They were very friendly to me and other clients. I was expecting normal full set prices, but the end cost for a full set was twice as much as I was expecting and it had not been communicated prior they would charge twice as much.It was $70 dollars for a full set. Had they communicated that way they would apply ombre was with acrylic coloring would be twice as much, I would have declined. And had they rounded out the acrylic application better I would have been less bothered by the cost. But niether happened. I wasnt informed and they rushed the shape of the nail, its uneven and super bulky at based. Im frustrated as I have had very detailed designs cost way less, and look better. They rushed my appointment for a full set so they could take more walk ins.They were friendly but the end results wasnt as good as Im accustomed to and the price being twice as much as advertised means I wont be going back.

Me and my mom just went here for a girls spa day and got deluxe pedicures done. The service was so good they got us in right away and our nails look great. We got the sugar scrub, cooling treatment and paraffin wax with gel nails. $60 each but it’s WELL worth the money! They were also very friendly and not rough like other nail salons. Highly recommend!!

They always do an amazing job, and I cannot recommend Yen enough. After moving from the Seattle area, I struggled to find a nail salon I liked. After a really bad experience at one salon I won’t name, Yen fixed my nails up, gently and with amazing precision. She has a steady hand, and creates beautiful designs. I will be a repeat customer for a looong time.

The cute family owned business never fails me. I only come here for pedicures and always come on a walk-in basis and am always able to get in with no issues. I just get the basic $25 pedicure and it’s always great, no matter which employee I have. But what I love most about this place is how nice everybody is. They are always so happy and eager to do any of the services and it makes me happy in turn to support this local business.

Dropped my chicà off for an hour, when I picked her back up she was happy. She said, they do a really good job and the price was really good.

Great experience. I had a gel manicure, regular polish pedicure and my eye brows wax. The salon was clean and my girl was friendly. She did a great job evening out my nails to try to keep the length. I also loved the chrome color options.

I went in late on a Sunday (4pm) to get my toes and nails done as I was getting married the next day.I showed them a picture of a french manicure for my nails which ended up coming out perfect. I hate getting manicures but the man who did it was so gentle he didnt nick me at all.They did such a good job and even stayed late (5:30) so they could finish. I was so happy and grateful. Nails looked perfect. Also, football was on the TV and it was just a nice experience all around.I felt like it was pretty sanitary too. No issues. I will return!

I am absolutely disappointed in top nails on Francis, I went in for a pedicure and I was soaking my feet for 45 minutes, the water became ice cold and I was being completely ignored. The floors were filthy, I asked for a towel so I could dry my feet and leave, and the man pointed at the towel across the room expecting me to go walk across their dirty floors with my wet bare feet. This was an absolute disaster, the nail techs did not sanitize any implements or tables between their clients. They did not barbacide or sanitize anything for that matter. highly do not recommend for anybody seeking proper customer service or relaxation!!!

Went in for a pedicure, my feet were in cold water from 1:14 until 2:10. I wish they would of told me an hour wait and I could of got done so much shopping near by. I had my family with me (we live an hour away) so they waited. I got out at 2:40! Thats with no color! I asked them not to paint my toe nails because I didnt have enough time. Sure didnt expect to be charged the full $25. To top it off i dont even have a big toe nail lol. I will not go back as I didnt feel like a valued customer. I feel like they could of offered me a discount as I had to wait so long and I didnt even use nail paint.

Due to Covid I was unable to do my nails in Seattle. This place did justice! Owners were a couple and so welcoming! My nails turned out great!

A friend recommended me this place since I wanted to start getting my nails done again. For the most part, they do excellent on acrylics but the reason for the 4 star is because the first time I went I had a few slanted nails and they were also kind of thick. But the ones I got done a few days ago are excellent! I don’t remember her name but station #4 is where it’s at!!

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts is because it did take 1 1/2 hours however my nails look absolutely stunning (: worth it if you have the time to spare

Have been coming for a while, usually as a walk-in. Nail services have been just ok and each time they would ask me if I wanted a pedicure. Have gad one here in the past that wasnt good at all. So made an appointment today and specifically asked for a person stating I wanted both a fill and pedicure by her. Got there 5 minutes early and still had to wait more than 1/2 an hour just to get seated in the pedicure chair. Then another 1/2 an hour before they started that service, and had to ask for them to make the water hotter as it was like warm at best. An older guy started taking off the old polish which was fine as it would save time for the nail tech I requested.As I was sitting there, the nail tech I requested came over and started on my hands; removing the gel polish. The man who had removed the polish from my toenails started doing the pedicure. I told the nail tech that I had requested her for both when I made the appointment and she said, well I have another appointment after you.The pedicure was awful, didnt do anything I asked for, and not relaxing at all.They have lost my business and I dont recommend them at all.

I dont like the thick and unnatural look of nails when I got them done here. I immediately went to Vintage in Spokane Valley and had them fixex.

I went here for the first time today and had the pleasure of being seated with Bella she’s super friendly and I had a great time talking to her she was genuinely interested in holding a conversation and getting to know my name (not something most nails ladies do, or care about) she was super gentle the entire time (didn’t cut a single cuticle or cause a single hang nail) and constantly made sure I LOVED the look of my nails not because she doubted herself but because she wanted to make sure her costumer was happy and satisfied which I definitely was and another thing ok I’ve been to multiple nail salons in Spokane and have had a variety of nail shapes most ladies know what shape you are talking about but aren’t the best at actually achieving that shape not only did she know what I was talking about but she achieved it flawlessly!!!! Definitely coming here again the price is great the employees are friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing.

Great place! They were all really nice and good quiet atmosphere. They did a thorough job on all our mani/pedis. Ive taken my kids to another place before and they were given a quick halfway done job on their nails at full price. This place did every step and just as good on them as they would do on anyone else. Great quality work.

They take there time and make sure they are giving you exactly what you what. By far the best nail place I have come to since I moved to Spokane a few months ago. My nails look amazing!!

The lady who did my nails was very nice and did a very good job but the shaping was a little off some nails were longer than each other and was a little lumpy if you slid your finger off of it but very good and clean and I will come back

If I could give zero stars I would. I went here because my usual salon was closed. Big mistake. There were no customers, which should of been a warning on a Sunday afternoon, one of the employees was getting her nails done, the other working on her and the third was watching TV. They had me sit in a chair, which I had to wait five minutes while the employee getting her nails done before they started working on mine. She was extremely rough, cut me three times on three different fingers and my acrylics were so wavy and had so many dips it looked unfinished. I needed a new nail but she didnt put on a new tip just added acrylic over the actual nail, that nail broke off in about three weeks. The paint job was crappy. I could see the color of the nail between heavier coats of polish. They charged me $10 more than my usual salon for shoddy work. I will never go back here; their customer service is horrible, they price gouge their customers and do subpar work.

Literally the worst service I have ever gotten at a nail salon. Got up & walked out after sitting there for an hour and a half without my nail set being started on keep in mind I made an appointment. I was told it was my fault because I was soaking my old nails off instead of letting them rip them off my nail bed. It still doesn’t take an hour and a half to do a soak off. When I complained because I was told I could speak freely after asking to talk to the owner I was harassed by the female employee named Bella to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it, that even though I had an appointment doesn’t matter they were still helping other customers & that they “work hard” so basically just eff me. well I work really flipping hard too hence why I wanted to treat myself to nice nails.i left in tears. Never will go to another top nails & especially this one ever again.

This was awful!! This place was so unprofessional and rude I happen to speak a few languages and never in my life have I been so offended they were making fun of my nails and how short they were and called me stupid!! Screw these people! On top of that one of the nails this lady did lifted and looks awful I’d post a picture but it won’t let me probably because you already see how from other people how bad they do!! Don’t go here it’s a waste of you hard earned time and money!!

It used to be a great place for pedicures but it has gone downhill over the last year, bit sure why. Just not as friendly and relaxing.

I had a pedicure from the older lady. She did ok. But, because of her lack of english, she didnt do what I asked. Yen does an awesome job on my nails though.

Ive been here twice and both times I wasnt impressed. My usual place was too busy, I was in a bind. I had the same person do my nails, not the one Id like to have, and it looked like a 5th grade did my nails. They were uneven and the tools marks were visible. Poor work.

This salon is a joke I needed a nail replaced they put it on did not match it to the rest of my nails and the nail polish is still sticky 2 hrs later and done poorly. I will not come here and the price was highway robbery 😡

This salon use to be my “Go To” for my nails. That was until I spent 2 visits waiting over an hour for a manicure, and on my 3rd visit I attempted making an appointment hoping that eliminate a long wait time... I ended up walking out after waiting an hour past my appointment time. Not to mention the appointment I made was for my bridal manicure for my wedding the next day. I was not a happy bride and sadly was let down by a salon I USE to frequent and send all my referrals to.

Took my mom there yesterday for a fill. After waiting almost an hour with no communication she sat down and the nail tek started removing her old nails. After she removed the first one my mother had no choice but to have them all replaced causing undo expense and discomfort. Will never return!

Ive been here 4 or 5 times over the course of a year and the experiences I had started wonderfully, but declined from there. This last visit was my final one, not because I dont like the people there but because after getting a full set of acrylic nails, most of them are not centered and there are several spots on my fingers where the file went too deep or tore the skin, drawing blood. Whether the technician was simply distracted that day, I dont know but I dont believe any experienced professional should make such mistakes, distracted or not. Another complaint I have is that every time Ive said what Id like during this visit Ive asked How much will this be? and the response has been $40 as always. Yet at the end of every visit when it comes time to pay, Im told We put a gel coat on top so thats another $5 or Oh the sparkles in the acrylic are $10 more. If Im told a rate, and thats going to change, Id like to be told prior to the work being done, as I think anyone would. Their nails are gorgeous and I love the work they do on most occasions but this last time nailed all my concerns into one and I wont be going back unfortunately.
