I was desolate at the thought of being without my phone for 2+ hours. Somehow I managed to survive. I now realize it takes so long because of the extensive testing YBIF is required to do to maintain their Factory Authorized Repair Facility Credential. Its worth it to have it done properly the First time!!

While I was visiting Florida, I had some damage to my phone screen. A bartender at Chili’s Restaurant referred me to go to uBreakiFix in Pompano Beach on N. Federal Hwy. I was greeted by a very nice young lady named Georgia. She was so professional and accommodating as a last minute costumer. I was in a rush and was returning to Santa Monica, CA. Later that day. She was very efficient and did a great job. I highly recommend this place for it made my departure be less stressful on my trip back home. Great job guys!

My laptop case was missing a screw that fell out while I was out of the country. It was a proprietary HP screw. Grant didnt have the exact one but he spent about 15 minutes locating a substitute that would fit and secure the case. The charge was $0. Highly recommend this business as the go-to location in Pompano for cell phone and computer repair. I have always found them to be honest and genuinely helpful.

Quickest screen repair Ive ever had

After having my computer attacked with a virus, I took it in to see what they could do. I was expecting to have to leave it for several days, which for most of us is not convenient, but was immediately greeted by a pleasant young man who had it back to normal within minutes!! I was thrilled and ready to pay him whatever he asked. To my surprise, he told me there was no charge!!! I cant remember having a business that put customer service before money!! I will refer them to everyone!

Don’t ever go here. I came here to fix my screen and asked if they used OEM screens and they said yes. Paid the $200 and a month later a couple of water droplets got on the screen and it broke. They said it’s not covered under warranty. iPhone screens can be submerged without damage. This screen could not even handle a couple of droplets. Do not ever come here. FRAUD

This location does NOT fix Samsung phones. The employee LIES & tells you the portal isnt working right now. GUESS WHAT?! It hasnt worked in over a year (per another location)!!! Then he sent me to Fort Lauderdale without offering to call first to see if they had the part, which they did NOT. POMPANO location sucks!! Had to go to a 3rd location all because pompano employee is a lazy you know what.

My iPad glass broke. So I tried ordering a replacement online and do it myself. Once I received the glass I figured let’s call a professional. I called this company over the phone and got a free quote. Showed up and explained my dilemma. They assured me I was in good hands. Turns out the screen I bought was not cooperating with the home button and I would need a new one. In order to help me out, they discounted the new replacement part. Alex & Dylan worked relentlessly on my iPad so that I can receive it in a timely manner. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about their craft. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been here multiple times for different services. Im a clumsy so mostly broken screen issues. I have not been disappointed any time. Today, I went in with a charging issue. I was taken care of by Dylan S. and I could not be more grateful. I know nothing about phones so I was easily expecting a large bill and replacement of the while charging port. Dylan took my phone to the back and cleaned it out for me on the spot and returned to me functioning within minutes. He was honest with me and told me all it needed was cleaning and I was charged according when I could have easily been duped into paying for a whole replacement it didnt need. This place is the best. They have HONEST employees that know what theyre doing. I keep bringing all my devices there for that reason. I trust them because they do great work and they are honest with what you need to have done. This place is a little GEM inside Pompano and Im so happy to have found it!

I went there to have the cracked screen on my phone replaced and I had called earlier in the day to see how long it would take etc. (Average time is an hour give or take depending on how busy they are). So anyway, I had got stuck in traffic and arrived after 6pm knowing the close at 7pm. I was expecting to get turned away, but to my amazement the owner Alex, totally blew me away with his kindness and understanding. That man actually stayed over a half an hour after closing to help me and did a fantastic job too. The thing is he did it all in the name of just building a strong relationship with his customers and I will never go to any other place to get a repair done, Ever! Thanks Alex!

I have an ASUS Zenfone 6. Researched it and specifically got this phone as it fits both my personal and business needs. I love the phone and have had it since Jan 2020. It recently started to act up not charging. I did some research and briefly entertained the idea of changing the charging portal out myself until I watched the YouTube video a couple of times. I am of the belief to let the experts do what they do best. My time is too valuable to try to recreate the wheel. I did a google search and ubreakifix came up and the reviews is what got me to give them a call. When I called last week I spoke to Kenneth. I was pretty sure I needed a charging portal. We discussed pricing: I bring my part and just pay for the labor and no warranty or I have them order the part and I get a 90 day warranty.Either way it was pretty affordable. They were not familiar with my phone but were willing to take a look and diagnose it. I use my phone for work and can only part with it on the weekends and only for a few hours. Last week Saturday I stopped by and met Emilio. Kenneth was in the back working. Emilio confirmed it was the charging portal that needed to be replaced. I put down a down payment so they could order the part. they go the part a week later (today) and I came by and dropped off my phone around 3pm with Dylan. I called at 6p and the phone was fixed and charging like new. Apparently, this is their first time working on an ASUS Zenfone 6. I got to talk to Kenneth and Grant when I picked up my phone. I am so happy with their service and my phone charging again.I am so pleased tomorrow I am bringing them my laptop to fix a key that keeps popping off. these guys are cool.

Once AGAIN a big shout out and thank you to uBreakiFix in Pompano. Brought my iPad there because it wouldnt charge. I thought it was dead and I needed a new battery. Those cost around $180. Just got a call that they only needed to clean the charging port ($29). This is the second time they could have done something unnecessary and made a lot more $ but instead they were honest and saved me a lot of money!

I was advised on my first call to go through my insurance to possibly save money, which I did. Then they processed my insurance and completed the fix the same day in less time than the estimate. Niko was very polite and knowledgeable, and he answered my many questions. He even sent me links to options for replacing my case. I highly recommend this shop.
