haven’t been to a nail shop in a mall, maybe they are just in a hurry to get you in & out, and not offer questions, I don’t know. I won’t be going back to them for any services though.

We got to our appointment almost an hour early and we only had to wait like 15 minutes to be seated in the chairs for our pedicures so that was awesome. I requested the deluxe pedicure and was glad that the salon offered paraffin wax because I have had a hard time finding salons that use it here. My cousin is a little more shy than me so she didn’t ask for the wax even though she wanted it and the staff didn’t try to up sell it to her which is a positive to some and a disappointment to others that are not as outspoken. They didn’t offer us anything to drink either even though the signs say they have drinks. Didn’t help us to put our shoes back on after drying. Otherwise the massage was great and I was impressed by their work. Prices are decent too.

Never going here again. Every other salon Ive been to is way better. When taking my nails off my whole nails went with it. And I soaked both hands for an hour. Now I have many bandaids on my fingers and have to deal with this pain. Definitely be careful If you go there.

Not at all what I asked for.. I asked for a 3 color ombre look and lace. I even showed a picture for reference. I got a dark blue and a light blue with nude and it looks nothing like ombre. The guy was friendly but Im disappointed and will be going in asking for a refund. This was my first time coming here and I will likely not return after.

Before I do a review, I always go the the location twice to make sure my opinion isnt biased and solely based on one visit.All I have to say is I love this place! I never go anywhere else. Its cheap, fast, pretty, and Im on a college student budget haha! I always ask for Sunny since shes the owner and her nail designs are perfect but also request for Amy since shes just as friendly and wonderful. I dont go there as often as Id like to since I live farther away now but I go there whenever Im in the area.Definitely give this place a try. Its a little hidden gem that I found and will always come back to

I cant give it negative stars but they deserve it. Got paint all over my fingers. Two of my nails are crooked. One of the ladies managed to cut one of my friends fingers with nail clippers. She cut her knuckle. Not a good place.

Horrible experience. I had a gel pedicure. The gel polish lifted after taking a bath. I returned to the salon to have my nails repainted. The same thing happened again. I took a bath and the gel polish lifted completely off my nail. I returned to the salon for the second time. I was told by the nail tech that I would have to pay if I wanted my nails repainted with gel polish. The nail tech said she would repaint my nail with regular polish, however she could not guarantee her work and if the polish lifted again I would have to pay to have my nails re-polished. I told the nail tech that I did not want regular polish. I paid for gel polish and wanted my nails to be re-painted with gel polish because it lats longer. The nail tech refused to paint my nails with gel polish. The nail tech polished my nails with regular polish. The polish was so thick that even after 30 minutes my nails were wet. I left the salon barefoot because my nails were to wet to put my shoes on. I requested to speak with the manager and was told she was out. I called twice and left a message requesting a return call which was never returned. Poor customer service.Take your money to a place that appreciates your business and is willing to stand behind the work the perform.

Friendly people and they did a good job on my nails, but the place was pretty small and super busy.

The salon was very dirty with nail polish and nail shavings everywhere. the nails were too thick and fell off very quickly. the nail polish stayed on pretty well though.

Went to get a manicure after work, was told to choose a color and sit. After they started I was rushed through the nail painting process they did a horrible job, they made me pay before starting and only applied one coat of polish it looks so splotchy and bad, then at the end the lady didn’t even let me dry my nails I was told okay we are closing don’t mess them up and to let me know it was time to leave the turned off the light... will not be returning

Nice service nails could have been better the lady didn’t really talk to me and when she was shaving it down she would get close to my skin and it would hurt but other Wise It was good
