Honestly it was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The nail tech didn’t even take off my last manicure, just filed it down and put another one on top of it. She also didn’t touch my cuticles or push back any skin. I had to tell her that you could still see the other color underneath. She did not clean up the nails at all after and they are very messy. Lastly, I watched a woman get a pedicure, and another woman came in and they sat her in the same chair without cleaning anything. It was very disappointing.

Very bad quality. Charged me 50$ for short classic white tips. They started looking yellow and forming bubbles just a few days after. For the price tag this was not worth it and I will not be coming back here again:/

I LOVE Spa Nails!!! I get pedicures there and I have always been very happy! I went in for a physical and when my Primary Care doc saw my toes, he wanted to know where I got my pedicure! He said I see toes all day and yours are the best I have seen!!!

I love how nice my feet and toes look and feel after my pedicures here! My pedicures always last well over a month. The service they provide is quick but still satisfying. I live getting pedicures but don’t want to sit there forever!

It was supposed to be a wonderful girls day out for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. We were asked to sit down, I explained what we needed. The work itself I cant complain too strongly the comments that were made and speaking about their employees in front of us was one thing but what happened next is totally unacceptable. I gave my daughter my credit card to pay for the services she made a mistake in the tip area. The female owner of the salon looked down at the tip area and asked my daughter is that all youre giving? How dare you even say anything especially after I explained there was a mistake you look at me and turn and walk away. I will never go there again. Definitely over charges and greed is how they run their business.

Called to schedule 4 pedicures/manicures, we came in in 30 min, which was fast! Came in to only two workers, so two people in our party had their feet sitting in water for 30 plus min. My color was great but he never asked how short I wanted my nails or cut my cuticles. He also did not file them to make them straight. When I asked he said my cuticles were too dry to cut, which is bs because he never soaked my nails or got them wet to cut. Would not recommend!!

They were very friendly and efficient! Clean and personable. I will be going again for a pedicure and recommend to anyone in the Spokane area.

I called it was not clear what was being said but I understood walk ins were welcome went down there and was turned away because of disability.

We came in at about 6:20 when they close at 7. I understand that can be frustrating for the employees, I work in customer service and I’ve learned that you have to deal with that sometimes. My gel manicure was finished within 13 minutes. No cuticle cutting, no lotion, massage, soaking, no nothing. I would not recommend coming here at all. If I’m paying the same amount as everyone else, I feel like I should have the same experience as everyone else.

I’ve gone to FOUR other nail places before someone told me to go here. Thank goodness they did, my nails are FINALLY the way I’ve wanted them for months, and I don’t have to come home to file them myself. Shape, length, and color were all spot on. Especially for the price. Absolutely love this place, and will for sure be going back! Thank you so much for the patience and understanding of my frustrations!

I asked for a regular pedicure with no color added to my toes just clear coat and a fill. I came in with gel polish on so I figured there would be an extra charge but literally all the nail tech did was soak my feet and remove my polish and cracked my toe nail. No scrub my cuticles weren’t done and when it was time for my fill the man said it would be a 35 dollar charge because I asked for white. So i changed my color *they also do not offer very many color options which is why I originally went for white* asked for a design half way through buffing my nails the man mentions they do not do designs. I am usually an understanding customer but their costumer service was trash! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was charged $25 for the “pedicure” and left with one hand half way buffed.

This 1 star review is tooooo generous. I have been a customer of Spa Nail for years. I’ve had my “that’s it moment” quite a few times. But, I kept going back because I’m tolerant, forgiving and mostly it’s in my backyard. Sound like you maybe? Recently while complaining to a friend she strongly recommended Vanity Nail. It’s in the Valley and, to me, quite out of the way. I cannot express to you enough, as you read my review today, that Spa Nail does NOT deserve your business. My experience with Vanity Nail was out of this world wonderful. From the happy greeting you get at the door, the wine/mimosa/cider/coffee or water you choose complimentary with your service from their menu (yes, menu), their happy atmosphere, attention to detail and genuine care of your satisfaction and their sincere thank you for your business will leave you stunned and question, why you EVER would choose a place like Spa Nail again? Spa Nail doesn’t deserve your hard earned money. The drive to Pines in the Valley is so worth the content, and relaxed feeling when you leave there. Did it cost more than your usual? Nope. Did it take longer? Nope. Just be good to yourself and don’t go somewhere that makes you feel like you entered a feed lot. I went there literally 3 days after a Spa Nail pedicure. Initially I went for a color change because I was so disappointed in the color and application. What a mess it looked like! Vanity Nail couldn’t believe I had just had a pedicure either. I ended up doing a whole new pedicure, which I ended up realizing how much cuticle and callous had been left to still remove. OMG what a beautiful job Vanity Nail did! I left feeling like I’d done a little something nice for me. So, go do something nice for yourself too. Don’t even consider Spa Nail. Go to Vanity Nail. You’ll thank yourself that you listened 😊

Never even had the chance to get my nails done... the woman asked me to wait for 15 minutes, so I got sit in my car. Less than 10 mins later, the male technician turns off the open sign (at 5pm when their sign clearly says they are open until 6pm). I walk in moments later and he tells me they are closed and that the woman only asked me to wait 5 mins! A blatant lie and he was extremely disrespectful. I hate to think that this happened due to my skin color, but it sure seemed that way... I hope this is not the treatment that all women of color receive at this nail shop. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will happily be spending my money somewhere else.

I am happy with the way both of my pedicures have been done there. But NEVER take a child there for a pedicure. They charged me $20 for my 6-year-olds pedicure, which I have always been charged $5 for at other strip mall nail places in the area. It was really only polish application. I was horrified!

Came in to get a birthday pedi and mani with my husband. The girl that did my toes was obviously having a bad day. She kept rolling her eyes at me and deep sighing and huffing and puffing in frustration. When she scrubbed my feet i began to giggle because i am ticklish, she became so rude and irritated, said in an annoyed tone i cant do my job if you move your feet, keep them straight. seriously?! She also trimmed my toes so unevenly and did not apply nail polish well. Didnt smooth the nails out. Do not recommend this place.

First of all, when we walked in (three other ladies were getting a manicure and no one was sitting in the chairs getting a pedicure) the owner said we dont have time, we are understaffed. He made zero effort to accommodate the three of us. They told us they only had time for two out of the three of us. It was very rude. We decided to wait when we should have just left and ended up just being rushed through a pedicure. My daughter wanted her nails painted (for $5) and they said they didnt have time. Also, in the past I have always asked that they be more careful with the cuticle clipper but the nail tech just ignored me and cut away. It was so rough and honestly really hurt. I wont be going back.

I like how gentle she was on my hands. Nice and peaceful. Not overly crowded.

Worst manicure ever!!! We had to wait over an hour to get seated and then another 15 min for somebody to actually start. The girl that did my gel manicure did it in less than 15 min and didnt pay attention when she was shaping my nails. I will never go back!!!

This is the worst nail place I have ever.been they didnt listen and over charged I have my license and told them they had sanitation violations with all the nail shavings under the station they wanted me to sit at bare foot after our pedicures but that was only the beginning for natural messed up all different lengths and wrong shap with gel on my skin and wanted $45. I wouldnt send my enemy there.

Got a pedicure, my nails are completely crooked, unclean utensils, the place smelled so heavily of incense it was rough to stay in there. Not worth it, just go somewhere else.

Asked for gel polish glitter french tip nails.. got ugly embarrassing clumps of polish on my tips..for $30.. 🙄🙈 save your money do it yourself lol

Well they don’t accept tips on debit or credit card. Probably to avoid paying taxes. I wasn’t aware until I went to pay and got yelled at to the point everyone was looking at me for not having cash. I was going to come back and tip with cash until the OWNER yelled at me and made me feel bad for having my debit card only on me. Not to mention I had to wait 20 Min when they weren’t busy and my nails are crooked on some...

Gentle but efficient

Had to wait over an hour when they werent even busy! Very rude and unkind to the lady near me, she couldnt hear well so they yelled at her and she stopped talking.

The lady who filled my acrylic nails was incredibly rude. She kept burning me with the drill and got mad at me for being in pain!! She snapped at everything I said and my nails looks absolutely awful. She barely spend 20 minutes on them altogether. I will never go back!
