I go every 2 weeks faithfully! My milk and honey pedi is always on point and my nail tech B gets me right

I took my three granddaughters to Magic Nails in Springfield. I asked for acrylic nails for the oldest granddaughter the other two youngest ones were supposed to get gel nail polish and I was told acrylics for $35 and the gel nail polishing only for the two youngest was $5 each totaling $45. When it was time to pay they charged me $80 so I was overcharged way too much they were not professional at all!! The lady that did our nails was very rude. When it was time to pay I was shocked with the price. I told the lady that she should have came to me and told me the price since it was a minor she was dealing with and she got rude about that. One of the youngest grandchildrens nail polish was coming off not even 3 hours after it was done. I called them and was trying to explain the situations with them and they hung up on me. I tried back several times today and they will not answer the phone or they keep hanging up on me. I do not recommend this place at all

Went twice. Once for a polish change once for mani pedi. Polish came off quickly and the prices see. To change. Going back to Magic Nails.

Messed up both my eyebrows.. gaps in them and now they are uneven when all they need was stray hairs pulled out. Also got my nails done.. the whole station was dirty.. he dropped stuff on the floor and used it on my hands..cut most of my fingers and charged me $10 more than any other place Ive been to. Will never be returning. 👎

Poor service. Tech rushed thru every thing. Especially the manicure. All I got was polish no lotion no massage nothing.

When I was getting my pedicure the guy kept pulling my foot toward him when I would pull my foot towards me he scraped my burn on my bottom of my foot .

Don’t waste your time or money here!! They were rough and rude! They burned my skin with the nail file. Then they sent me out the door with nail polish stuck everywhere! Even the back of my hand!

My nails were cute and didn’t take long. i got acrylics with shellac polish to last longer and they started coming off after 5 days. i’ve only been to magic 2 times but i think i’ll stick to number one nails.

Service was quick but surprised that manicure not considered full service to get marked on card!

They did a great job. My nails look great. I picked a glitter polish and he did his very best to get it solidly coated on my nails. They also offer dip powders and colored acrylic that I havent seen other places. And a huge selection of gel coat.

Dang and his wife Kim are the elite in nail sculpting!! One time in their salon, and you wont go anywhere else again! 5 stars hands down!

They don’t do nails good my nails were bumpy and it didn’t look right when I went back and got them re done they still was bumpy they need close and they are rude

They are so rude there one time I went there to get my nails done and they told me that my nail would be 35 dollars and I said ok but when I went to pay it was 40 ( I know it was only 5 dollars but still ) the give me gel after I told them that I wanted regular nail polish and then when I asked her can I get my 5 dollars back she went to set down and proceeded To do someone else’s Nails but at the end of the day I don’t go there no more and I got my 5 dollars back.

Went for a polish change and got French manicure. Nails were painted blue by them week an half before. So they changed my toes 1st and I went to the table to get my nail color change so I did really look at my toes. Got my nails changed in out the door. Go back when they open the next day and ask the lady Kim to please do my toes over because they still have blue color u can plainly see through the clear and she told me no. Ive been going to this establishment for 7 years because their only a few blocks from my salon. Ive learned long time not to ask them for any design either. I just get plain color. Not to mention every time u ask them something specific its always some back and forth. Quit Trynna talk me out of what I want and just do like I ask, period. Theres also was a video posted to face book of a fight going on inside there between 2 costumers. Ive taken all I can. Im never going back.

The best nail shop in town! Even if someone paid me to go elsewhere, I would refuse their offer!

So I was in town for a work Conference and wanted to go somewhere nearby to get a mani and pedi they was slow got there about 11:30am Sunday morning and had to wait 30 minute to get started was told to pick my colors and got a over price pedicure and wanted a no chip gel manicure. So 3 days later and all my nails have chipped and 2 fingers have no polish I am back home and mad that I waisted money. Very unhappy will never do that again.

They was decent. Good leg massage w the pedi which i think it should be that way... It jus felt like i needed to go back with in a week....like they trimmed and scrubbed the minimal... But i rarely ever go. It was a treat from my BF... Maybe thats why 😊😊😊

I have come here for a pedi and it was AMAZING! I have been using them for my eye brow waxing for 3 months now and have not had any issues.

It was the worst place I have ever been had a manicure and my thumb nails done I accidentally broke my real nails. My eyebrows done and that came to $46. There were 4 people working but they are all very rude and not helpful if you have questions. Took 3 hours to my things done and my two fake thumbs look horrible. Wish I could post a pic. Will never go back..

Pedicure done by Anna... excellent job.Manicure done by young man...not good....maybe next time I will only get the pedicure.

This place is very sketchy. I went to gwt a fullset. The sign clearly says $25 . wait first of all the guy who did my nails had snot on his hands but got an attitude when i asked him to wash his hands before he touched mine😒. He kept talking about allergies, anywho he as hes almost done hes gone tell me its 35 because my nails are long. Wait what u could of said that before i sat down i could of went to a place where it was 25 dollars. Ive never heard that before.. Anywho dont go here so unprofessional and tries to bump there prices because of tax time
