Wait was long, almost 2 hours because they only had 3 people doing pedicures. I brought a simple (I thought) design to the lady that did my toes and she kept saying the colors I picked which were exactly like the picture I was showing, wouldnt show up. So she ended up changing 3 colors in it and didnt listen to what I wanted... or didnt understand which is frustrating. I told her I wanted 1 dot on my toes and she put them all around my cuticle and then charged me 10 dollars extra onto of what she already priced because of all the dots SHE added. Heres what they were supposed to look like, and what she did. Still cute, but not what I wanted and not the price I agreed too. Was 57 dollars for this!

This is my new favorite nail spot in Missouri! They always do an amazing job, meticulously taking their time on my nails. They even have a punch card so you can get $15 off after your 9th service. Love this nail shop!

Went here for the first time today and had the most wonderful experience! They helped me pick a color and the lady that did my nails was the most detail oriented nail tech I’ve ever had. She checked every nail multiple times and kept asking me if they were what i wanted. They were busy but very friendly and quick without compromising quality!

Have been going to Deluxe Nails & Spa for over 5 years and will not go anywhere else! Everyone is nice and just awesome like family. Even when I have to wait a long time, it is always worth it! And they always remember my name.

I decided to try Deluxe Nails for the first time yesterday and it was a mistake. I simply wanted a basic pedicure. The nail technician attempted to up sell every service (such as gel polish and a deluxe package) and was visibly annoyed when I politely declined. I assume that I received a very poor pedicure because of that. I still spent $30 and my feet look and feel terrible. I wish I had gotten her name but she did not speak to me other than trying to sell add ons. The rest of the staff was very friendly. I really wanted to find a new place to regularly go but I will keep looking.

They were so nice and everything in the beginning but sadly my nails are lumpy and uneven . I do believe she tried her best but if she couldn’t give me what I wanted she should of said that . Got home and my nails are sore and hot they hurt and itch . She didn’t use clean sterile sanding tips . Then when I was done she made me pull up the place on google and leave a good review . The customer service was great but the quality wasn’t 😕 picture of what I asked for and what I got .

I called at 11:30am and asked if I could make an appointment for 5:30pm. I got there and had to sign in and there were 4 people ahead of me. I sat there for an hour. When I got up to leave, they were like, Im ready for you now. I was nice-ish and said I had somewhere that I had to be. Of course, in my fluster to leave, I left my ankle bracelet. Someone brought it out to me, but then wouldnt leave me alone. She kept asking me to come back in and I said no again, that I had to be somewhere. I literally had to put my car in reverse and drive off to make her leave me alone.

They are so good and always do exactly the nail art I bring in and want. My toes and nails come out perfect and cute

I took My sister who has never had her naols done and she is sp excited. She wanted Butterflies on a couple of her nails. The technician said she didnt have any. Told her she would order some for the next time. I chose an American French tip. It tuened out beautiful. They are very nice friendly people. I will retun

My mother and I needed to get our nails re-done, weve been doing the dip. The salon was able to get me right in with no wait, but both mine and my mothers nails came out looking nothing short of hideous. The only thing that looks nice about them is the color and shape. The tech who did my nails was not very talkative/friendly. She said she had been doing this profession for a year and a half! My nails are way too thick, they have ridges and are very bumpy. Plus, the tech was very slow and took her 2 hours to complete. I will not be visiting this establishment again.

Not too shabby! US Nails will always be my fave place for pedicures. But Im glad I tried somewhere new just to see. Took my fiance here for his first pedicure ever! The treatment and the value is very comparable.

Ive been to this salon twice and they are nice, professional, and they do an awesome job!

Went in on a Sunday because they dont do appointments on Sundays. We were told itd be an hour they got us sat and I waited 3 hours for a 30 minute pedicure. They close at 7 we didnt leave until 8 it was absolutely ridiculous and we will not be back. No once did they ask if we wanted a water or anything they just ignored us, very unprofessional. My friend told her not to cut her toenail and the lady just kept attempting to cut her nail and telling her to stop moving.

I waited 40 minutes for service and once I said that I wanted a basic pedicure, the lady seemed to be irritated with me and finished in about 10 minutes. At least I got my nails painted!

He did my coffin acrylic full set and he even let me use his phone charger while I was there because my phone was about to die and he fixed my hangnail! Worst nail place was there over two hours. Thumb nail is crooked and once done nails broke less that 12 hours of having them. They were not bonded right. And he kept answering his phone during. He answered and talked. Six times this happened.

I got a pedicure and I have to say that it was the worst one I have ever gotten. It looks like a child painted it. The older guy that did it obviously does not know how to do nails. I will never go back and will tell others to stay away.

The staff was very friendly but the paint on my feet and nails is uneven in terms of layers, but if you dont look too closely they look wonderful. I got a manicure and pedicure and they were awesome, there was little to no pain during the whole thing and they painted my fingers and toes a red gel paint!EDIT: My nails started peeling off after about a week and I got what looks like a fungal infection under the gel 😣

I love this place. I don’t feel judged for my job, my sense of style or my tattoos! I’ve struggled to find a place that is cool with my lifestyle and still wants my nails to look fire when I leave! They’re always friendly. They take pride in their product and always make sure I’m happy with my nails before I leave! Even when I took my mask down to get a drink they were incredibly polite when I forgot to put it back on because it was early in the morning!Will definitely not be going anywhere else in town for nails.I do wish they offered more spa services like bleaching and waxing (not eyebrows) but hopefully they will add more services sometime.

I went with my mom to get mani pedis for my mothers wedding. The lengths were all uneven and the polish was bubbly and patchy. My moms nail art was hideous. We each payed $60!! There was hair and skin particles everywhere as well as open food on the floor at the entrance. The nails look like something a kid painted. I definitely could have done better myself. Everyone’s really nice but lack the skills necessary for a nail tech. If you want nice professional nails, do not come here!

Ive gone here a couple times with my mother. We tried the gel polish, and we do not personally like it. We walked in yesterday to get it removed and replaced with regular nail polish. We were berated and harassed by the employees to do gel because it dries quickly and it stays longer. It was ridiculous how many times we heard that. When we didnt give in, the professionalism from the employees dropped immensely. They rushed us, they were not nearly as careful as normal, and completely ignored us. I had asked about a design. All of a sudden its impossible yo do a design on regular nail polish because it takes too long to dry. I know it takes a little longer, but we knew we would have to sit there and let our nails dry anyway. When we were finished, the lady that worked on me didnt even come back and check on me to check my nails. Its not that important, but it shows that the people we had really just dont want to do regular nail polish any more. They had pretty much shunned us. I was extremely dissatisfied with my time there.

Best place to get your nails done period. Its very hard to find a nail salon that you dont mind what nail technician you get bcuz they all do great work they have no problem listening to your wants and wishes and truly make u feel pampered....with out the stuck up snobbyness of most nail salons. Im super picky and I prefer to have the most extra nails known to man and they always rise above and beyond my expectations

Me and two other girls came here and got our nails done and my nails were very thick and bumpy and I came in a second time and they did better but that was after I told her repeatedly to fix my nails they were really nice about it and they were really nice people but my nails were supposed to be a coffin shape and they gave me a square shape but they did give me a discount for it my sisters nails were nice but I would not recommend the lady that did my nails

Ive been going to Deluxe Nail Spa since they opened and Johnny has been personally doing my nails since he started...years (& years) ago. Johnny has always done a great job for me and goes the extra mile to make sure Im happy with his work. All the personnel are friendly and professional. I only wish my hands looked as pretty as my nails!

We were told the wait would be about 30 minutes which was fine but shortly after we came in 4 pedicures came in and they took them before us, then 3 more. Its been an hour and a half one girl is half way through while my daughter is still waiting to even be started. I decided not to bother getting mine done.Being busy is one thing but telling us a shorter wait time than what the actual wait time is and Then taking others who came in after us before us is extremely disrespectful of our time. Not to mention you have a nail tech who is sitting in the back doing nothing. And the techs that took the pedis were doing Manis right before so doesnt make a lot of senseWe will not be back and we will not be referring people to you; only away.No one even bothered to apologize for the inconvenience or wait, instead you just made comments in your native tongue and gave looks and laughed to each other SO DISRESPECTFULEdit for response: The techs you claim only do pedicures were doing full sets on clients when we walked in and if the tech in the back only did pedis Im confused as to why she wasnt doing just that on other people waiting for their service.And racial insecurities? I got a simple short pink ombré nail here. The nails look nice, but I was left with multiple bleeding fingers, as well as one of my thumb having cuts and exposed skin from where my nail was ripped off. Not to mention how rough my nail tech was with my hands.

I went there for the very first time today and I absolutely love this place already! I’ve been to three nail places in Springfield and this place is already a huge improvement. Very nice and friendly people. Gentle and caring about what you like and making sure you actually like what they do before they go.

I just had a pedicure with Savannah. One of the best pedicures I have had. She really paid attention to detail and my nails look perfect. I got the deluxe pedi for $40. It was worth it. My boyfriend got one too. He loved it! Highly recommended this salon!

My appointment was at 1, came in 30 min early and was helped right away by a woman named Le, she helped me pick the best manicure and the best neon pink to compliment my ombré. Le offered me a drink and she was very talkative and kind!!! Did a 10/10 job on my nails. The place was very busy and she helped a couple other girls while doing my nails and got started on another persons while I was waiting but she didn’t stray from her job she got my pedicure and my manicure done within an hour and a half. I always hop around nail salons throughout the 417 because nobody ever cares about their job I’ve noticed, but Le did and I’m very impressed with the service. Definitely my go to spot now!

Terrible. I got my nails done in dip on a Friday. By the end of the day they were cracked from the underneath. I will never go back here.

Nails were thick and bumpy.... charged me 85 for nails that look like a toddler dew it.
