I really enjoyed my experience at Zen Nail Spa, the women who cared for me was careful and kind and had wonderful attention to detail. I will be returning (already rebooked) as I appreciated that they took their time and did beautiful work on my nails.Updated 5/25 - After my second visit to this salon I still feel the same way I did on my initial visit. The atmosphere is relaxing and the women who work here are very kind and take their time to make sure youre nails are done right. I am glad I found this salon!

After a great pedicure, Cindy introduced me to a Dip powder manicure a couple months ago.. I am sold!!!! I love how it looks and feels ... my own nails finally able to grow out and look natural. This is the best salon I have ever gone too and the only one Ive returned to on a regular basis.

I absolutely *love* this salon!I told my nail tech, Cindy, I was nervous because it had been years since I got a manicure and the last salon injured my nail bed pretty badly.Cindy was incredibly empathetic and extra careful. We had a great conversation and all the people there, workers and customers, were so friendly. My nails turned out beautiful. For the first time in years, Im actually excited to get my nails done.

Caroline did my pedicure and full set nails. She was so sweet to talk to and she did exactly what I wanted. Im incredibly happy as this is for my wedding in 3 days. I definitely will be back! Wow, Im truly amazed. Cindy was fantastic and honest about the condition of my nails and that she would not be able to do a new set of acrylics on me. Any other salon would have slapped on a set and gladly snatched my money. Not here. She provided great advice about how to improve my nails and get them healthy enough so that I may come back again when theyre healed. Only my first time meeting her and I know already she is a treasure. I will absolutely be returning. Aside from the professionalism and friendliness from Cindy, the salon itself is beautiful, quiet, and inviting. All around worth the visit.

Just had the most amazing experience with Zen Nail Spa. It was my first time and I was immediately greeted with wonderful warm hellos. I then received the most gentle, detailed and professional pedicure ever. My pedicurist was so pleasant and engaging. I will hands down be back again. I highly recommend!!!

I walked in, its clean, friendly atmosphere. The owner and two other ladies were fabulous. The nail tech took her time doing my nails! Even offered me water or juice! I felt like loyalty for about 45 minutes! I highly recommend this place! I finally found my nail place!

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon and when I saw this cute little nail spa I just had to try it. I got an acrylic set with gel and it is absolutely stunning! I’ve never received better service from a nail salon. This place is so cute and so clean and my nails have never looked better. I will definitely be going back! Don’t hesitate to try it, you definitely won’t regret it.

Im very happy with my pedicure experience and the shop is very clean, they have temp check at the door masks required. They made me a last minute appointment . I am thankful for Teresa and helping my feet feel soft again. There is also waxing so I was very glad I could get it all done here. They are located by Starbucks drive thru in the Y across from Rosauers.

They were amazing. Kept good conversation and made me feel quite at home and my gel mani and pedi lasted over a month (: AMAZING work!!

This is a relatively new nail spa in North Spokane and a wonderful addition to the area. I came into the salon at the recommendation of my grand daughter who had acrylic nails placed two days previously. A variety of treatments are offered and her prices are very competitive. It would be helpful if the Web site listed all of the treatments that she has to offer. She has a chalk board listing all the services but it is difficult to read unless you are standing very close to it. The owner has purchased all new, comfortable and efficient equipment and everything is spotless and well appointed. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and single use supplies for my pedicure. Instruments are taken out of some type of sterilizer so you know you are not going to be exposed to contaminated equipment. The owner is the only clinician at this time. She wears gloves which I also appreciated. The quality of her work is very professional and she conversed freely, even though English is not her first language. I wish this business every success and will come back again!

Teresa shows great hospitality to her customers. The place is very calming and a great place to get your toes and nails done for the holidays. I got my mom a gift certificate to get a gel manicure and she loved. Definitely recommend this place and totally will bring her again.

I went in with trash nails from Chi nails, they were thick and uneven and just plain awful. But Zen nails fixed me up amazing, she stayed an hour after closing helping me get perfect nails. Plus it was so cute in there! New favorite!
