I got the royal pedicure ($40) and was very pleased! i was reading all the negative reviews and was a little hesitant about going to this place, but they were fabulous! my mom and i beat the after-work rush around 5, and as people started filing in and filling up the seats, the two people at our feet continued to focus on my mom and i while other people started attending to the new walk-ins. the water was perfectly hot, the workers were very respectful, and the place was very clean. my feet and legs are silky smooth and the polish looks amazing!

I dont recommend this place for the following 4 short reasons.1. They squeezed my hands in a dirty already used acetone cup (It was cloudy and I could see old nail polish floating around it) and the cup was so small it left indents and redness on my hands, it was very uncomfortable.2. They left dip polish on my nails and on my skin, as seen in my pictures. I told them I still had polish on my skin, they told me to just wash it off (not easily done with just water and soap) they said they cant take it off. Its their job to take it off.3. It was $10, over priced for just removing my polish.4. Customers were walking around with barefeet after their pedi since they didnt give out the disposable flip flops. They dont care about their customers so Ill find a new place that does.Update (same day): Read all these reviews people. Customers all complain about the same issues yet, the owners havent improved, since customers are STILL complaining about the same issues for months. I called and talked to the manager to let them know I didnt appreciate them lying in their response to my review saying I threw my card in her face. Even though I was upset, I wouldnt do something childish like that.

Took a mental health day and came here. The quiet and peace was nice. A couple Karens walked in and disturbed the atmosphere. But I would go here over any place in Spokane, WA. Quality is a 5 star for sure❤

**!UPDATE!**A WEEK LATER MY MIDDLE FINGER NAIL BROKE IN HALF WHILE REACHING IN MY PURSE.I never write reviews but i feel so strongly about my recent experience here. its not my first time at paradise nail salon, i rarely do my nails but when i do i come here and i recommend it to friends! but today i was met with 2 rude female nail techs. i went in for acrylic nails, pedi and facial wax. the 1st nail tech when i tried to speak to her she ignored me, we totally got off on thee wrong foot i tried to make small talk half way into my nail sesh she had someone else come and finish my nails off. made me move out of my seat halfway for someone else to sit. while the 2nd nail tech was finishing my nails they spoke to eachother (different language) then BEFORE even painting my nails she asked me to pay for my services! i hadnt even gotten my waxes yet! i spent a good 125 dollars to be treated like trash. i was rushed through the whole process. i was so confused about what happened and left thinking if i did something wrong. which was horrible and my nails have ridges from the inconsistent nail polish. i always leave good tips and i did not tip at all i was really upset at the whole experience

The product they use isnt good quality. Which makes it not long lasting. Can only come in on certain days in case new costumers might arrive. Not everyone can do a fill. If you are new maybe you will get good service.

Just got a pedicure from this place. I would give no stars bc my right foot wasn’t soft and smooth for a 60$ pedicure. My water was cold and I asked a few times for the tech to make it hot. She said she couldn’t anymore so I took my foot out the water. She requested I put it back in and I told her the water isn’t hot. She said something in her language and drained the water bowl and ran hot water. She seemed very rushed. Maybe better if you’re a regular.

I was so disappointed I took three of my friends to this place for pedicures and none of us were happy my pedicure lasted not even 15 minutes I got no lotion none of the deluxe package I paid for they were not friendly. I don’t know how anybody could be happy with this service. I will never go back and I guarantee my friends won’t be back either. I was embarrassed actually to even take my friends there I couldn’t believe how we were treated and how fast they got rid of us.

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful service. My ACRYLIC nails broke not even a full week into having them and their response was I dont know whats wrong with your nails no one else complain I work as a NANNY I dont do hard labor and when they broke I was literally sitting down doing nothing. I wrapped my blanket on my shoulders and one broke in half and the other popped off fully when I set my hand down on my leg. My nails should have lasted more than a week. They wanted me to pay $10 to have them taken off??? Excuse me but no its not my problem that the nail tech messed up ? I was hung up on the first time I called and when I called the second time I was met with a rude manager and told they have a no refunds policy which is not advertised. Do not get your nails done here.

Was told no one there knew how to take of acrylic nails when I wanted them off before a new set. Boyfriend then called and asked for an appointment and they said of course we do acrylic nails and can take them off! WHAT?! Will never be back.

Went on two separate occasions to get my nails done. Had two different technicians. Both times, my nails lifted within a week and popped off. They do not stay on like they should and are very very thin. Will not be going back! Very disappointed. Especially after spending $50 on a new full set that only lasted ONE week!!!

Horrible service, very rude, i have RA and she was twisting my hand and fingers all over the place when i said anything she would mean mug me, NEVER WILL I EVER GO THERE AGAIN.... and they charged me 50 dollars for a set of French tips.... which wouldve been fine if they were worth it

They are in a hurry all the time. I just had my nails done on a Wednesday and went back 5 days later cause they were lifting. So I ended up getting a new full set and my middle finger nail is so horribly crooked. If they would slow down they would be great.

They are very fast and efficient here! The acrylic is put on evenly and they make sure all the nails are the same length. I haven’t had any breaks or chips. I get compliments on my nails all the time!

Every one there is so amazing! They do such great work and are so friendly. I reccomend them to everyone I know. Theyre quick and do high quality work. Definitely start going to Nail Paradise! Ive compared them to the other salons in town and they are by far the best.

Overpriced and was over charged. Staff was not that friendly. I really wished that I had read the reviews before I had my nails done there. Costed 40.$ for pedicure, only took about 20 minutes for it, no wax, no hot rocks, no hot towels. For that price it should had included that. Very disappointed with this place. It was not a place to take my grand daughter for her first mani and pedi.

Selina does my dip manicures and they always turn out perfect, I’m in and out in a hour and I always leave happy! Highly recommend them!Do call ahead for an appointment though they are always busy :)

The place was pretty empty when coming in on a Sunday (booked an appt). Had two people working on myself and 2 for my sister for manicures and pedicures. During the treatments my fingers and toes burned because the polish was touching my skin and curing to it, the light was also touching the top of my foot and burning it with the heat. I had a blue glittery polish and before ending the appt, my sister noticed blue nail polish up my leg and asked for it to be removed. When I was putting my socks on, I noticed blue polish on my heel as well. I’m pretty pasty in skin tone so the blue was very noticeable. Realized that my thumbs had not been cured enough and had to go back. One of my fingers chipped within 48hrs of the appt. Won’t be going back again.

Usually I get a half decent pedicure. I walked in at 3:50 and walked out at 4:15 with a gel pedicure, barely scrubbed my feet .. felt rushed. Not happy even though I knew it’d be subpar.

Love this place. They always do a wonderful job. My 5 year old loves pedicures here. Helpful staff. Highly recommended.

My mom and I were in a few days ago to get a fill. We had an appointment at 430, we both felt rushed and handled rough. Both my nails and my moms are starting to lift and I’m very sad, my nails last three weeks usually not 5 days. I wouldn’t recommend going to them.

Well if I could give it a ZERO I would!!!! The staff was not friendly nor inviting. The lady who was doing my nails on station one was so rude and rough on my nails and to top it off her and the owner started talking about me in their language after I had told the lady she was hurting me. She became very defensive and mumbled a few things. Never going back!Please don’t go here!

I have been looking for a place to get my nails done and I was hoping that this would be a good fit, as it is close to my home. Based on all of the reviews I have read here, I would never in a million years get my nails done here. Its not just the amount of bad reviews, but moreso the owners responses to customer complaints. The way the owners consistently belittle customers and refuse to take any responsibility is beyond comprehension. I would strongly suggest that no one give this salon any business, unless the owners can drastically improve their customer service. This place seems like an absolute nightmare! Wow.....just wow.

Amateurs! Over priced! NOT WORTH IT! Chairs werent that good either. Started with barely warm water, for pedicures. Barely scrubbed, I dont think they understand what message means rather than applying lotion. Rushed everything, and asked me to turn off the massage chair that was barely on so they could put the polish on, what! Ive never heard that! Amateurs! The gentlemen charged the polish color without even asking, and gave me attitude when I asked why. Goes down in my book as worst Ive ever had!

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. They rushed through it. My gel polish did not even last 2 weeks and it was bubbled up on my big toes. I have never had that happen. I definitely will not be back here. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Id been there once before, made a appointment for my second time, arrived and they had over booked. The girl who did my nails did them so fast that they were crooked and thin and lifted. The girl who painted them did a decent job but at the end charged$60. Ive never paid that much. I will not be returning unfortunately.

Need to work on their customer service. TERRIBLE. I was receiving a pedicure, they try and knock up the prices on everything little thing. They do not take their time, they try to get you out as fast as they can. They had many open chairs and they were seating people right next to each other during COVID. Most expensive place i’ve been too. Not a way to have customers return. The lady across from me was getting a manicure and she asked about prices and the lady was super rude and defensive. She said “you want more you pay more” in a snappy tone. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HUGE TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS and it seems they may need a lesson on it. The way they have responded to some of these reviews is proof of poor customer service.

They had a whole group of people walk in during my appointment (I had an appointment), they started rushing, one of my nails fell off the next day. After paying 60 and tipping the girl 10, they tried to charge me for fixing the nail. I strongly don’t recommend this business

I have tried this place 4 times. Will not return. Nail polish not put on even. Spots actually missing. Lumps in acrylic nails. Nails broke within days. Nails thick and uneven. I tried but just cant go back. Dont waste time or money

Got a cleaning and a clear coat. The lady who did my nails was crabby, in a rush and after cleaning my nails asked Can you pay me now before I do the clear coat?! Not coming back anytime.

My pedicure felt really rushed and not relaxed. I don’t have much dry skin on my feet to begin with and he didn’t even scrub it all off there is still a line of dry skin on the outside of my right foot.

Love, love this place! Ive been coming here for months for acrylics, fills, and gel pedicures! My mom and I have our monthly pedis together. Everyone is friendly, and skilled. This place is always busy and everyone works well together. Mostly Emily does my nails and she is incredibly talented, and has made my hands look wonderful again!

I will never go back to Paradise nails again.I was so uncomfortable watching how they yelled out at everyone coming in the door from across the room. Very unfriendly.My friends and I went together for a pedicure.Every pedicure I have ever had included the scrubbing stone, that removes dead skin.They scrubbed my one friends feet, but not mine and other friend. We think it was because they were over booked.Felt like I waisted my time and money.

As soon as a group walked in the rushed though the pedicure and barely massaged our feet and legs. And didn’t even scrub our feet which i specifically asked for. They did not have the little flip flops to walk over to the manicure station so i walked across the dirty floor after just having them done. My friend and i went there together and they spaced us out as far as they could in between the other people that came in long after us and left before we even got our nails touched. Which especially because of COVID i wasnt happy to be put in between others when they could’ve kept the groups separate

Was excited to have a pedicure done after a year without one. The Royal pedicure is overpriced for what was recieved: an entirely rushed experience, (even when its not busy) and an infected toenail.

Just went in to repair one nail. Was told to come back tomorrow. Yeah nope.It wont let me reply to owner. My nail was bleeding. Its fine 777 Nail took the three whole minutes to help me! Thats why you got a one star.

Very nice, attentative staff with reasonable prices. The basic pedicure is amazing for basic and features a foot/ankle/leg massage with lavender lotion. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I got a manicure that was so so. I wanted a light colored polish and had a dark color before, some of the dark polish was left around my cuticles and now it looks kind of funny but whatever. The part that struck me as odd was as I was sitting there waiting, the employee who was doing the woman’s nails next to me looks over and very tersely says “regular polish does not last”. To me that is bad business, if you’re going to knock your own business then at least ask me if I want to upgrade to the gel polish or politely suggest that it’s a better option.

Nails turn out semi decent but the service is not good. They did not have disposable sandals for pedicures, instead they brought out old used flip flops. They also looked very inconvenienced and annoyed when asked about gel colors. I will not be coming back.

Great price for level of service. Friendly and short wait. The place across the street turn us away and the lady who walked in behind us. Shame on them, they lost 3 customers to Nail Paradise.

I am from out of state and was not able to get my nails filled before I left. They were able to get me in at 10 am on a Saturday, did an amazing job and got me back at the drag strip/race track in an hour!!! If I lived close I would definitely go there for my fills and pedis!!!! I highly recommend this place and the ladys were extremely nice and friendly!!!

I called and scheduled an appt for my sister and I for 3pm the next day. I walk in for my appointment on time the next day and the workers acted they had no idea I was supposed to be there. They were far from busy. A male employee did my manicure. My first one ever, as well as my sisters. He was rude and impatient. There was zero worker-customer social interaction unless he was giving me demands. The experience was extremely rushed and uncomfortable. Whoever runs this place needs to teach their employees some decent customer service qualities and patience. And based on all the other reviews Ive read, this is not new, shocking news.

25 minutes agoExperience was terrible. I just got my nails done here a day ago and she was rushing. Today I notice a crack in my nail and went up here so she can fix it and she tried to charge me 7 dollars and was rude about it .. she said “well you broke it” when all of my nails have cracks in them where she applied the fake nail. I will never come here again worst experience ever. I’d advise everyone to go someone else. The one I had was number 3 chair, with the short hair. Beware. Her attitude is awful. If you want your nails done slack this is the place to definitely go .and I was recording both times I went in. Because of how rude and slack she is

$50 French tip gel pedicure does not include nail trim, shaping, or shellac up to the cuticle line. It hasnt even been a week and its peeling. They also make no afford to accommodate mother and 4 yr old daughter coming in and wanting to sit together. Disappointing use of money. We wont be going back.

My nail lady did a great job on my nails. I live in Cheney. I usually drive into Spokane. Found this place in Airway Heights. So far so good.

I had nails done here prior to flying out of GEG the next day for Italy, hoping to have nice nails for at least the first couple of weeks of vacay. I should have noted that I was the only customer in the place, a first for me, as nail salons are normally very busy. Second odd thing was they removed my old acrylic nails by PRYING them off. No acetone soak, no buffing, just brute force and I now know: not recommended by anyone with nail expertise. In addition to weakening my nails, it was quite uncomfortable. The reapplication was slap-dash, the price $40, a bargain if they had lasted, but two nails were dangling by the time we changed planes in Seattle the following day. Most emphatically not recommended.

My wife just got back from getting her nails done and was very disappointed. The staff was very rude. When asking about the price of the pedicure one of the staff yelled at her saying that she cant compair the price to other salons and that she shouldnt come back if it was a problem. There is a sign in the window the reads We have the right to refuse service to anyone which most likely imply that the staff have issues with their customers. However i do recommend 777 they have always done great work and be very nice. And there pedicure are $10.00 cheaper

Was getting a pedicure when two ladies came in with broken acrylic nails and requested a nail fix. The owner said in Vietnamese (so clients could not understand), “Good, let them keep coming back so we can take their money.” Was very concerned about that comment. Don’t think I will be returning unfortunately.

Price was the only thing going for them, in my experience. My daughter and I have an appointment at 3, and didnt get seen until 3:30. The nail tech who did our nails wasnt very nice, nor did she apologize for the wait. Some of this stuff I can honestly get past, but when I saw them use used nail files/Dremel bits was the last straw. The tech filed my nails and then went and used it on someone else. Not going back.

1 star because I can’t give zero. Went to this place today and I have never felt so unwelcome to a nail salon after answering one of the staff’s question. “What can I help you”? I said manicure. Then She asked again, acrylic or gel? I said just regular manicure. Oh my world, her facial expression just went blah. She did my nails in under 15 minutes not including drying it. No talking, which I really didn’t care but wow. She looks so unhappy. I asked if she can fix the nail polish on one finger because it’s not all the way painted on edges, I can still see some spot of my old nail polish on it because she did not clean it well, she did fixed it and asked, “is this good enough? I’m like sure, I can’t see the old polish Anymore. And then she said something to her coworker in their language, then she left without saying bye or thank you. I was drying my nails then the coworker came to put top coat on the nail that she fixed. . Bam! I was really annoyed, still left her $5 tip inspite of being so rude, but will not go back to this nail salon anymore. And will let all my friends about this experience.

Service was ok. Acetone is reused. Gross when your fingers are soaking in jars with pieces of nail polish that have been on other peoples hands. For $80 was expecting to be offered at least water. Color was not as expected.

The ladies that work there are very very rude I will never go back to this place. They rushed me out when my nails weren’t dry causing them to get messed up. They are over priced and have a horrible attitude towards their customers.

I got both a mani and pedi here and my friend got a mani. The final design was good, but they couldn’t do the design I first wanted even though I’ve gotten it at other places. The staff was extremely rude and rushed everything even after I gave them a $15 tip on a $65 bill(since they charge way before they are done, plus I hoped they would be more pleasant after a good tip). The description on the pedi was that I would get a massage, but they rubbed my feet for like a minute on each foot so pretty much payed for them to add polish to my toenails because they barely even scrubbed my feet. Also, we both got acrylics and they didn’t bother to make the nails go all the way to the cuticle so it looks like we’ve had these nails for a week and we just got them yesterday. Finally, the nail polish has little bubbles on it and it is not even throughout. Overall dissatisfied with the service.

Visiting from Texas where nail places can run the gammet from horrible and cheap to high class with a price tag to match. Do not come to this place and expect amazing service and quality. The price is not worth the product.My sister and I got the Dead Sea Gold pedicure and it literally was a 1/2 teaspoon of a jarred product applied up to maybe above the ankle.The lady doing my pedicure didnt even file my nails and hardly trimmed my cuticles and I know my feet were in need of some TLC, hahaha. I had to ask her to trim them twice.She was horrible, the overall experiencr was mediocore. Go somewhere else.
