No wait for a walk-up pedicure. Staff are masked up which I appreciated (optional for guests). Chairs have GREAT massaging, and my tech did a fantastic job getting rid of my callouses/ cleaning everything up. When I chose the color, she painted one nail and asked me if I liked the color before continuing with the rest just to be sure. Love that attention to detail! I’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely love this place! I always have a pleasant experience here and leave with nails that I am very pleased with. This is the only place in Spokane that I trust to do my nails.

They did okay as far as nails went and cute-clean space but not fluent in Nail art or design. Better Im sure if you kept it basic. She did work fast and Nail quality was good. They need to invest in new pedicure chairs instead of the 3 Lexuss the employees had parked outside.

I first wanted an ombre French nail, she started doing just a French tip when I restated what I wanted they said they couldnt do it. During the process the lady got frustrated with me pointing out that I wanted. I have never had a place make my cuticle bleed and this place did. Three of my cuticles are bleeding. They used single-use files that had been used on someone else on me. The polish does not cover all of my nails. The edges are rough and snagging on things. Over all I am pretty disappointed with this place.

Great service and attention to detail. I am very particular about my nails and was happy with the results. I appreciate that the shop was very clean and quiet as well.

I had never gone to this nail salon before, but I should have because this place is awesome! Me and my friend went for her birthday. There was no wait usually at this place, pretty common I hear. So over all I have to say she did a wonderful job! She made sure to be gentle and observant when giving me gelled nails. She just took her time to make sure it was just what I wanted and was friendly with me. I appreciate a nice quality place like this one! Thank you ❤

They double charge me for the services and I fear they will try to charge me three times the staff were extremely rude when I presented proof of purchase they lost the receipt DO NOT GO THERE there are so many nail salons this is one to avoid now I will have to dispute with my bank these fraudulent charges to prevent a third charge and I am overall not satisfied with my nails I filed them down to the size I liked I’d give less than one star but google has one star minimum

If I could give a lower rating I would. Not only was my dip manicure poorly done, but I was way overcharged for mediocre work.They messed up a simple dip manicure and all my nails were different shapes. The service was aggressive, tearing up my nails beds and hurting my cuticles. I dont recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Came here for the first time today. I was very satisfied with my experience. It was clean, professional, reasonably priced and comfortable. My acrylics were shaped exactly how I wanted them (almond). I will definitely be returning.

Will not be going back to this place, mine look horrible and my friend got gel nail polish on and its already chipping thats supposed to last longer then regular mail polish... we will not be going back and I will not recommend anyone to go there

Fast and friendly service. I often am accommodated for walk-ins and rarely turned away without an appointment. That being said, they do a good, steady flow of appointments so it is always best to call first. So gentle with nail removal when I switch sets that I wouldnt go anywhere else with my thin nails. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience! I recently moved here from Seattle and was in need of a nail shop. I was just driving down Division and saw the sign “Loan and Mai Nail Salon” and decided to stop. When I walked in I mentioned I did not have an appointment and Linh immediately stood up and said she was happy help me. She was fast and very nice! I was in and out with my fill, pedicure and eyebrows within a hour! They all look amazing! Everyone was very nice and professional, super clean environment and welcoming atmosphere! I would recommend any and every to this place! The customer service was top of the line!

My favorite nail salon in the area! Ive been to a few but never left as satisfied as I do when I come here. The place is very clean, workers are friendly, and prices are fair. It can get busy at times so definitely call in for appointments! Love coming here, always have great experiences.

Pros: Was able to walk in and be seen right away. Pedicure was only $22 (I wasnt given an option for a deluxe pedicure, not sure if they offer them here.Cons: Technician did not remove all the dry skin on the bottom of my foot. She only used the pumice stone a few times. The massage was subpar. She spent so much time massaging my shins that the skin turned red and felt irritated, but barely any time on my feet (which were sore). Paint job sloppy.I am new here, and will look for another salon.

Just had a manicure done! I called ahead and they were able to take me in right away! She was super friendly and did a fabulous job with my nails! I got a punch card and will definitely be coming back!

None of my nails are the same shape and some are crooked, she made me bleed, and there are so many bubbles and fuzzes in the acrylic, not to mention the skin layer she left stuck to the glue that got everywhere... Plus the acrylic goes over onto my skin on every finger or not all the way to my cuticles. So, I don’t recommend this place. Waste of $30.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The regular nail polish selections are very limited. They have 5 of the same purple and very few neutral shades. Most of them look like they are years old and are crusty and dry (the polish, not the people). Shellac has a better selection, so I was forced to upgrade without intending to do so in the first place. However, my shellac chipped in 2 different areas within 4 hours of leaving the nail salon. Ive never experienced shellac chipping so quickly and so obviously. I went back the next day to have the 2 areas fixed, and the woman who was working grilled me about when I got them done and where. She ended up agreeing to fix it, but instead of removing all of the shellac on those nails and re-painting the couple nails, she painted the shellac just in the areas that were chipped. It quite obviously looks like a shoddy patch job. I was so stunned that I kept my mouth shut and left because I want nothing more to do with them.

I’ve been there once before about 6 months ago, they did a really good job. Went there again today with my best friend...they made all of my friends cuticles bleed and my nails are so uneven, looking at them makes my eyes hurt. I asked them to file them a little straighter but that just made them worse. I got gel done, but have bubbles under 3 of my nails. I’m obviously disappointed because I really enjoyed them the first time.

I absolutely love these girls. Pricey but good. And talking to them is better than counsling. Getting my nails done has helped me alot .

Overall, I was unhappy with my experience. While getting my nails done, she almost buffed my fingertips more than once, and didn’t apply the nail polish all over the nail. Upon that, she applied the gel so thin (I noticed during application) that within a week, the gel started breaking like a real nail. Would NOT recommend this spot. They rush through it.

Uneven gel polish, started pilling just days after the visit. Oh and not only bad quality, the technician ripped off one of my acrylics and than said its extra 3$ to get a new one 🤣🤣🤣.

Awesome and fast customer service, they do an amazing job with mani and pedis and have very good prices and a wide gel and normal nail polish selection. It is however hard to get a walk in because of their amazing service so I suggest making appointments even if its a same day appointment.

I took my sister here to get our nails filled and it was great there was no one there so we were both seated right away but towards the end people started coming in and they only had 2 techs working on a wednesday at 2pm which was fine i didnt mind waiting a couple minutes but after we were done i went to pay and they charged me $62 for mine and my sisters fills and the board said it was only $15 for a fill and when i asked them to put rhinestones on they told me it was a dollar for 2 so i didnt get them my nails turned out fine but i was over charged and will not be going back
