Great selection of everything, tho i feel their prices are kinda steep for a second hand store.

Super friendly staff from the front door greeter to the donation attendant. For the complaints about having to unload your own things into the bins this is obviously for COVID safety and no they cannot help you. This is for their safety as well as yours and should be respected. The alternative would to be closed completely. We should all be thankful :)

I am done donating to this Goodwill. They have the rudest, meanest attendant. I’ve dealt with him several times and he has always been unpleasant. Today I went to take donations u have to unload ur items and put them in the appropriate bins, ok I get it, no problem. He just stands there no help. He is wearing a mask and gloves. Never smiles, never says thank you. I will say all my donations and take to SVDP when they reopen.

This store is complete garbage, Nothing but local business shirts with holes and overpriced. The employee with the red 2016 corolla also keeps things before they get to the shelves to resell.

Very nice, i love to shop in goodwill. Finding things that are unusual. Or just different than retail stores. Pretty good bargains as well

I went to donate. They dont really take donations anymore. They want everything like new not dirty or used. I have about 200 puzzles that are all in great shape and all there but have been obviously used they wouldnt take them. Theyre puzzles for goodness sake.

My mother and I were standing in line when the tag on my moms shirt literally fell off when she was getting it out of the buggy. My mom picked it up and told me in front of the register that the tag just fell off. I told my mom to tell the lady at the register and that it should be fine. Well my mom got to the register and started telling the lady that the tag fell off her shirt but the older lady working there immediately cut my mom off mid sentence and accused my mother of changing the price on the shirt and she would not accept the tag my mom handed her that was once previously attached to the shirt. She told my mom that she would either have to put the shirt back or pay full price on it because the tags are “secured pretty well” and “don’t just fall off”. Needless to say, we were not concerned of the price of the shirt and we were willing to pay however because she accused her of changing price, we just walked away buying nothing. They don’t even have the prices on the clothing, just colored plastic, so that isn’t well organized. Also they need to start having 2 people at the register to help with the line. Especially if the one person doing it is new to the job. Another lady before me got a pot that was labeled $1.89 and when she put it on the register the same older lady laughed and told her “no way that’s $1.89, it needs to be $9.89” and changed the price then and there. The lady buying the pot was very confused by what happened but didn’t say anything. CLEARLY though the pot HAD a label on it already marked $1.89. It’s a pot for crying out loud. She could’ve gotten a brand new one at Walmart for $9.89

This place is a joke. First I find pants on a rack advertising they were $4.99 and they dont have a tag. But they were my size so I tried them on. They fit and would have worked for my new job. However when I ask the price Im told $6.99.I said sir these came from that rack labeled $4.99. He begins to argue with me then tells me I probably removed the tag then he goes to the dressing room I came out of. I said excuse you. Then the manager tells me they are boutique pants and that if I want them they are $6.99 and the sign doesnt matter. I am like whoa. First lets mention false advertising illegal...then lack of customer service just plain rude and third its a thrift store that gets items donated for free and is run by volunteers. And the cashier just wants to argue instead of sell the item in other words cant do his job right. Do not shop here!!

I picked up a pot, yeah it was a pretty nice pot... but the tagged price was $30. And thats just an example of the RIDICULOUS pricing you will consistently find there. And I can only assume there must be rampant credit card fraud there because if you have a valid credit card and are making a $13 dollar purchase with a very young child in your arms you will still need to go back out to your vehicle and fish out an ID despite the card being signed or not or running it with a pin number or not. The employees there dont make it easy to shop either. For the plethora of second hand stores around save your time and search elsewhere for some finds. Dropping off goods for donation isnt the easiest either.

Its the goodwill,YES prices have gone up,,,its not the 70s&80s anymore!!! Blame it on the soooo trendy, they who now deem worthy cool to shop at thrift stores....as for the earlier comments, people wanting or STEALING,,with a justification of its donated...maybe they should Google goodwill serviceson their i-phones....as for customer service,,its hit or miss,,,but a smile goes a long way ..the shopper isnt stuck working ...no?? Understanding human nature makes me wish I could bring my dog EVERYWHERE

They have really great clothes, but its OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED! Im buying other peoples used, tossed out hand me downs for more than Ross sells NEW CLOTHES! $10 for a thrift store dress? Plus the 2 older women who work there get so defensive about it if you say anything about how expensive it is, like they have a say in pricing or profit. Its GoodwillI, you want to be a different store change your name or at least take down your old signs, now youre just lying to get business. I understand it is supposed to make money to help people bla, bla, bla, but its also supposed to be a place where people without money can afford to shop! The road used to go both ways!

Review №29

It is no longer the fun treasure hunt it used to be. They skim anything of worth off the top to sell on-line. The stuff in the store is the leftover stuf that we all give away. I cannot purchase clothes from Target and Wal-Mart at the Goodwill. The staff is cool and helpful. The store could have much more inside it is so big. The best advice is to wait at least a month between shopping trips there because stuff does not turn over very fast.

If I could give no stars I would I was appalled by the rude and disrespectful service first I felt I was being watched like a hawk then after trying on and nothing fit I put stuff on the rack and was leaving empty handed he says are you going to pay for your items I said I didnt grab any there all on the rack over there and he says over where I pointed and said right there he does the over where 3 more times and Sallys whats this hanger from I said look over there all the stuff I tried is right there by that point I was embarrassed and pissed I was going to ask for a application since I seen now hiring after the altercation with this rude old man and how petty he was after all stuff is donated and then they put a price on it is actually ridiculous to throw a big fit like that for god sakes if someone needs that cloths and to go threw the process of having to take it let them have after all you got it for free
