Elaine was the nicest lady I have met in Spokane. She was very personable and made me comfortable. I got a pedicure and fill and am highly satisfied.As far as answering the phone, I had no problem with it at all. She owns her business which gives her the leisure to do as she wants, and not to mention she answers the phone to schedule appointments.Thank you again, Elaine !

She was so inviting, she made me and the girls I brought with me, feel right at home. Message chairs for the pedicure is definitely a bonus as well. We felt very pampered.

I went to this salon to get a manicure and a set of acrylics for me and my sister. Elaine was very sweet, but she took a personal phone call while we were there and it was slightly uncomfortable. She asked us if we minded and we said no, as she had already answered the call and put it on speaker. I had to point out that my nails were uneven and misshapen multiple times. The atmosphere was nice but the space we were sat at was dirty and not very sanitary to me. Elaine used acrylic on my nails and it got everywhere. I was stuck at the chair picking acrylic off my fingers and even after washing it was still all over. My sisters nails were done a simple French tip. They came out pretty well. It was not a great experience and I probably won’t go back just because the nails did not turn out the way I would have wanted them to. Elaine was extremely kind and I did enjoy her as a nail tech though.

Amanda did my pedicure, and honestly, it was the best one Ive ever had! Ive had a hard time finding a salon Ive really liked enough to go back to, but I will definitely be seeing her again.

I hate to leave a bad review but i have to. Unfortunley my nails turned out horrible. Elaine was very nice but mine and my moms nails turned our horrible. My mom got gel and i got arylic. She shaped them crooked and too thick. Like others said the atmosphere was nice but it was a mess and not very sanitary. My nail also chipped right away trying to dig the acrylic from under my nail bed. I think its time for her to retire as she seems to not care anymore. I should have taken the reviews more seriously.

My husband and I booked a mani-pedi but when we arrived the owner/manicurist was performing a manicure and not wearing her mask correctly. Her nose and part of her mouth were exposed. Even as she welcomed us, she did not adjust her mask. We left.

I just moved to the Spokane area and was recommended this place and Ill be going back everytime. I told Elaine what I wanted as far as shape and neutral color and she did her magic, as well as being great with my sensitive nail beds. She was a joy to talk to and Im so impressed! 😍💕

They hurt my cuticles, made me bleed really bad 4 times, couldnt even put my nails straight, and she got paint all over my fingers. I was polite, just asked for them to round out my nails more and they didnt. So I had to go home and fix them myself so I wasnt embarrassed to wear them everywhere for the month. Plus while I was there I had to ask her to sanitize her hands rather than her doing it herself!

Kayla Rae saw me on short notice on the weekend. I was only in town for the day but my nails were in desperate need of attention. She was friendly and made me feel so welcome. Will be back on my next visit!

I got a full set of acrylics this morning. I just moved into town and had a fantastic nail tech back home. I made an appointment here because it was highly rated.The girls were very nice. Service, conversation, and welcoming wise they were fantastic.But I asked for coffin shape and got rounded sides with a flat top about the width of a pasta noodle. I had acrylic all around my fingers that I had to peel off. The tip used on my thumb was too wide and is digging into my finger.Also I wasn’t impressed by the clutter. I can’t say they weren’t sanitary. They has masks on and I saw Barbacide on their counter. But the clutter made the facility look unclean.I really enjoyed how friendly they were. I do. But I can’t justify spending $20 more on a set that I ever have for the result I was given.

I read the reviews on Yelp and saw some photos and decided the 4 Star rating was Enough to give this a try even though I had some doubts going in. I was already going to be in the building at Kashmir receiving treatments and had dinner reservations so the location and time was perfect.First let me start by saying it is always difficult to give less than favorable reviews however as I explained to the owner I am always honest services Cannon crew not to be mean or critical. The owner provided my services and I have to say she’s very kind friendly and attentive .Here is where I have a problem. You can’t post Photos but I will post them on Yelp I noticed on one of the other reviews a client complained about the fact that her gel polish is peeling off in just a couple of days one of the reasons why you paid the extra money for Gel is that it is past time and that it last for weeks much longer than regular polish. I felt the polish was put on way to heavy and you can see at the cuticle it will peel back shortly. She chooses not to do any kind of cuticle cutting and just uses the cream to push the cuticles back this is not my personal preference as I feel like it doesn’t leave the nails looking finished. If I can post photos you will be able to see white polish you can see that the toenails were not filed and there was no buffing. The edges of her nails are jagged and polish around the skin was not cleaned. On two of my toes you can clearly see where the polish did not cover the entire nail.When she does her service she does all the polishing upfront then she puts your feet back in the water it wasn’t very relaxing because the soak in the water wasn’t that long massage wasn’t that long and truthfully I would have to agree with other comments feeling like the service was a little bit rushed. My toes were being done for a wedding and honestly I feel like I need to go and have them redone for a more finished look like I’m use to. For no extra scrub foot mask or Paraffin $45 dollars is very high for a basic pedicure. Also she does not except cards and suggest that you go to an ATM machine I would have liked to have known this up front as I usually never carry cash and just so happen to have some on me today.Like I said she is very very nice love the location but I think the skills need a little more attention to detail for the avid beauty goer.

The lady who did my nails was nice but did a 2 star job on my nails. She answered three calls during my appointment, wouldn’t do nail art, and made some of my cuticles bleed. The shaping was decent, but on all other accounts I left unhappy.

Amanda was late, very rude and disrespectful! Make the owner look bad as she is very sweet and treats her clients wonderful!

I was here earlier with my girls ages 5 & 11. We got pedicures & my youngest just got a her toe nails painted. Elaine & Jenny are amazing sweet funny ladies who are amazing at their job. I had called ahead time and Jenny had our water ready for us. They had stayed just for us they were gonna leave for the night. My daughter watched a wedding happen out the window. We were all very statisfied when we left. We will be returning😊😊😊😊

Jennie at Marguerites is amazing nail tech. This nail salon has a great Atmosphere with wonderful ladies. They make you very comfortable. You can enjoy a glass of wine while the pamper your nails and toes. I highly recommend Jennie. So anyone looking to have beautiful nails and toes go see Jennie at Marguerites you wont regret it.

My mom wanted to take me out to get a pedicure after I had my baby to help me feel better. The first place we went was booked but we called Marguerites and they welcomed our walk in no problem and was super nice! We had Elaine and she was so fun to talk to and the most gentle hands! Our feet look and feel great! Since I live so close this will be my nail salon.

I randomly called in to see if they had an extremely last minute appointment, and luckily for me they did! I saw Kayla for a full set of acrylics and she did amazing!! She made the entire appointment feel like I was sitting with my best friend and apart of the family. I wont go anywhere else in Spokane for my nails!!! Thank you Kayla and the rest of the girls :)

Elaine should be sainted! I went in to get a fill in the middle of a long business trip. Elaine and her clients made me feel like an old friend. Not only did I get a great fill and pedi but I got some much needed camaraderie!! If you are anywhere near Spokane go see Elaine!

Ive honestly never had such a bad manicure, Im so sad with my results because this place is expensive. I got a gel and it looks as though my younger sister painted my nails while she was mad at me. I tried to get her to fix them but I know she was in a hurry. Also, she made my cuticles bleed... Very nice lady tho..

Over priced nail removal. I went to have my nails removed, only having 7 left to remove after 3 fell off. I paid $20 for the service and once she was done I still had layers of acrylic left on my nails. I will never go back.
