It was my first pedicure. I never loved my feet, and now I do. They are very professional and very conversational with you! $50 for 2 pedicures and we even upgraded one level!

2 hours plus and not good result. Seems focus on what is important to him not the client. He kept wanting to file down my natural nails while o told him I am trying to grow them out longer. Very poor work and just keeps on wanting to argue and proof his work when all he needs to do is listen. He even rolled his eyes at me when I asked for his feedback. This was my second time here.. first time I had the gel polish and he cut me and this time I thought I try the deep powder. I dont plan on Using them again unless I am desperately in need of getting my nails done and there is no one else available. I took this picture in the parking lot after leaving the shop. Not worth it even if it was free but it wasnt off cause.

I am new to Missouri from recently locating from Texas. I listed this salon on June 30th and I will definitely be going back. Sandy did my nails and they look wonderful after being done in Branson at another salon who made a mess of them.MO Nails has most courteous employees and they speak English preventing language barrier and are very reasonable in price. I highly recommend this establishment and will be returning on regular basis for nails and Pedi

This place is by far my favorite. Been getting my nails done here for four years. They always do their best to fit me in.

I made an appointment, husband made me late..., but they were very nice about it and did a wonderful job. Plan on coming back again.

Finally found a nail salon worth going to! John,Sandy & Julie are fantastic at anything you want! Yes there is a little wait on the weekend. But what do you expect on the day everyone is off! Remember nothing good is quick & Nothing quick is good!

First time there an John done my nails an done a fabulous job, I will be returning, very friendly staff, even enjoyed conversation with another of their long time clients .

We made an appointment for three people ( didn’t want to have to wait when we got there.) but there was only one person working on all three of our nails. After the 1st person just about finished my friends nails, another girl, I think Julie, arrived and started on mine. She was really sweet and friendly. Overall it took about 2 hours for three sets of acrylics. Not bad. Nails are a little thick but overall good. Overall would go again, ask for Julie

This is a pretty lowkey establishment. You get a complimentary beverage while youre being served. The interior has some wear but the quality of work is always good. The owners are always there filling in when needed and they value repeat customers.

If I could leave less than one star I would. This place is so awful. I stopped in needed powder dip nails. After being lectured that shellac is better, a woman spent two hours dumping powder on my nails, not using any of the other products, just the colored powder. After this, a man wipes my nails with oil when they were wet. This totally screwed up my nails. The solution was a coat of clear shellac which is now peeling. Its been 4 days. One nail has broken because they were not done properly. Frankly I would trust a 5 year old to do a better job. Now I get to go spend more money to get this mess fixed. Im completely disgusted with the way I was treated, and also they way they were nearly demanding women wanting regular manicures and pedicures to get shellac. Do yourself a favor and dont enter this place!!!!

I went in for a pedicure and just gel polish on my hands. I made that clear. The lady said okay and then kept pressuring me for a higher priced pedicure. I had to decline multiple times which was causing a lot of stress for me. I simply wanted to relax. There was lots of confusion on what I wanted and honestly Im not sure why. This took over an hour. While my toes dried for 20, 25 minutes I had to speak up for someone to come talk to me about my nails.Honestly I have so much to say about the nail process but I spent 2 hours and 35 minutes at the salon that I dont want to spend anymore time thinking about it. I will say my finger nails are both rounded and square cut. I like one style. By the time I reached my design I literally cried through the process because I was so angry all I could do was cry. I needed a nice treat for myself and I truly regret it.I never post reviews but this was needed.

Took my Grand Daughters for there first ever manicures they did a fantastic job treated them like Royalty. The Girls loved it.

This place has gone downhill. I took my friend here for her birthday and it was a horrible experience. She got a mani pedi with normal toe polish and gel on her fingers and I ended up doing gel for my mani and pedi because I couldn’t see the colors of the normal polish well through the millimeter of dust on the polish rack not to mention the messages written in the dust AND the toothfloss pick that was thrown behind the polish racks. None of the materials were sterilized at all. The woman who did my manicure blew someone else’s clippings out of her tools before trying to use them on me. My friend was treated horribly and they knew it was her birthday. The woman my friend had kept trying to use the gel light for her normal toe polish and got mad at us for trying to tell her it wasn’t gel. It wasn’t till she had been trying to cure it for 10+ minutes that someone went over to her and clearly was chewing her out and telling her it wasn’t a gel polish. Then she so rudely and forcefully ignored my friends nail polish pattern and tried to make her get a French manicure instead of a solid color. She even went as far as to actually apply polish for a French manicure instead of the red my friend wanted and when my friend politely asked her to stop and paint her nails red she threw a fit, took the polish off and purposefully put hot pink on my friends nails instead of the red that was already set out for the tech to use. Then hacked my friends nails to pieces and caused her to bleed in several places. We had just got manicures elsewhere two weeks prior so she did not need to go in so heavy handed, but my friend said it kind of seemed like she did it on purpose because she was mad. By this point my friend was so upset with the experience that she just let her apply the pink as opposed to the red my friend requested. After all of this we go to pay and they refused to give us student discounts and I asked when they stopped doing them and she said they hadn’t done it for years but they advertise for it all around town AND the girl I went with had gotten a student discount few months earlier.Needless to say it was a horrible experience.

The male working there did my daughters feet while a female did mine. My first time ever getting a pedicure and was appalled at most of the experience. My toes were poorly painted. Didnt even get the entire nail. But the scrub was awesome and she was pleasant. But the male was very very inappropriate. He made comments thruout the entire pedicure about giving my daughter who is 9 her own cell phone. I politely told him we didnt think she needed one yet. He said that he gave his son a pho e at 2yrs old. Then he repeatedly said tell her dad to talk to me and Ill tell him. He repeated that at least 10 times often interrupting our conversation. My daughter likes to take pictures of us with silly filters. After taking one he interrupted us again by saying my daughter looked just like him. Was creepy but I joked it off. My daughter was visbly uncomfortable by this time. We began speaking about weekend plans when he interrupted and tried giving my daughter his cellphone stating that hewould get a new one. Told her to come back the next day and get it. I told him that she would be with her dad. Asked me if I was separated from my ex and I forced a smiled and said yes. He then looked at my daughter and told her thats why you dad wont buy youa phone because your parents are separated she then began to tear up. He is very unproffesional and creepy. We will never return. Take my advice and go to another place.

Sandi and crew does beautiful work. They know me by name and knows exactly how I want my nails done. I wont go anywhere else.

I had my nails painted silver and when I was leaving (Because they told me I was good to go) I got my wallet out to pay. After my nails were damaged from reaching in my purse to grab my wallet, they told me they didnt have time to fix my one nail. They told me to come back another day. This was about a year ago. I paid and left. A year later I am still upset. It was the principle, service and quality that upset me not the price.

I came in wanting a simplementation design done with my friend. They messed up my design by being too sloppy with the polish even though I made them fix it many times. Then my friend received a sloppy careless design even after she begged them to fix it. We came back later for refunds and they fixed hers but blamed my nails for the crappy design. I didnt even get mine fixed. Ive seen better work from a small child. Never going back

I wish I could give this place stars in minus! I had the worst experience with waxing! The staff just does not know how to wax, even the basics of waxing!! My skin was sore for days! And they were trying to talk me into getting more things done from their salon in the middle of waxing! Bad customer experience! And even when I got pedicure, I told her something, and she did something else and charged me the expensive one, saying that this is what I had said! Wasted my money, bad waxing, overpriced pedi, inconsiderate staff, horrible experience! Will never go again!

Service was great!! Sanitation of their pedicure sinks were good...did a great job on my feet overall and will come here again.

I was very rushed when picking out a color. The lady kept repeatedly trying to pressure me into the more expensive pedicures after I said no multiple times. Another customer came in after she got started with me so my whole pedicure was rushed. I wasnt given any lotion on my legs or feet and the polish on my toes chipped one day later. Will not be back.

I love my nails, but you will wait. Went in for a shellac mani and eyebrow wax and was there almost 2 hours and was the only manicure the entire time. A guy even left because he came in for a pedi and they left him soaking too long. They were not really busy either--it was late morning on a Thursday. Three different people worked on my nails, so I got to say 3 different times what I wanted done. No one offered me the color selection, luckily I knew I wanted anyways. Mani looks great, eyebrow wax took skin off and I was more red than I normally am after and not all hair removed. If you go, I suggest bringing a friend you can catch up with--if youre looking to get in an out, go elsewhere.

Really upset that I came in for a pedi and full set the lady talked me into getting shellac because it drys faster and easier to do even though I wanted white tip stated she would not charge anything extra I decided not to do the full set I was not trying to be mean I told her that I had to pick up my daughter when checking out she charged me the full price and when I stated I thought you wasnt going to charge for the shellac she stated to late I charged card already and laughed I stated well I could have had you do what I wanted in this case and also stated thats the reason I chose not to do the whole set even though my feet and legs feel amazing this is not right the owner was sitting there but did not say a word I miss the shop I normally go to they left attractive where did you go

I have finally found a salon that absolutely got everything right. I made an appointment, arrived 30 minutes early expected to wait. They took me right away. Very pleasant greeting. It had been sometime since I had a mani & pedi.. I really needed it, I was a bit embarrassed as well. KEN was awesome!! He took his time and did a fantastic job on both! It was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is tired of paying for a bad mani-pedi. 👍

Just an FYI I got a pedicure there and when I took my Polish off at home I have a horrible toenail fungus on all of my toes it has now went into my nail bed and it is painful. Be careful where ever you get a pedicure!

This place was awful. I was here for over two hours and ended up having to leave. They were rude as well and charged me for soaking my nails that didn’t even get done. Waste of time and money.
