FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARGO COMPANY!!! THEY PICKED UP THE BOX ON FEB 2, 2021 AND 5 MONTHS LATER, THE BOX HAS STILL YET TO BE DELIVERED! THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 2-3 MONTHS BUT ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS AND THE BOX HAS STILL NOT REACHED ITS DESTINATION! I TRIED CONTACTING THE GUY WHO PICKED UP THE BOX BUT HE DISCONNECTED HIS LINE! I ALSO TRIED CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE MANY TIMES BUT THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ARE YOU???? IF YOU KEEP DOING BUSINESS LIKE THIS AND LYING AND TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS, BAD KARMA WILL EVENTUALLY CATCH UP TO YOU!!!

Sent my package January well no tracking until the end of May then the arrival kept changing on me so now there saying end of July, I hope it arrives but promised 3 months and said it was leaving the following week dont trust them and pay a little more for better service

I sent my box feb 2021, they keep changing the ETA. Trying to fool their customer! I will never eve use this company to send my box again. Please be professional! Pati ba nman kapwa nyu pinoy lolokohin nyu.

Please be careful with this company. Believe me! I’m just being concerned customer. I don’t like to happen to you guys in the future of what I had been through with this company! Don’t trust them. I was extremely regret to sent my box to them. I should have realized all the negative feedback here online are REAL and TRUE. One Star!It has been four months already I sent my box. Up to now my family haven’t got it yet. Four months in the waiting?? When you called their office the lady in there. She was very rude to deal with her. Every customer has the right to call and ask about the status of the box.My first time to deal with this company for being not professional. Not responsive. They will hang up the phone with you if you call them. The owner just keep promising to get back to you but never once to did it.They’re evading and protect from their shortcomings A lot of alibis to hear from them.That’s not right!But if you call to ask them to pick up and send a box to them. They are very fast good, kind and accommodating. But if you have some kind of problems to check the status of the box. They will just leave you there and ignored you. They kept promising to follow up for nothing. To my kapwa Pinoys just so you know try to read all the negative feedback that was posted there and there you go to understand what that means. I’m one of the customers who can prove this company for their poor service. Four months before it will reach to the destination.If you don’t want to encounter things like this than go to other cargo company.Don’t ever trust this company. Very frustrating!

I sent my box last November 22,2000.. They said 2-3 months because of the pandemic! Oh my God until now 7 months this coming June 22 still we didn’t get the box! Every time I call no one answer! What kind of company are you!!!!😡😡😡😡

Horrible.. no tracking and takes forever to deliver. Idk what happened to the box I sent last February 2021. No update, no delivery, no nothing up to this writing.🤪
