I wanted my nails done like the last picture but ended up with something else.They cut my nails pretty short and made them into a weird shape. The polish wasnt covering all of my nail either and and is rough in some spots. Some places are way thicker than others. The glider is also not like in the picture that I wanted they just did one size.It was $80 for what I got..Was painful to get done as well.They seemed nice but I wouldnt go back with the work I got from them.

Things wernt clean. I was told it would be $35 and then I was charged $50. I started in one seat and then was moved to another without anything being cleaned. The nail job was ok... Not worth $50. I would much rather go somewhere where the nail quality was better and not uneven and the place was clean and I was not switched between nail techs. The people were nice and thats the only reason Im giving them 2 stars. I would have been better off doing stick on nails.

Im an over the road truck driver and my nails were in desperate need of repair. I think the young lady who did my nails was Amy and she was AWESOME! She was patient, professional, outstanding personality and super friendly, like Ive been there before. If Im ever in Springfield, Missouri again Im running to see my friend at KISS❤❤❤

Although theyve recently increased the price for a basic pedicure from $20 to $25. Yesterday I got a very good basic pedicure with regular polish French tips for $30. The massage chair, feet & calves massage with hot towel included is very nice.

My nails by Patina were a fun experience. Stepped outside my box. My stilettos were clean and sharp. Just how I like them.

I got shellac nails at first I did like it, but once I took a good look at them I wasnt impressed. I got gold tips and a nude base color. The tips where not completely covered with the gold and its been a week since Ive had them. My toes are better then my finger nails. This picture is from today. Its not that bad but I paid $66 for decent nails.

Ive been a friend (theyve became my nail friends😁) of Kiss Nails for over 2 years now! Theyve always greeted me with a smile. Their customer service is the best! They always know how to pamper me like the Queen I am! (I mean thats why we go to the nail salon anyways, right?) Walked in and asked for a pedicure. They directed me to a chair. Waited 30 minutes. About 10 minutes in a asked about how long and the guy said “almost done almost done” didn’t know almost done meant over 20 minutes later. So you know, only two other customers in here. Other salons would Inform you of an extended time period. Worth it to go elsewhere

Called at 10 am to make an appointment for 3 pm later the same day. They took down my info and what I wanted. Showed up there at (right before) 3 pm, signed the paper in the front and let him know we had an appointment at 3. We waited 15 minutes on the couch, then they took us to the pedicure chairs where we sat our feet in water. 30 minutes later, there was still no one available for us. So 45 minutes after my appointment, they still had no one available to help us. They were too busy working on walk ins. Whats the point in making an appointment if theyre going to take everyone else first??

Really great time with Nicole! Great personality and conversation. She was diligent in making sure my nails were precise. I will be coming back to her personally in the future. The salon itself doesnt have many color options though.

Patina and Kevin were amazing with my young girls. Very welcoming and funny. Not to mention they did an amazing job on their nails.

So ya had to edit my nails got them done Sat the 14th and then my friends nails started chipping. We both got powder dip nails. So she went back and complained they just covered them with polish. Then she went back to get acrylics done, not sure if she did. But one if my nails broke off and not so long after would be the rest if I was able to find all the spots where the nail was coming loose. My nail tips are damaged now. I am so mad. Nail biter for 3o years and finally broke the habit just to have my nails to be ruined. Worse place and worse mistake ever.

The worst nail place my girlfriend has ever been to. I will never pay for anything here again. Her nails look like a 12 year old did them. Paint still left on her fingers, colors on the wrong fingers and very sloppy. Pedicures are fine but nails definitely not.

My mom and I walked in and got manicures and pedicures . They were really customer friendly when we walked in we were greeted and shown the polish . Kim did my nails she was very quick and amazing . Kevin did my moms and he was very good as well, he took his time and gave her a good manicure and pedicure . I would definitely go back they weren’t rough with your nails I didn’t experience any pain like I have at other nail shops . Overall I had a good experience and I recommend to anyone the prices were good and they had great customer service.

They were all very friendly, but I paid $55 for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I had them done on a Thursday, by Monday the gel was already coming off. Ive never had a gel manicure last less than 2 weeks at the least! Not impressed at all!

Patina did gel nails for me and they turned out excellent! Kevin and Kim did pedicures for my Dad and I...we splurged and got the deluxe and it was well worth it!

I went today as a walk-in for a full set of acrylic nails with color changing polish. I only paid $40 and at the time I went I was seated within less than 5 minutes! I adore my nails and the staff is SO friendly.

My daughter and I decided to have a “ mother daughter day” We asked for Cherry Blossoms. My daughter’s nails looked like a five year old did them and my lady decided on her own to put cherries on the tip. I have bubbles in my nails.Looked like balloons. 75$ down the hole!Three years later, gave them another chance. Had tips put on, ballerina style. A week later, my nail popped up and off! It came off! Guess I will find someone else. More money waisted here.

The lady who did my nails, I never got her name, but she did an amazing job. She took her time and I feel like she went above and beyond and just had fun with getting my nails done the way I wanted them. I was more than pleased with the service and my nails turned out perfect. I absolutely loved the work.

My bridal party all got our nails done here for the wedding and it was wonderful fun. They have a luxury package that includes wine for parties, however we didnt splurge that much! I have always loved this place for getting pedicures, they do such a thorough job.The only reason its missing one star is that I called and made and appointment for my party a month in advance, but we werent put on the schedule. I still want to give a good review though, because they called in reinforcements and were still able to work with everyone fairly quickly!

My 81 year old mom (who had never had a manicure) and I absolutely loved this place! Lisa and Kevin were so friendly and took care of our needs..(i.e. turned the air on because I was hot😊) Oh yeah, our nails, beautiful! The guy sliced 3 fingers trying to clip my nails too short. I had blood dripping on the table!!! To fix the mistake he dropped some kind of blue ish drops on the cut. I dont know if it was glue or what but it burned like crazy!!!!!!I ended up finding Rainbow nails off of republic road and they were amazing!! Now theres this new salon called Michelle nails off battlefield. Very classy and professional!! I havent been yet but Ive been to their other salon called pretty nails in Arkansas and they were fabulous!!! Id definitely try out Rainbow or Michelle nails before stepping foot in Kiss nails!Good luck my fellow beauties 😃

Today was my first time visiting and I have to say I am more than impressed! They are very kind and and inexpensive. They done a great job! Got my nails done and then since I had to wait on my mom to finish, they gave me a FREE pedi just for the inconvenience! I will be coming back every time to give them my money for there wonderful services! This place should be a 6 stars if they gave me the option!

Came in and the guy was very rude immediately asking what we wanted with anticipation in his voice trying to hurry us. He gave us 5$ off bc it was our first time, but did a terrible job. I would rather pay more and have better quality... all the nails aren’t the same color, he did a coffin shape that don’t all look the same, the sides of my nail don’t even have color on them bc he was in such a hurry. And he didn’t even do my nails before he started, and even with my cuticles grown out he still managed to leave a noticeable amount of space between my cuticles and the actual color like it already looks like I need a fill And I just got them done yesterday. I will never come here again, and if you want quality without wasting your money you shouldn’t either

RUSH JOB THAT LOOKED HORRID! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! i had acrylic color done but the whole thing was horrible. My nails were uneven in length AND THICKNESS. I had 2 super thin acrylic colors done and at the end... my thumb was 4 cm thick!

Made an appointment for 1:00 p.m. for my friend and I to get a fill. It’s now been 45 min since we got here and my friend JUST got helped and I’m still waiting while there are four employees in the building and two customers being helped.So annoyed I wasted the middle of my day, and now I’m just going to have to go somewhere else another time. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU LIKE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.Update: it’s now 2:00 and I just got spoken to, no apology or anything. How ridiculous and unprofessional.

Nathan did an amazing job creating an ombré/ natural look using the sns dipping products. My nails look great and I would definitely recommend visiting Kiss Nails if youre wanting to freshen up your look and feel completely pampered! The atmosphere of the entire salon was very professional, while still inviting and fun.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! I was so nervous to get my first pedicure because Im a size 10. Shortly after he stared doing my feet he started making fun of my feet! I will not return with my big feet and I hope no one does. My friend called up there because it was her present to me and all he said was I told him not to do it again wow mind blown! Never again
