Made an apt for my mother and I. Sat in the chairs for 30 min waiting just to get water running. Then the lady who did my mother’s pedicure was argumentative when we asked her SO KINDLY to trim the top of the toe and she said she couldn’t, then we asked her to paint the top of the toe she missed, and she said she couldn’t. Manager got involved and only offered $5 off. Not a great experience and ended up being more stressful than relaxing and a waste of money. The pics are AFTER she “fixed” them. Try Rainbow Nails we love it there!

My friend and I have been going here recently and havent had a bad experience yet. Everyone is nice including the customers. The Techs asked questions about what service we wanted and how you wanted them to do it. I havent been nicked or cut and they dont dig into your nail bed. I can get 3 weeks before needing a fill. They never lifted..not one nail lifted! No air bubbles either! They are very kid friendly. They have a whole row of little chairs for them to get their nails/toes done! You check in when you get there and it adds points each time you go for coupons. They also have a brochure that entails what they do and the cost of each service! I havent seen a price board in years..so it was nice to see that. I have had Stephanie, Mike and Daniel do my nails so far and I highly recommend them.

The place is so big, clean, and inviting. My nail techs name is Tom(?). He moves fast and does not talk a lot or ask questions, which is what I just needed that day. Attached a picture of my manicure just 6 days after my appointment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends.

Every time Ive gone here, the service has been exceptional and the staff has been very kind and helpful. I went in earlier today (around 3:30), and they werent very busy so I was able to get started right away. I had a picture of what I wanted done and the nail tech went above and beyond. Super happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back.

This nail salon was able to get me in immediately and my nail technician did an amazing job. He was so fast too. The salon is large with a lot of staff and they were busy but no wait time! They are so fast and do an amazing job. My friend was also able to sit right beside me. So friendly and knowledgeable, as well. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I showed up as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon, fully expecting to have to wait because they were visibly busy. Didnt wait longer than 15 minutes before I had someone working on me. The nail tech was super quick, and still made them look great! Ill definitely return in the future!

They charged 214 for 2 manies and 2 gel pedis which is way too much my toes and my sisters toes both costed 50 and our nails were 57. I feel like every time I go to this place they keep getting more and more pricey and it’s getting out of hand, they need to stick with a price and go with it because my toes are usually 32 and I got the same thing but they costed me 50. They did a really good job but they need to lower or stick with the same price because 214 is too much for a basic color.

Mike did an amazing job on my acrylic refills. I had him pick out the design because he is the artist not me. He picked out colors that compliment my personality. I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks to have them filled again.

Had my 1st pedicure here today. I was a walk in and only had to wait about 10 minutes, very professional and nice pedicure. Will definitely go back. Update: Got a manicure here 2 days ago, its already chipping ugh. 2nd update: Now 2 weeks later I have an awful ingrown toenail from them being cut too short!! To reply: I couldnt tell you when I had the pedicure because the ingrown toenail didnt appear for 7 to 10 days afterwards! I live 2 hours away also!!

I have went here 2 times and they have been amazing both times. One was a fill and she did short coffin and she made them look so natural, I keep getting compliments on them. The other was a pedicure that I got today and my feet feel amazing and they did not do any short cuts like most places do. I did not have to wait either time, plenty of techs there to handle what u want. Their prices are a tad bit more than most places but it is way worth the extra money. I will deff keep coming back and recommend to everyone!

I just got a fill here here for my acrylic nails and I am so happy! I went to another salon previously and wasnt happy so a friend recommended Aqua and Im so glad I came! Mike did my nails and he did a wonderful job. He was fast but didnt rush and I really feel like he took his time with each nail. They look awesome and I will definitely be coming here for my nails from now on!

I usually try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt.. But this was so disappointing. I went here to get an acrylic set, and a pedicure. After my appointment I went home and noticed the paint was bubbling and gummy underneath. Went back in today and they “fixed it” but went home and now the same thing! I am so disappointed. I never get my nails done, so this was a special treat for me, and they look awful!! I have to go out of town this weekend, and now have to figure out how to fix my nails before I leave tomorrow. So disappointed. 😭

I previously left a review that I wish I could take back. I would if I knew how. The ladies here fixed my issue, and were super kind about it. They called me right away to have me come back to there could. Lily did a beautiful job, and I appreciate the care she took in my nails. I will continue to come here! 10/10 would recommend!

Worst experience ever! I came in for a pedicure and Nam was so distracted by watching what others were doing that he ended up cutting my toes multiple times with the file. I asked several times for him to slow down and he didnt understand English so he grabbed my foot and pushed it down, as if he was wanting me to sit still . The reason I jerked away was because he poured alcohol on my bleeding toes. At that point I just said, never mind, Im done and I went to the counter and told the lady what happened and she said, ok that will just be $20! I asked if she was serious and she said oh Im sorry but yes, $20. I paid $20 for a toe file with cuts... no polish, no trim, nothing. I wasnt even in his chair for 10 minutes. Absolutely disgusting! Ive never walked out of a place in my life. If someone cant understand or speak English and then they shouldnt be in a service position where being able to communicate is necessary. Has he understood what I was said it might have been a different experience so I blame the business for their lack of care for clients! Never going back!

Very clean was in and out quick. The guy was very talented and checked to make sure I get what I want. I do recommend bringing in a picture to help your nail tech understand what you want!

Ive been coming to Aqua nails for over a year now. Stephanie is who I go to every time. She always listens to what I want and goes above and beyond to make sure Im happy with my nails. I will continue to go here as long as she is working here! I also appreciate how clean the salon is every time Im there!

My nail tech was very nice! Funny he cracked jokes and took great care of my nails any issue I had he corrected which was nothing major anyway. He did a great job from start to finish!

I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened. The last 4 or 5 months the work and experience has gone downhill fast. Previously I would make an appointment with Alex who ran the front desk and maybe wait 10 minutes. The last 3 appts Alex was “on vacation” which must be code for no longer there. Twice I left after waiting over 40 minutes. They literally forgot I was there and gave my appt yo a walk-in twice. The last time the work was rushed and poor and yes. I waited 35 minutes with an appointment. I referred several friends there and they are having the same problems. We are all going to a different place now that is amazing and significantly less. I am sad a that a place I recommended for nails has gotten so bad. Alex was obviously the glue that held it together. On a funny side note, my regular tech has now been on “vacation” for a month so they must be losing their best people too. I would have given it a 1 star but its still pretty clean.

This place is beautiful and the service is wonderful. I highly recommend them. They have live piano music when I was there and wonderful massage chairs.

Aqua nails is always hopping! I’ve always had a great experience. You may have to wait a few minutes, but they always get someone to you in a timely manner. It’s always worth having to wait a few minutes for the great work that they do! I highly recommend them

I went into the salon at 12 on a Friday to have my acrylic nails fixed from going to a different salon previously. They immediately got me to a chair and were with me quickly. Tom was very kind and paid attention to the small details & took his time to make sure the shape was perfect. I live 45 minutes away and will gladly travel back here every couple for my fills. I couldn’t be more pleased with my service today.

Edit-Nails are separating after about a week or so. I had the gel polish that didnt cure peel off. I didnt want to bother to even go have them fix it. I just went and bought polish and painted it myself. My acrylic lifting from my nails is another story. I have never had that issue on a pretty new set. I have went elsewhere and have been able to have them filled 4 or 5 times before they lift anywhere. I dont know if it is bad application or if it is bad product. Now I am going to have to go elsewhere and get a fresh set so there isnt air getting under them. If these nail techs would slow down maybe they would get a better result for their customers.I have been there twice. The first time was pretty good. Today I went and not a very good experience. I needed a fill and gel polish. It is a place that usually they will make time for you. About the time she was going to paint my nails they sat the next person down and from there it seemed she was in a race to finish. She started rushing. I think she was a regular and she was familiar with her so she hurried more. She accidentally started filing one of my hands while it was still wet and there is one spot there isnt any top coat. There is a soft spot too on one nail that never cured. I said thats the wet one isnt it. She didnt even realize. Now I have one hand that is full of grit because she attempted to wipe it off but it was kind of too late at that point. I get they are very busy but if I come in and pay my money I should get treated like a possible new client/regular. I was going to go there more often because they are flexible but idk now if I will go back.

Came in on Sunday expecting them to be busy knowing they are only open 5 hours. But I was sat at a table and not one person came over to help me or even talk to me for 35 minutes. Then we asked and they said the 6 other people that came in after me all had full sets and needed to be worked on before me. I just was doing a fill. After 50 minutes of nothing we got up and walked out and then they wanted to say ill send someone over to help. This was not my first time in but will be my last.

If I could rate this nail salon worse I would. Staff is so rude and nails wound up way to long and not the length I asked for. If I could give some advice it would be not to waste your money and go somewhere else.

Ive had my nails for like 4 DAYS and already 2 have came off. The lady who did them rushed it and hardly seem like she wanted to do them. Got my skin a few times and drill so much I could feel the heat burning my nail. I got a oh is it hard to say sorry

Ive been coming here for the past couple years and today I wasnt very pleased with the services the owner wasnt very friendly and the guy working on my feet scrubbed my foot so hard it hurt. Then told my daughter she couldnt use certain colors without it costing her more and gel polish was an extra 23 dollars for some smiley faces on one toe. Not pleased at all with the services we got today on mothers day

On the plus side, I was a walk in and they got me in immediately. Sadly my experience after that was not ideal. My technician was friendly but did not offer or ask if I wanted my nails trimmed before beginning to apply the dip powder. My nails clearly needed to be trimmed as they were different lengths. After applying the dip powder she applied a top coat which needed a few minutes to dry, when she came back to check on them she accidentally smeared the top coat on one nail (no big deal, easy fix). Instead of reapplying the top coat she applied a gel top coat to just that nail for some reason (maybe to save time?). She then quickly dropped oil on each finger and told me I was done. No lotion, no hand massage, dip powder left stuck under all my nails, and no trimming my nails made me feel that I had barely gotten a manicure. Although the atmosphere of the business seems nice the whole experience felt rushed and there seemed to be little attention to detail especially for the price of the service. $42 dollars for a dip manicure that I had to go home and clean up myself. I doubt I’ll be back.

Everything was great! The nail place that I normally go to was closed/busy, so I came here and I’m not disappointed! Very friendly staff, they got us in and stayed after hours to make sure I got what I wanted! Overall satisfied!

2 hours after I left my nail polish started peeling on my acrylic nails because she put the wrong color on them painted over it wet. It was gel so didn’t set because it wasn’t put under the lights. Paid $115 plus tips for a fill and polish on my nails and a fancy pedicure. Not the first time I have been will be the last. Wish I could attach a picture because it looks so bad!

They did a good job. The only thing was that the one I started with didnt finished it. Then they didnt do the whole nail. For $57 i would expect no flaws.

Everyone I talked to at the salon was nice, however, I wanted to cry a little after seeing the work they did on my nails. It was HORRIBLE. They were shaped extremely weird and super slanted. It was also extremely thickened very bubbly which you cant tell from the picture. I would not recommend ever going here. I did not realize how bad they were until after they were finished and I have social anxiety and was too shy to tell them it was bad, but now I realize I should leave a review to warn others. On top of that, I called ahead of time asking how much it would be to get a dip French manicure and they said $40. When I went to pay, they ended up charging $55. I would not have gone to this salon if I had known they would charge me $55. Do not waste your money here.

Beautiful place to get your nails done. They rush and dont do a great job though. My freshly dipped nails were already cracked by the time I was walking out the door. Its also very over priced compared to many other nail spas in town. Overall, an okay experience.

After another non-named nail place in town destroyed my manicure last time, I decided to try this place. It seemed to have the second best ratings to the other place I tried. Why this place is not first is beyond me. I will admit time was a little bit of a factor and I feel it could’ve gone A bit faster but my nails look so good that I am absolutely going to continue getting my nails done here forever.

I travel frequently therefore I have been to quite a few nail salons. I know what the standards are and none were held at this establishment. I was treated poorly from the beginning and the service was awful. I was charged $65 for an eyebrow wax, lip & chin. Which is ridiculous! On top of that the wax lady did a poor job and waxed almost all of my eyebrows off leaving me looking surprised 😮. Amazing nails is where I usually go but they were closed. Ill be waiting next time. Save the skin on your eyebrows and go elsewhere.

My first time going here because I needed a place to get my nails done before thanksgiving and by far the best nail salon in town!He gave me such amazing nails! Definitely will be coming here from now on! Everyone is so nice and polite and they make sure you get what you want and asked for!

First time Ive had my nails done in over 10 years! She was super sweet. Even after she was done, I banged a nail in my purse & she quickly fixed it with no problem. Made an appointment in advance ( a few days ) and showed up 15 mins before. I was then told it would be well over an hour or two before wed even get seated. There were people lined wall to wall and they just kept accepting more people. I had told them I had a small child wanting her nails done when I made the appointment. Theres no way she would last all that time waiting. And when I went to check in, they said my name/appointment didnt matter just check in. Theyd get to me when they could. Whats the point of an appointment? Needless to say we left, went to another salon as a walk in and was able to hit the grocery store before this place would have gotten finished with us 🤬😡

A group of us had made an appointment for pedicures. Two of the techs did a really great job and took their time and really gave a decent leg massage like advertised, and the other two techs were the complete opposite. They seemed rushed and almost irritated that they were there at work. It was all our first time there and we are all willing to give it another chance and hopefully we can rate it 5 stars next timd

I got a French tip dipped nails and they did a sparkly color instead and the quality is so bad my nail broke within 3 days of having them! I am very easy and careful on my nails once getting them done and they broke and they looked awful after I got done and I paid 62.00 for something to break in 3 days!

New to the area, I was searching for a nail salon. I thoroughly read the reviews and decided to give Aqua a try. To my surprise I was very happy I did. Loved Tina and the owner as well. I used to be a reporter in Dallas Texas and was very interested in the salon and what it has to offer clients. Like everyone else I am concerned about my safety due to COVID. The owner explained to me that they have added air filter apparatus in the salon for the clients to give them safe air to breathe. There is also a water fountain that offers additional COVID protection.Additionally there is a VIP spa room specifically for anyone that might want to have a party at the salon.One of the employees was beautifully playing a piano.I would highly recommend you give Aqua a try if you’re in the Springfield area.I will definitely be back!!!

We rented out the back room the day before my wedding for the bridesmaids/moms/aunts to get mani pedis together. They were so professional and focused on us having a great time. The bottle of wine and free snacks were a nice touch too!

I’ve been going to aqua nails for a little over a year now and I’ve almost always been satisfied and I’ve always recommended them to family and friends but my last THREE visits in a row to aqua nails has been consistently bad and it’s made me not want to come back. My nail techs have been pretty rude to me and they don’t do what I ask them to. I’ve been told by two of their male techs that “sorry I can’t do that pick something else” and “if your nails where longer it would look better” knowing that he did a poor job on my design. My most recent visit is when I was told it would look better if my nails where longer plus the paint literally PEELED off of my nail the same day, they were chunky looking and they charged me $50 for it even though it was a fill that looked terrible I was just too nervous to say anything at the time. It honestly makes me really sad because I used to love going there but now I’m searching for another salon to be loyal to.

I was going to get French dipped nails, but after my hands soaked in acetone in plastic bag dipped in hot water, Decided Not too.My hands were dry from being in the acetone 30 minutes. Pedicure was done well.

I get my nails done every 2 weeks and have for years. Blown away by the kindness/friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere, the options for color/service, and the AMAZING job they did. I do not have a nail on one of my fingers and they literally created one for me! Forever I will be coming back! 👌💕🤗

The first time I went to get an acrylic set, I would have given 5 stars. The nails were perfect and attention to detail was awesome. This trip was a little disappointing, wrong color (it took me a few nails to notice & didnt want to be a pain), the job was a lot more sloppy and rushed, paint on my skin & some bubbling on nails. Pretty disappointing considering its a little higher priced than most places in town, and I dont mind paying a little more for cleaner work. Not sure if Ill go back or not.
