Took my mom for a manicure 💅🏿 and pedicure for her birthday. Rita’s is a hygienic and gleaming salon 💇🏻‍♀️. The front desk worker and salon workers were all nice and helpful. I called for a walk in appointment at 11am and was able to get one for my mom at noon! How awesome they are! I recommend to anyone looking to get massages or in need of any cosmetic work

SPOTS MISSED IN BLEACHING AND YELLOW HAIR. The picture with a filter was from when I was blonde before and what I wanted to be again. The one with the mask was after the toner and the one with my pup was before I called upset. Also just a few photos of just SOME spots missed.The story: I asked if they could get my hair back to platinum. I was told yes at a consultation. I came into the appointment super excited that they could do it and everyone was super nice. I go to leave and my hair is yellow and I was not happy but tried to live with it. After a bit I got too upset and called them because it wasnt what I wanted and I was upset. They put toner in and it was still not as light as I wanted but it was a better. They all kept saying this is so good for the first time although I was uninformed there had to be multiple times. I didnt leave a review until now because I went to straighten my not platinum hair and there are spots that were MISSED.... not only is it yellow/orange but now I am noticing these spots. The people seemed nice but I wouldve rather been told up front it wasnt going to be right first go. But that isnt why I am writing this review. Spots being missed is ridiculous for paying hundreds of dollars. I mean I could have done it myself if I wanted spots missed and the wrong color. Yellow fine whatever I wish it was right but SPOTS FULL ON MISSED!? NOPE now Im beyond upset with this place.

Bridal Mehndi (Henna)Rita is amazing! Her creative abilities for bridal henna, makeup and hair made me look and feel so special and beautiful on my wedding day. She was professional, calm and patient throughout the process. She was clear in her communication on what was expected from me which really helped ease my stress during the wedding week.

Rita has created an amazing experience at her spa. She is passionate about beauty care and runs a clean, beautiful spa. I have had threading, facials, massage and pedicures with Rita and her team and each time I am more impressed.

Paid $80 for a terrible pedicure that was rushed and haphazard. The tech was very nice and polite but she brought me back 35 minutes after my appointment time to start off. Then she seemed to barely even try to shape my nails in a way that made them look uniform or even similar in shape or length. Only pushed back cuticles on my big toes. No filing on the feet of any kind. No lotion or massage. Just a sugar scrub and rinse before coloring my nails. Never coming back. Would not recommend.

I drive a little over half hour to to here. All the ladies are very nice and polite. Dion does my nails an they always look awesome. I also get my eyebrows done, they always looks good. Even my right one where i have a scare. All the ladies are really awesome at what they do..

First time, took my daughter for a haircut and style for her birthday and they were all so nice, knowledgeable, accommodating, good prices, took their time and made you feel like a person and not just a appointment, organic products very reasonably prices, they offer you drinks and make sure you are comfortable, clean, they layout is socially distanced, super clean and beautiful atmosphere and I couldnt have been more impressed and definitely going back. Im sorry to say that I wasnt happy with my experience. Saw hair on the brush and on the tray before she started. Was looking for a good consultation for help deciding on a shorter cut that I could do with my long hair that is very fine and I dont do heat or product. She sounded confident but didnt look at the pictures I brought. The blow dryer got too hot several times during the blow out and hurt. I will not rate my haircut because I always go through a love/hate cycle until I get used to it. I will just say that I wasnt satisfied by the experience.Update: I have had a few days and after at home washing and styling, I can confirm that I hate the haircut too.

Even though I havent tried the massage yet..but everything else is great. I like my stylist Beverly and she is very knowledgeable and care about your hair being healthy. Salon is clean and they also take the steps to make sure everyone is safe. Great salon and spa.

Fayhia did my full highlight and layered haircut. She squeezed me in on a last minute walk in, and did my hair exactly how i wanted it. She is meticulous but very fast, and very kind. The whole staff team are great, Dion and Rita are so nice and funny. Great service, great results, and a very caring environment. Very peaceful experience overall.

The salon is fabulous. I’m always greeted warmly by the staff following all of the safety guidelines. Pooja is the absolute sweetest and my brows are always perfect. I’m 100% satisfied. I also love being able to book online. You see what’s available and you get confirmation and a text reminder. I’ve also gotten my hair done there and I’m looking forward to getting that again by Beverly. They offer so many different services. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed. The entire experience is just awesome from beginning to end. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I’m not going back to this salon ever again. I thought the hair stylist knew the cut I had asked for. She didn’t cut it that way she ended up cutting my hair blunt with no layers or anything. She cut my hair straight across didn’t even use thinning shears or fringe shears to blend the hair. She didn’t put any heat product on my hair and smoked my hair when drying it. I don’t want a refund and I don’t want to talk to the manager I’m simply not going back to this salon I’m not having someone butcher my hair.

I LOVE getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded 1x/month at Rita’s! I have very sensitive skin, so waxing is just not an option for me. Threading is amazing because it’s easier on my skin and the end result is me feeling SO GOOD with perfectly trimmed eyebrows and none of those shiny blonde hairs above my upper lip. The staff are so friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. Prices are super reasonable. The entire salon is gorgeous! Super clean, spacious, and comfortable. In addition to hair threading, I highly recommend any of their other services too!...My husband and I treated ourselves to a couple’s massage, and it was so worth it. Thank you Rita’s! :)

Went in for a haircut and showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like. I’ve been going to several high quality salons but this lady was chopping at my hair like no stylist had ever done before! She left my hair uneven and way different than what I asked for. She was not rude, but definetly did not listen to what I wanted. Definetly not worth the money for me.

Nice hair cutting place

After living in Chicago and going to devon for 7 years, I was nervous to try a new place in Cleveland. Ive had nothing but stellar experiences here. Ive used Rita, Poonam and Pooja and they do a great job with eyebrow threading and face/body waxing.

I get my nails done at Ritas. Both Dion and Beverly are excellent. The spa is very clean and they take your temperature before they will let you in and everyone, employees and clients, wear masks. Always a great experience.

Rita’s Salon and Spa is a very beautiful salon and spa with a very diverse staff that has taken every precaution to make sure that your experience is a safe one during COVID-19. I received a spa pedicure from Dion that was nothing short of amazing and eyebrow threading from Pooja that exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love Mai, she is the only one i allow to thread or wax my eyebrows. She is very good at what she does and she listens to what you ask her to do. However if she doesnt think that what youre asking would look right on you, she will suggest something better! Definitely ask for Mai next time you book an appt, you will love her!

I saw good reviews on google and yelp and decided to do dip powered nails. Unfortunately, they don’t do it often so they don’t have enough colors. However, the most disappointing thing was that I chose a color from within gel polish (that I actually wasn’t aware of), so manicurist started with dip powder and finished with gel polish (as I didn’t expect as she didn’t tell me that color was for gel). Her hand were shaking so I got most inaccurate manicure in my life. I paid $48 and was hesitating to write a bad review. You, Rita, have a nice staff but not competent at all.

I almost never post reviews of anything but I am pretty disappointed and I havent even been there.I was trying to plan out a day for me for by birthday so I came across this salon and saw all the amazing reviews. I filled out their form online (under contact us) to schedule a service. I wanted to get a bunch of things done. I never heard back from anyone after 2 days of inquiring. I called a couple of days after not hearing back from inquiring online. Someone answered the phone and I told them that I wanted to schedule an appointment. She kept telling me to hold on and wait and wouldnt let me talk or let her know what I wanted. It sounded was talking to someone who I assuming was next to her. This person ended up hanging up on me without finding out what I wanted. I decided to call back yesterday and give them another shot. I called them and someone different answered the phone. This person seemed to be nice. I told her that I wanted to get a couple of different services done including eyelash extensions and a facial. She said that they have to contract out the eyelash extensions because they dont have a person who does them there and that they would call me and that person hung up on me. How are they suppose to contact me without collecting any of my contact information. I also didnt get to schedule the facial that I wanted done.Maybe not being able to schedule an appointment to get everything I wanted done for myself for my birthday (hair color and cut, manicure/pedicure, eyelash extension, eyebrow threading and a facial) was a good thing. I can only imagine how my experience on the phone would have translated to in person visit.

I’ve been going here to get my eye brows done for a few years now and I won’t go anywhere else. The ladies are always very nice and professional.

I went to Ritas Beauty Salon after reading many positive reviews. My experience was traumatic. A lady named Poonam did my eyebrow threading. She removed the front portion of one of my brows. Now there is bare skin in between one of my brows which is very evident. When I confronted Poonam she told me that my brows are naturally like that. To be incompetent is one thing and to place blame on customer for your mistake is whole next level. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
