Literally the worst nail service I ever experienced! Being a person of color, I felt very out of place and disrespected. I first called on the phone and greeted them in a very nice way and asked if they had an availability. I was in a pinched and need my nails done for a vacation. They told me that I can come in. I went in and instantly felt unwelcome once they notice I was a person of color. The owner spoke to me rudely and told me to have a seat. I brushed it off because I felt that they did not understood how they said it. I sat down to get a full set. The lady named Jenny was very rough and did not speak to me until it was time to tell me the price of the service. I agreed with the price and she proceeded. Jenny cut off my cuticles so rough and I was in a lot of pain. I then kindly told her that it was painful and she insisted that she needed to cut it off for my nails to look good. When she finished, I had no skin around my nails and was in a lot of pain. I was forced to asked her why did she need to take off so much skin and that I was in pain. Jenny told me that I was not bleeding so, I should not complain. I felt so insulted and unwelcome from her tone of voice. At that moment, I regretted walking into this nail salon. However, because I had a vacation I needed something done. Jenny then put on the nail polish and I went to dry my nails. As I was drying my nails, I lightly bump my nails and placed an indent into my nails. I felt so unwelcome that I had to leave with messed up nails and painful cuticles. MORALE OF THE STORY.. IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, THINK TWICE BEFOR COMING INTO AN UNWELCOMING ENVIRONMENT.

Came here for the first time since it is so hard to get through to anyone/get an appointment at the nail salon i usually go to. The place was very clean & nicely decorated. My nails turned out amazing & the staff was super friendly. I will definitely be back! I wish it would let me attach a picture of my nails since they turned out so good!

First time there with my grandma and mom few weeks ago. They had women doing their Mani Pedis but I received the male worker. Sorry, I dont know his name. He rushed the whole process and was a bit messy. Could be due to the fact we came 2 hours before closing on a sunday. But we did call in advance to make sure it was ok. Had to go home and clean up my own cuticles. Definitely could of did it better myself. My mom and grandmas nails looked great, so thats why I gave a 4 star rating. If you go, just dont request him.

Nice place for manicure and pedicure. Reasonably priced and located near a pizza shop that has tasty food. Both places are busy, if thats helpful for you.

I came in recently to get my nails done. Had a horrible experience mainly because of the.nail technician named Jenny she was very rude and give me a horrible experience. Will not be coming back. EVER!

Vanessa always does a great job my dip manicures and my pedicures. Highly recommend visiting her.

Love my nails. Stumbled on this nail salon and am so glad I did! They were super nice and welcoming! My nails are perfect!

I loved them at first. It just got worse! Dip powder lasted about a week. They are either to thick or to thin! The salon is beautiful and clean they need better techs! I would go back but the quality is just not there!

Friendly, clean and affordable. Love the service that I receive each time I go.

I just left a gel manicure that they did in less than 20 minutes with four bleeding fingers, polish that goes over my nail bed on both the top and bottom of all fingers, and chunks of skin missing off the tips of six fingers. $35 regret. Posted a picture.

1. They don’t have any prices posted in the salon nor on their website.2. They didn’t do the best job painting my toe nails so I wasn’t too happy to find out the price for my pedicure which was $30.3. I was going to get a dip-powder manicure as well but the color she put on my nails did not match the color that I asked for. once I told her that it wasn’t the same color I asked for she then responded with you have to tell me before I start your nails. I told her it looked similar to the color that I asked for, but when she put it on my nails the color looked different and they were way too thick. She told me that their colors don’t usually look the same because the coats on the models are thin and they change over time. So she sent me over to choose a different color because I picked out a “bad color” I didn’t end finding another color that I liked. So I just paid for the pedicure and left.

So much better then foreva nails across the street. Infinity has better quality and prices. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL GO TO NOW.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice, but the quality of the work is just not up to par. I got acrylics with a gel polish and they began chipping the next day. Five days in and my pinky nail already broke off. My mom and sister came with me and their nails came out even worse. They are not smooth and do not look nice at all. For $40 for a full set, I expected much more. Definitely recommend sticking to PK nails.

This place is amazing! I’ve never been to any other nail salons that are better then this one. The staff are so nice and sweet

Worst place ever! I gave it two tries and now I’ll never be back. First time I asked for dip powder and the nail tech put on so many layers that you could visibly see how thick it was and my nails hurt for days. Second time was way worse though. I was in town visiting family and thought I’d give it another try because they were the only salon open on a Sunday. Within 5 minutes of being there a group of women came in and were complaining about their nails they had done a few days prior, I didn’t think much at first but probably should have taken that as a warning. To keep things short, essentially I asked for dip again but for an ombré design this time. The nail tech obviously didn’t know what she was doing and the ombré looked terrible but the worst part was she put acrylic on my natural nails without my knowledge. When I went to another salon to have them fixed that’s when I was told I actually had acrylic under the dip and it took 2 hours to remove and fix. I literally have nothing positive to say about this place and I’ve talked to other people in person about their horrible experiences as well and that leads me to believe they must be removing negative comments because there is no way this place is a 4.5 star salon!

I got acrylics with gel nail polish. They did a terrible job. Wish I would have really looked them over before I left. Nails were different shapes, polish was not smooth, you could see the line where the fake nail is glued to my real nail. Polish started chipping in 4 days. The price is ridiculous! What a waste of money. The only positive comment I have is the employees are very nice and the place is beautiful but I will never go back!
