No one wants their car towed but while I was there, they were very courteous and extremely helpful. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes

I was a victim of the Newark floods :/ and sadly Newark PD had to tow my disabled vehicle. I called B&C to inquire the following day if my vehicle was there (because Newark uses Dente Towing also) and the man who picked up had been there all night handling the flood backlash. He was courteous, helpful and told me exactly what I needed to have my vehicle released. Once I dropped off the release, the gentleman in front was also very courteous and gave me # to submit to my insurance for them to pick up vehicle. I was told my insurance pick up had zero glitches. I had zero wait time at the facility on the Monday after these floods.

The staff was helpful with providing all the information needed to retrieve our vehicle which was parked illegally, ticketed and towed. We had a pleasant experience with no problems.

The worst company - do not understand how this is not investigated as there is clearly a lot of cops that will back them up and tow vehicles. At the covid time with mandate by the governor and Mayor Barak they still didnt care about the law and just went over.

Absolutely horrible company. They were abusive to me and used F word over the phone. My car was involved in a crash and the police called this company to tow the car. To release my car for repair, I asked them to accept the payment over the phone by credit card because I live over 300 miles away. They refused and asked me to come to their facility and pay by cash or credit car otherwise my car will go nowhere. Despite my plea that I am 5 hours away they wouldnt budge and even used abusive language. My car is still there and I dont know what to do to get it back.Warning to all drivers: Run away from this company. You will be in big mess if somehow your car is towed to this facility.

Just would like to thank truck 64 and 69 (NOT NICE) for almost totaling my vehicle going to an accident on Interstate 78 approaching the GSP, 8/28/2021. Couldnt wait 5 seconds for me to move over.

Horrible customer service. They wont tell you what your vehicle was really towed for until you get there and have to go get a police release form. Had me thinking it was towed for sweeper on the same day but something entirely different .

Unfortunately due to my own fault, my car was towed. However, B & C towing made it easy to get it out, and wasnt as crazy expensive as I thought... About $130.

Received a phone call that this company was asked to tow our trailer by the local police department. Apparently, they had our trailer for 2 months and were unable to get in touch with us (so the owner said). When I asked about him helping us out on the price, the owner said thats the standard rate, I then replied with Oh, Ok then...What forms of payment do you accept, he then started saying that we should know where our trailers are and that he knows where his are. Yea, you have 5 trucks (maybe) and we have 200 units, ya jackass!! We deliver to that area all the time and we must have missed that the trailer had not moved for a bit or assumed that it was being bounced around that area.. Again, I asked what forms of payments they accepted and he started arguing with me, I told him I wasnt going to argue with him and I guess he didnt like that to much because When I asked for the 3rd time what form of payment they accepted, he said Cash Now. Then he told my driver that he would charge us $700/day for storage if we didnt get the trailer off his lot that day. Absolutely Unprofessional, this is the kind of company that gives tow companies a bad name! DO NOT USE!!!!! SCUM!!!!! You make me ashamed to say Im from New Jersey!

Towed me 3 times (different spot) because apparently there was a sign that said no parking for street cleaning. I went with my friend to take picture to prove there was none since it got knocked down or something. (its Newark, sometimes the signs are missing) They said there is one every block and we walked the entire street and saw none. I tried explaining and they said then peruse us in court and then hung up. The tickets/tow cost is cheaper than court fees so they know they can get away with towing students. I had to walk from Rutgers to them 3 times (4 miles) in the cold and rain at night with my books and laptop. One time I paid ahead of time but by the time I got there it was the next day so they charged me an extra $10. Every time dealing with them they were rude to me. Such heartless people...They go in fleet of tow trucks and they wait for the time so they can tow you and collect their prize. I actually SAW my car being driven away once, they are VERY good with time when they have to be, like to the second they wait to screw you over. When I picked it up they rough handled my car because it had the mirrors pushed in and some scratches. They feel very arrogant and powerful when dealing with customers...uh I meant victims

Unfortunately I had to visit this place... But the worst thing I was searching for my car all over the place because they put my plate number wrong on the registration. So when I call them always said that my car wasnt there. I had to went there and look for my car!😤

I was at the UHAUL here, HORRIBLE people, very hostile! Very vicious people!They ruined our whole trip and weekend by ruining the whole agreement they had with us at the last minute. it ended up costing us a lot more than we had planned.Stay away from them! You will regret using them.Im currently drafting a complaint email to report them to Uhaul and demand some compensation.

Very unprofessional, Mannerless and very rude especially a guy name AL who hung up on me, he’s lucky I didn’t report him for fraud for not refunding my money for more than 27 business day after issuing me a VOID sale receipt. RUBBISH.

I was told the office didnt come in until 930am but he didnt get there until after 1030am. I didnt have that long of a wait but there were people there since 730 being told the officer (who is THE ONLY ONE who can process a release) would be there at 8am. So I would strongly suggest them being more accurate with their times and not be so rude. I was told one of the employees was very rude to a you g man because he thought he didnt have the money to pay. It was unnecessary.

I dont know why anyone should give a towing company any stars. The only reason I am is based on the fact that the people were nice and informative. They worked with my insurance company. They were helpful in locating where they placed my totaled vehicle. They helped remove the stuff from the vehicle and it was very appreciated. I had bad experiences with other towing companies. I had a good experience with this one.

Be ready go to around and waste time if you car gets tow for street cleaning. They will ask you for a police release.

My front bumper was damaged

Theyre alright. I got towed by them a few times over the years and theyve managed to not destroy my bumper like another local company did. No complaints here, never had any issues with them.

The guy at the counter, the big fat nasty dirty one isn’t a huge jerk that doesn’t know which end is what.. he is rude, nasty and lacks basic communication.. this place would actually be a bit better if he didn’t work here

BE AWARE!!!! My vehicle was towed there after my MVA. I went there the next day to get my personal belongings. I noticed my vehicle had been ransacked and had missing items. I went into their office to ask if thats customary of their people to go through peoples cars. The guy says no and asks if EMS was on the scene. I replied yes and he says it was them they like to take stuff from peoples cars. I call bs on that comment. Make sure to check your belongings in your vehicle when you get it from their tow yard. These people will go through your vehicle, steal your stuff and blame it on EMS personnel. Just low down.

I can only imagine that the 5 star reviews of a towing company are paid for, or written by the police departments that utilize them to rip off citizens.Working at a towing company office probably sucks, because you are hated before a person even walks in to pay too much money to retrieve their car.But, you chose your job.The people who work here are rude, aggressive, and inconsiderate. There is no need to lock the door so you can have lunch- eat your lunch in shifts. Locking people outside in an industrial area like that is unsafe and rude. It could be freezing or sweltering hot, and they would do it. Have some human decency.Also, you are so in the pocket of police departments. We know it, and so we dont feel the need to be your best friends. Corruption to the fullest.

I wouldnt recommend this towing company to anyone. My mother who got into a car accident discovered that some of her items, such as some dvds were taken from her car.When confronted on the situation, one of the staff members accused a paramedic to steal the item which wouldnt make sense considering how my mom was by her car during the accident. Please be mindful to gather any personal objects from your car before allowing any company, such as this one to tow it away.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE, TERRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE CAR LOCATED, NO ONE THERE NEAR SIDE OF BUILDING OF RED GATES TO DIRECT YOU TO WHERE CAR IS, YOU PRETTY MUCH HAVE TO FETCH YOUR CAR IN A LARGER THAN A FOOTBALL SIZE LOT, AND GHETTO GUY TOLD ME THIS IS AINT A MALL!! I wish I could give zero stars. I was involved in a serious accident. Has to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. After I left the hospital my insurance company needed me to get a release form from the police department so they can get it towed to a body shop. After I brought these guys the release form I went to my car to clear it out and saw they stole very expensive items from my car. Total scumbags to take advantage of people like that.

They take your property and do not release the information you need to get it back. FYI the basic documents are drivers license, insurance card, registration. Do not expect them to help you. You will need some release form as well depending on why they took you vehicle.

The people at the window are nice. But they have you go find your car yourself, they just tell you what direction to walk in. The cars are tightly packed. I saw tow truck trying to get someone elses van off the lift by trying to shimmy it off.

I was dropping off someone to pick up their car in a rain and snow. The worker yelled at the customer they were closing for lunch 3 times and slammed the door in her face. I somehow feel common decency is forever lost. He could have at least offered her a place to sit while they had lunch. It was 36 degrees and sleet raining. I can only imagine what he would do had this happened to his daughter.

These guys are scumbags. They are hateful people that don’t give a damn about anyone but themselves. I gave them a call letting them know I was on my way to pick up my car because I live far and it was closing in 20 minutes. I told them please to wait just five minutes that I was almost there. Once I got there they refused to give me my car because I showed up only 2 minutes after they closed. Just 2 fricking minutes. Scum low life people they are!

Car got towed without us being able to move and or do anything about it on Friday. Called the place Saturday, they said it would be $180 to get it out. We called Saturday night to ask about how much they would charge per day, for the car being there, where we were told it would be $123 and $10 per day. we went Sunday, since when we called they were closed, and it was $228. Customer service was very rude and denied anyone ever telling us those prices.

My vehicle was stolen. Upon arriving to see my Jeep at this place, they forced us to pay without knowing the condition of vehicle. Once I got in contact with my insurance, Michael had an attitude and started cussing at me and my insurance company.

My fathers car was stolen and was located in Newark NJ. We drove 3 hrs. to retrieve the vehicle and they would not let us take the vehicle home because the office was closed . The bearded fellow was not very nice to my father at all. We had to drive 3 hrs back home without the car. I wish I could rate this with zero stars or possibly negative stars as the people there were arrogant and didnt care one bit and offered no explanations for anything other than come back tomorrow. Horribly pathetic way to run a company that serves the public.

Never have seen a tow company so eager to tow cars as these guys. At 3:59 their already to hook you up and ruin your day. They actually cause more traffic towing the illegal cars then if they just let the traffic go through without their input.

They killed my battery and cost me a lot of money but not all there fault. The only bad thing about them is they do not tow ur car out if battery dies or if it dont move you have to get your own tow truck.

Terrible! They line up in Newark at 11:55 am waiting for cars to tow. Its disgusting. To think that this could never happen in a suburban area because citizens would complain. Instead they milk low income blacks and Hispanics for minor infractions. It is unfair and unconstitutional. I am going in today to file a lawsuit against them!
